PROEM & POEM No. 184 - O America!
No longer the nation grand per opportunities countless if pursued and worked, but a nation damned per opportunists shameless upon ruse and smirk.
Collusive bipartisanship deeply rooted though costumed as derisive partisans cheaply suited, thus bawdy schemes along doughty strategies draped velvety in gaudy themes among haughty moralities.
Antecedent the covetousness, presumption, arrogance, immortality anon depravity, subsequent the vileness, collusion, coercion, violation erelong brutality; (first point of five well established observably while determinately, upon tenets reformed consequently, theologically) so it was, so it is and so it ever shall be.
Hence multitudinous the means, monstrous the end and the one end alone; to beset then abound by the sweat of another's beaten brow!

Knowest now the Creator in the days of thy youth, the truth old
Self-evident the tooth long, since when uttered the first “Behold!”
As such the household called Humanity, fraught thus pervaded
Caught then weighted by proclivities upon inherencies brigaded
Left without mercy, without grace, “No!” per Holy Breath’s toll
Into the specie’s nostrils, then into the mind the Reason-able soul
So at furthest breadths liken darkest depths arise covetous thrills
Amid ill thoughts amassed, yet just one choice, alas the lone rill
