PROEM & POEM No. 177 - Break and Toss the Linear Scale

      It is interesting when the traditional Left or Right suddenly appear moderate by comparison to either radical extremities per the commonly political yet quite linear perception. As popularly held, there are two political, ideological endpoints and everything else between as so categorized. There lies the fundamental problem.

      Those on either side of the aisle cannot fathom their postures and positions yesterday contributing to dilemmas and catastrophes today. However logically indisputable, traditional and moderate Left/Right postures and positions are merely past and present increments towards the next thus inevitable extremes largely unnoticed as such. For the American mind entrapped itself by the useless political linear scale consisting of various propositions and platforms, all favoring government force, while arbitrarily labeling one set of coercive preferences as Left, the other Right and others as Moderate. Unfortunately, the arbitrariness diverts the attention from actual similarities to fictional differences, yet within the latter remain stalled the public discussions and political debates.

      One must break and toss the linear scale to the intellectual trash bin of erroneous methods and disastrous conclusions. Properly, construct a spatial scale, placing the Individual logically, ethically and consistently at XYZ coordinate "0,0,0" as center or origin. It is critical to appropriately understand the center or origin as the human propensity to freely prefer and purpose thus the inherent singular right to consent or dissent on all matters. Therefore, somewhere in the spatial grid away from the center or origin are all political positions contrary to the aforementioned human propensity, that is to say, governmentally seeking to restrain the Individual freedom to prefer and purpose, legally intending to constrain the inherent singular right to consent or dissent on all matters.

      Presently occurring is alienation among the moderate Left per the extreme Left's political antics, as during the Moral Majority movement in the 1980s alienating the moderate Right per the extreme Right. The only difference between now and then is the degree not the dynamic, for more dramatically twofold the present alienation as such the exponential digressions upon historical observation and logical comparison. With that said, Moderates are equal participates in this political posturing and grappling, equally favoring government force of their own preferences, no less the imposition, no less the violation and violence against the dissented. 

      Consequently, identical to the horrid nature of war, politics is nothing more than discussions, debates more so disputes over various preferences of organized force and legalized violence, escalating incrementally as well collusively, conspiratorially, coercively towards the highly prized and deeply coveted government power, the sole objective of all competing parties and factions over any bombastically trumpeted principle. By this understanding, a linear scale for political evaluation or determination absolutely adds no value thus serving no purpose.

Recitation, reiteration, repetition, oppose to critical analysis

For upon public education, an induced academic paralysis
