Logically defined, Politics is the pursuit to influence and/or control political power, legal force, that is to say, the power thus force to manipulate and confiscate others' behavior and resource without their consent. The method to determine the use of power or force by democracy, oligarchy or tyranny matters not. The method to implement the use of power or force by communism, fascism or cronyism and their popular pacifier socialism matters not. For all are clashes between political prerogatives versus personal preferences, legal force versus human will, government taking liberties plural versus individuals exercising liberty singular.

Rather it is Ethics not Politics that desires freedom for oneself and all others thus a return to individual responsibility and risk. It is Ethics not Politics that seeks liberation from government's shackles and chains hung heavy upon everyone's person, preference, possession and property. And it is Ethics not Politics that insists the regard for one's own Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent on all matters, inseparably demands the respect for one's own Peculiar Human Ability to Reason on all matters. Politics is contrary even hostile to all such things.

Perhaps the crux or conclusion, the Bill of Right singular...

Perhaps the crux or conclusion, the Bill of Right singular, midway in my soon-to-be-published 11th book. First 1/2 of the book, I spend time digging the hole as done for the entire 10th book (prequel). At this juncture, I plant a rustic but hardy post, nail to it the shirt-off-my-back sweaty, bloody and long worn as the proper flag (I pledge allegiance to no other), and then spend the second 1/2 of the book filling in the hole, regularly stomping the dirt around the base. I stand and will die by this post and shirt-of-a-flag called INDIVIDUALISM! At end of day so will each and every person regardless the unfounded ism thoughtlessly embraced and proclaimed, well confirmed by their own individualistic actions unaware... A person will always disappoint. Always! Meanwhile something factual, truthful, logical, consistent thus ethical may challenge you, even frustrate, discomfort, pain, suffer, offend and anger you, although teach, strengthen then mature you, but never disappoint.

Regarding MASKS...

1. If you desire to Force me to wear a mask against my Dissent, that is Covetousness swelled into Presumption.

2. If you support/vote for a candidate and/or law to Force me to wear a mask against my Dissent, that is Arrogance festered into Violence.

3. If you are free to choose and wear a mask but remain discontented, annoyed, perturbed, agitated even angered until I am Forced to wear a mask against my Dissent, that is Perversion.

The above analysis is logically, consistently therefore ethically, applicably so for each and every matter private, public or political else quite arbitrary thus without principle ALL other considerations and determinations.

To importantly note, the burden of proof rests on anyone who disagrees. For to respect and regard others' dissent necessitates no further analysis to understand the ethic. It is an universal expectation since time immemorial. In contrast, to disrespect and disregard others' dissent necessitates some explanation and justification for the preceding covetousness and presumption. For to disrespect and disregard others' dissent by force, regardless the intent, is only possible upon first coveting others' freedom to prefer and behave, then presuming your preference and behavior supersede others' preference and behavior. If anyone suggests proof, then one must accept the same proof and argument for justifying every tyrannic or horrific act throughout history for preceding those atrocities too were covetousness and presumption.

Unless each and every intended plank is RESCISSION...

Unless each and every intended plank is RESCISSION, a party's platform advocates nothing more than expanding the immoral imposition, enlarging the inhumane confiscation, thereby benefiting the consented upon injuring the dissented, and when electorally victorious celebrating even glorifying the satiated covetousness and gloated perversion. By this logically ethical assessment, all U.S. political parties stand so charged and condemned.

"United We Stand, Divided We Fall"; a politically convenient mantra thus sentimentally useful propaganda, recited and sung unquestionably therefore mindlessly yet this poet rejects logically therefore passionately. For per history understood, I would be incline to prefer something more observably and notably accurate as "United We Presume, Intrude, Destruct then Erode till Last Desperate, Feeble Stand", although ethically, consistently and sustainably remedied by "Individually We Each Prefer, Consent, Dissent, Study, Ponder, Labor then Carry On till Last Responsible, Honorable Breath."

The contest of 1776 was less than an American Revolutionary War....

The contest of 1776 was less than an American Revolutionary War, gravely dividing colonials particularly in the early years, thus appropriately far more the First American Civil War. As such, presumptuous terms like "we the people" and "will of the people" should be criticized as whimsically fantastical than actually factual, even when characterizing this country's founding.

Groups large or small rhetorically refer to themselves as "we" of course, although logically never representing one will, one voice, one opinion, one preference, one motive, one objective, etc. For the "will of the people" is unquestionably illusory, consequently the  "will" determined quite individually hence expressed and exercised daily, hourly as well momentarily, therefore utterly erroneous to argue, suggest even hint something collective or universal other than for lyrically misguided sentiments if one must emotionally insist on the vagary.

The most profoundly far-reaching Biblical commentary of the 20th century...

The most profoundly far-reaching Biblical commentary of the 20th century was by theologian Francis Schaeffer. But do not let my bold assessment keep you from reading further...

One oft argues, qualifies then categorizes his/her own preferences as principles while others' preferences as whims as well errors and detriments. The condition, intellectually disoriented even psychologically disordered, seems to exhibit one of numerous human paradoxes, yet more importantly, unquestionably thus precisely, an ethical dilemma impossible to resolve. However the seemingly paradoxical dynamic as often unrecognized or ignored is of course covetousness. For if lingeringly entertained, presumption usually proceeds into such qualifying and categorizing of preferences of one or some versus others, followed by arrogance then violence manifested by personal, social or political actions against the dissented.

