        To my daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren, who I love more than they know. It is my hope they someday will read this book when aged enough by human experiences hence mildly or gravely despondent over the human yet quite inhumane experiments, that is, the political and social monstrosities called Government.

        To the following (incomplete list of) influences, who in various decrees marginally or largely shifted my ideological thus moral paradigm(s), facilitating and fostering the conclusions in this book. Consequently in somewhat chronological order; the Taoist and Greek writers, the Apostles and their Gospels and Epistles, the Early Church writers, the theologians and economists of the School of Salamanca, Roger Williams (his book The Bloudy Tenent of Persecution for Cause of Conscience), John Locke, Richard Cantillon, John Stuart Mill, Anne Robert Jacques Turgot, Jean-Baptiste Say, Claude-Frédéric Bastiat (of course the essay The Law as well his complete works), Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton (his article No. 84 only) thus the Federalist Papers, then the arguably preferred Anti-Federalist Papers therefore contributors, Patrick Henry (his fiery speech at the Virginia Ratifying Convention), writers and orators like Ohiyesa (Charles Eastman) as well chiefs Red Jacket, Joseph, Luther Standing Bear, Seattle and others (as compiled by numerous historians), Henry David Thoreau, Lysander Spooner, Mark Twain (his short story/prose War Prayer) and the American Anti-Imperialist League, Carl Menger, Eugen Böhm von Bawerk, Ludwig von Mises (particularly his books Liberalism and Human Action), F.A. Hayek, Garet Garrett, Albert J. Nock (his book Our Enemy, The State), Frank Chodorov, John T. Flynn, C.S. Lewis (his book Mere Christianity), Leonard Read, Henry Hazlitt (his masterly book Foundations of Morality), Ayn Rand (her book Atlas Shrugged and television interviews), Murray N. Rothbard (his two volume historical work on Economic Thought), Martin Luther King Jr. (his speeches and sermons on nonviolence and peace), John Lennon, Milton Friedman, Francis Schaeffer (his book True Spirituality, most noteworthy the section on covetousness), as well the few (among many) contemporaries per their books, essays, articles, lectures, shows, podcasts, documentaries and interviews like Lew Rockwell, Jeff Deist, Tom Woods, Walter Block, Hans-Herman Hoppe, Jesús Huerta de Soto, Walter E. Williams, Jeffrey Tucker, Rand Paul, Peter Schiff, Gerald Celente, Niall Ferguson, Hernando de Soto Polar, Thomas Sowell and of course Ron Paul (consistently a noninterventionist hence a man of peace).

My own paraphrase of St. Matthew chapter 25 (may God forgive me)...

An alternative consideration for this 4th of July; my own paraphrase of St. Matthew chapter 25 (may God forgive me)...

When the Lord comes and all the holy angels with him, then shall He sit upon the throne of glory, He shall judge both the great and small, each according to their deeds. And before the Lord shall be gathered every tribe, nation, empire, as well United States rightly last for priding herself as first.

Alas the Lord shall open the books the final time, recorded therein shall be every thought and every act committed against the Creator of heaven as well his creation on earth. Like thunder He shall declare His word. Like lightning He shall cast His gaze. Then shall He judge the multitudes from all tribes, nations, empires, then will come the multitude rightly last for priding herself as first, and the Lord shall say, "You falsely accused me and spied on me, you jailed me then tortured me, shot me, bombed me, droned me while starving me, robbing me, raping me, killing my children, slaughtering my cattle, burning my fields as well destroying my home, my marketplace, my school, my house of prayer, my workplace therefore my people. You did these blasphemous things aggressively without cause, relentessly without mercy, covetously disregarding and inhumanely disrespecting each and every person and their privacy, preference, possession and property."

Then the multitude, rightly last for priding herself as first, will cry out in a single loud voice, "O Lord of All! When did we falsely accuse you and spy on you, jail you then torture you, shoot you, bomb you, drone you while starving you, robbing you, raping you, killing your children, slaughtering your cattle, burning your fields as well destroying your home, your marketplace, your school, your house of prayer, your workplace therefore your people?" And the multitude will wail then gnash their teeth, crying out again, "O Lord of Hosts, we beseech you! When did we do these blasphemous things aggressively without cause, relentlessly without mercy, covetously disregarding and inhumanely disrespecting each and every person and their privacy, preference, possession and property?"

Behold the multitude, rightly last for priding herself as first, will fall mute and prostrate by the heaviness of fear, and the Lord of All shall answer as a roar of rushing waters, "Verily I say unto you. Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least among those created in our image, you have done it unto me." And suddenly, there shall be a great silence...

Come let us Reason (Is 1:18). Peace is always a Choice (Mt 5:9).
Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath (2 Tm 2:15 / Cl 3:23).

CONDEMNATION I - Broken Fountains, Blistered Levees

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONDEMNATION I - Broken Fountains, Blistered Levees

      Upon the prior confessions, the following condemnations presume not to arrogate as one now righteous enough to cast a stone (Jn 8:7), but to humbly and regrettably state facts. However admittedly, subtlety as well humility will be unavoidably set aside for the moment, while sincere apologies for the direct, near-arrogant manner (see Confession IV).

