To rightfully own a gun is to rightfully use a gun so to rightfully defend one's life, liberty and property. Else under constant possibility as well actuality of prosecution for obvious defense, rights are altogether negated.
State/local governments across this country are sending clear messages; defend yourself and you will be prosecuted. Yet this is not a constitutional crisis worthy of moral outrage???
