Rescission is rarely discussed and debated as possible solution, less so to actually rescind. Instead, more legislation is assumed then affirmed oft by the thoughtless mantra “something must be done”, thus any reluctance or resistance immediately met with fierce, moral judgment from most within government, media as well the Romanesque mob allegedly awakened (once again) per some social consciousness ill-defined. Particularly amid crisis where fear immediately festers then foments among the citizenry, therefore the pressure mounts, the posture stiffens, the pen spots post hoc and signs any legislation appearing resolute and declaring absolute. Astonishing!

Comparatively, if another transgresses the individual’s rights hence the individual’s dissent, the transgressor have already coveted then presumed prior to the arrogance and act. By such transgression, not only are the individual’s Lockean rights certainly molested, firstly and gravely disregarded, grossly disrespected the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as exercised, elected and expressed per the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. This too is an equation as consistently so.
Concisely, preceding all harm as individually perceived by one is covetousness as individually conceived by another.
Why prioritized the right to consent or dissent as “firstly and gravely”? For any list, enumeration, bill, or declaration of rights, whether by John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Eleanor Roosevelt (as first chair of UN Commission on Human Rights), are nothing more than political arrangements, justified only if unanimously consented else transgressions simply legalized. Thusly imperative, such conditions must be well founded on the only actual right as preferred and practiced by every human being since time immemorial so to reiterate; the propensity and preference therefore right to consent or dissent on literally all matters.

To consistently understand liberty thus morality, one should comparably, rightly understand perversion by the most contemptible, abominable, barbarous, nefarious as well depraved, reprobated of definitions. So it follows. Perversion; to consent or dissent on all matters per one’s preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others act, speak even think compatibly, similarly even acceptably whether by force legal or force illegal.

INDIVIDUALISM is exercising the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters as manifested per the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, while consistently regarding and constantly respecting others' same right thus ability.
It is that concise. It is that simple. For quite subjective even destructive to the aforementioned sole right, morality and ethic are all other notions toward lists or bills of rights, moralities, ethics as well books or volumes of laws, regulations, taxes, policies arbitrarily covetous, presumptuous, arrogant and violent upon the dissent by merely one, two or more persons in society.

Perhaps the crux or conclusion, the Bill of Right singular, midway in my soon-to-be-published 11th book. First 1/2 of the book, I spend time digging the hole as done for the entire 10th book (prequel). At this juncture, I plant a rustic but hardy post, nail to it the shirt-off-my-back sweaty, bloody and long worn as the proper flag (I pledge allegiance to no other), and then spend the second 1/2 of the book filling in the hole, regularly stomping the dirt around the base. I stand and will die by this post and shirt-of-a-flag called INDIVIDUALISM! At end of day so will each and every person regardless the unfounded ism thoughtlessly embraced and proclaimed, well confirmed by their own individualistic actions unaware...