---

      The compulsion to condemn passionately stirs, swells even spills like broken fountains and blistered levees, per endurably observing the endless confiscating thus mass stealing, resulting to the ceaseless warmongering thus mass killing, initiating from the relentless scheming, colluding, envying and begrudging behind politic, militaristic, cronyistic (or fascistic) and socialistic doors thus mass coveting. The larcenous endlessness, murderous ceaselessness and gluttonous relentlessness transgress unethically by disregarding the right to consent or dissent, as well transgress biblically by discarding the scriptures thou shalt not steal (Ex 20:15), thou shalt not kill (Ex 20:13) and thou shalt not covet (Ex 20:17).

      Seemingly tangent yet appropriate, if honest self-examination is allowed, then the core motivation for egotistic frustration even self-righteous anger therefore brutish resistance towards this book’s manifesto (if you will) is not solely due to opposing ideas, views or preferences, rather, specifically due to confronting immovable constancy or unavoidable consistency. Categorically, the one actual ethic that may preempt or prevent desirous while injurious actions thereby refute or reject fabulous while presumptuous ideas, illustrious while spurious views as well propitious while avaricious preferences.

      Hence an explanation as to why people at large partially or less, marginally embrace or regard the Singular Human Right to Consent or not Consent, by so doing, partially or less, marginally embrace or respect the Human Ability to Reason. For to embrace wholly, consistently is to set aside much invested ideas, views and preferences politically, economically, socially, personally, publicly, domestically, internationally therefore militarily. As such Christian-Americans, along with Other-Americans, whore with Government in a jointly beneficial ménage à trois, thus condemned logically therefore ethically, biblically too as judged by their own religious standards. The moral digression have trended to perhaps irreversible depths, as conditions were (perhaps similar) when the prophet rightly wrote; woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil, that put darkness for light, and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter (Is 5:20).

Broken fountains and blistered levees, liken Antediluvians
Hence Postdiluvian Isms, while all dead-walk in self-delirium
Insisting, imposing, equally inflicting their preferred Elysium
Till praxeological elisions, lesions by parasitical socio-legions

CONFESSION IV - Arrogant Bastards

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONFESSION IV - Arrogant Bastards

      While writing this book, there persisted a hounding (from heaven) conviction for appropriate self-condemning in addition to contending, confessing as well condemning of others, Oddly yet rightly, this poem serves the purpose quite well. When first drafting the verse with a smirk on face and sting of truth on the rocks, intentions were of course more satirical thus less actual. Nonetheless, God used time to methodically, pointedly, applicably reverse the effect. So as originally noted, quoted and composed for the book Commentaries of an American Poet (Jan 2007)…

Note:
While listening to Green Day’s American Idiot CD, written on 27 October 2005.

There is a great amount of poetry within
unconscious fastidiousness.

Marianne Moore (1887-1972)

Poets are arrogant bastards, opportunistic romantics
Whining, sniveling, pining, reminiscing, proselyting
As though patrons hesitate on every verb and adverb
Adjectively alienable yet solitarily co-dependent
To the psycho-babble bullshit immersed in the egoism
Permeating the intellect, where the sub-consciousness
Lose identities, conjunctional collisions of non-beings
Where Parmenides’ one becomes elusively ostensible
Or is it so, the shrouded consciousness joins hip-to-hip
To ancestral continuity inheriting both sins and blessings
A trough of self-exaltation, a horn of plenteous conceit
Hence, wise is the stoic silence of the indigenous
Wake me up…when humility rains upon the parade

CONFESSION I - By Logic Then By Faith

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONFESSION I - By Logic Then By Faith

      The last two decades of reading, contemplating, determining, and reflecting while writing poems, comments, essays, outlines, notes, as well reaffirming, relearning and dismissing while conversing, debating and of course repeating the aforementioned over and over again (resulting to this book hence Nos. 1-100), led me as part of a Specie uniquely yet finitely reasonable and logical per Human non-omnipresence, non-omniscience thus non-omnipotence (see No. 80), to studiously reexamine and fastidiously therefore precisely determine God uniquely yet infinitely reasonable and logical per Divine omnipresence, omniscience thus omnipotence (see Nos. 38-41). To momentarily note for reference later...

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
    the Maker of heaven and earth,
    and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost,
    born of the virgin Mary,
    suffered under Pontius Pilate,
    was crucified, dead, and buried;
He descended into hell.
The third day He arose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven,
    and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
    from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost;
    the holy catholic church;
    the communion of saints;
    the forgiveness of sins;
    the resurrection of the body;
    and the life everlasting.
Amen.

      Critically necessary the former determination as the unavoidable prerequisite to this subsequent decision, not by reason then logic, but by reason (see Nos. 6-10) then faith or substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (He 11:1), therefore echoing the particular answer Thou art the Christ (Mk 8:29) to the persistent question Whom do men say that I am? (Mk 8:27), consequently was inwardly spurred to prayerfully concur, soon later forthrightly recite the earlier historical confession and longstanding Apostles’ Creed, privately before friends and pastor so by two or three witnesses shall every word be established (2 Co 13:1).

---

By logic then by faith, the twain swathed by the Same
Thus Child swaddled as Humanity modeled by God’s frame
Reason arises as humility circumcises presumption’s pride
Else feral arrogance, the instinctive thorn in Adam’s side

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
