More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 120

Most likely to be published later this fall/winter of 2019/2020, my 11th book entitled appropriately; More 100 Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....

PROEM & POEM No. 120 - Burden of Responsibility and Risk / 3rd Reprise

Consent not only negates any ethical dilemma but preempts the self-serving urgency to scheme and embrace the use of force as well. However upon encountering dissent, there germinates in the mind’s shadows the temptation to criminally, privately, socially, electorally, politically, militarily, that is to say, violently force those dissenting thus those soon resisting. As Consideration flirts then dances with Temptation, the slow seductive song eventually if not expeditiously incites Covetousness ergo the sorted Imagination and the cohort’ed Presumption while Narcissism mandates boldly, masturbates solely towards Arrogance’s obnoxious erection, indomitably, opprobriously of course bestially Aggression’s wanton ejaculation.

This digression concludes and manifests obviously as the human activity of coercive exaction, unapologetic violence, categorically perhaps redundantly the aforementioned methods of force. Characteristically, the brutal dynamic is in consistent disregard of the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent on all matters, inseparably in constant disrespect of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

Taking into account the covetousness, presumption, arrogance, violence, etc. as well the consideration of human time lived whether expended, exerted, leisured, wasted, orchestrated, manipulated, exploited, constrained, sequestrated or enslaved, regardless, human time irrecoverable (see Nos. 89, 107 and 119), the inhumanity should be in plain view. It is no less covetous, no less presumptuous, no less arrogant, no less violent therefore no less inhumane to vote for subsidies, grants, social programs, various domestic, foreign or military policies, as it is to rob someone’s resources in part or whole, either for oneself or another.

For by both voting and robbing, it is the coercive utilization of others’ human time, human time irrecoverable, stolen percentages or segments between womb and tomb without divine knowledge of each affected individual lifespan. Yet there are those who politically, socially, academically pose and posture as though divine, infinite, omniscient, at least superiorly endowed or spiritually enlightened, by boastfully declaring what is universally fair, equitable, moral, regardless the rightful dissension by those they intend to forcefully impose, interfere, intervene, manipulate, confiscate, incarcerate even terminate if deemed (insatiably) expeditious. So beautifully disguised the monstrosity that society, people, Neo-Roman mob (as preferred by this poet) have virtuously regaled it as Democracy with all sorts of titillating variations nonetheless the same goddamn evil.

Gun or ballot in hand, theft as well death keenly planned
Serenely dreamt, preening thereupon kept thus best scammed
Scan the thoughts, run until caught, chaff threshed to floor
Thrashed and gored, Dissent, liken dragons of medieval lore

(To reprise; stride by lope as part-god then part-man
Half-aligned to both, a divine and human
O Soul, thou knowest deep the godspeed
Whilst my mind seeks Truth unperceived

Akin to fleece, dewy on the threshing floor
Equally Truth, bloody o'er the rugged door
Mantled such, Torch within, forever borne
Inked to skin 'Peace!', to thee dearly sworn

Stride by lope as the hart, the scope and span
Wisdom by Soul, Love by Heart, God by Man
O Mind, thou knowest deep the Peace prudently
By thy Father's logic befittingly, providently yet rarely)

Woe to them and to their chagrin, as deceptions unhinge
Akin tumbling cards of houses propped and well twinned
To remove the lynchpins so to fluster the contraptions
Per lackluster conceptions as mustered by brutal exactions

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath.