"The climax of the Ten Commandments is the Tenth Commandment – 'Thou shat not covet' – this commandment is an entirely inward thing.  Actually, we break this commandment before we break any of the others."

The aforementioned quote is perhaps the most profoundly far-reaching Biblical commentary of the 20th century, well articulated and postulated by theologian Francis Schaeffer (1912-1984) in his 1971 book True Spirituality, identifying the last of the Ten Commandments as already broken before breaking any of the previous nine. To summarize; all sins spring from the one sin; covetousness. Yet the profoundness thus consistency of that truth are best understood by rightly expanding the previous statement. The disrespect and disregard of others' dissent thus actions against the same, spring always from covetousness first, soon followed by presumption then arrogance and if acted upon personally, socially or politically; violence.

This poet submits (maybe too persistently) covetousness as the common sin among humanity. It logically follows, common grace for humanity is discovered by recognizing then respecting and regarding others' universal propensity and consequentially sole right to consent and dissent on all matters.

Of course, the US government since it's founding have cleverly schemed, manipulated then maniacally hoped for events to occur and appear as though warranting thus necessitating military actions promulgated and propagandized as justified defense, humanitarian intervention or calculated preemption, nevertheless instigators from the outset.

Mark Twain was ardently anti-war, even served briefly as an officer for the American Anti-Imperialist League. It is said, his posthumously published piece The War Prayer was a backhanded indictment against the Spanish-American War as well the immediately proceeding and little-known Filipino-American War.

As unaware Americans are of the aforementioned atrocities as well others committed by the US government, victims and descendants have not forgotten (i.e. Philippine President Duterte's numerous references).

I loathe the idea of rights in the plural

Over the years while studying, pondering and laboring, I have come to logically, ethically thus passionately loathe the idea of rights in the plural. For by it comes to the common or conspiratorial mind an array of lists, bills, constitutions, declarations, documents, books, lectures, speeches as well clever interpretations and emotive rants amid callow imagination, covetous innovation then coercive implementation, consistently disregarding, constantly violating the sole individual right to consent or dissent on all matters.

Commentary... Another translation reiterates "is brother to one who destroys", thus quite strong the proverbial condemnation upon those whose slothfulness inspire covetousness then eye and pursue the fruits of others' labor. Without of course the consent of all effected, the pursuits of the slothful and the covetous proceed to disrespect and disregard then transgress and trample others' rightful dissent via club, knife, gun or the more socially acceptable method; government legislation, a politicized way to say "violence merely legalized".

Government documents reveal the 18 year war in Afghanistan was based on lies, a "good war" per previous president and 2009 Nobel Peace Prize recipient, an unconstitutional, unnecessary as well unethical war initiated by Bush, expanded by Obama thus continues by Trump. This should not be a shock and shame on us all for supporting it.

Will this revelation be a turning point in US military/foreign policies? Will people stop insisting on more government freebies so to pressure their senators as well representatives to end this and other such monstrous wars? Will college students stop whining over trifles so to protest on campuses and streets against US warmongering? No, no, and sadly, no!

When individuals resist self-reliance worse becomes the economy...

When more and more individuals resist self-reliance while insisting dependency upon others and/or government, worse becomes the economy as well culture, language, discourse, intellect, judgement, fortitude, moral character therefore the whole society.

When more and more individuals insist self-reliance while resisting dependency upon others and/or government, better becomes the economy as well culture, language, discourse, intellect, judgement, fortitude, moral character therefore the whole society.

And so go the simplicity thus the consistency in logical observation, truth self-evident, whereas complexity, perplexity, chronic confusion and relentless rejection persist solely per covetousness left unrestrained.

The BILL of RIGHT...

1. The individual right to consent or dissent on all matters.

All other rights as billed or listed among various governmental constitutions, political documents and international declarations are either redundantly unnecessary, thus compound and complex the matter if enumerated (consider Federalist Paper No. 84), or more likely disrespects and disregards the singular human right therefore violent towards the individual.

Taken from Federalist Paper No. 84 as originally published during the summer of 1788 by The Independent Journal, New York Packet and The Daily Advertiser under the  pseudonym Publius (aka Alexander Hamilton)...

"I go further, and affirm that bills of rights, in the sense and to the extent in which they are contended for, are not only unnecessary in the proposed Constitution, but would even be dangerous. They would contain various exceptions to powers not granted; and, on this very account, would afford a colorable pretext to claim more than were granted. For why declare that things shall not be done which there is no power to do? Why, for instance, should it be said that the liberty of the press shall not be restrained, when no power is given by which restrictions may be imposed? I will not contend that such a provision would confer a regulating power; but it is evident that it would furnish, to men disposed to usurp, a plausible pretense for claiming that power."

Note:
Generally I ideologically despise Alexander Hamilton, although his insight expressed in Federalist Paper No. 84 is not only most noteworthy among other such papers but quite prophetically accurate as well. History demonstrates time and time again the predicted abuse by the US government as covetously, presumptuously, arrogantly thus violently continued to this day.
