RHYMES on RYE Nos. 1-32 as part of The MEMPHIS NIGHTCLUB MURDERS

A consolidation of the same rhymes scattered throughout the trilogy and book The MEMPHIS NIGHTCLUB MURDERS & Other Poetic Mysteries...

Rhyme on Rye No. 1

As bawdy the crass sax, or perhaps paramours' brass sex
Words form then stack, betwixt thighs' impasse vexed
He her rex and she his text, the poet's verse un-tersely
Pretzel'ing below the canopy's white lace so transversely

Rhyme on Rye No. 2

Mercy eludes, then grace concludes, while two strews
Amid the satin scattered, under the eiderdown skewed
Later undone, upon limbs flung, as passion's corpses
So love spoiled, and mortals un-coiled; their quiet crisis

Rhyme on Rye No. 3

Scattered the chalice shattered on history's cold floor
Water splattered, as goddamn blood, on misery's door
Like fallen lovers in passionate wars, blown the petals
Of rose to drenched furrow, by lust's wrenched fettle

Rhyme on Rye No. 4

While drunk brutal by duplicity, sipped from antiquity
Fitly, memories mid tattered kodachrome photography
Bored by wallow, hording the fallow, seeking release
Yet reeking of obese sorrow, fattened by non-caprice

Rhyme on Rye No. 5

Blindness curtains, consummating the second show
The last reckoning in solo, within littered theater rows
Exits dim, she turns to him, he discerns the chagrin
As shadows belong, unrelenting; death's song and gin

Rhyme on Rye No. 6

Fits intense by curious itching, such feared bewitching
Hence queer twitching, as eyes widen by livid pitching
So fibs lessen by ditching, betwixt twain supple fawns
`Low fain lunar dawn, disdaining pride, waning brawn

Rhyme on Rye No. 7

Oh yore's smirk, lore's curt frown, per damn metaphors
Cloaked storms gowned by social norms (a fuckin' hoar)
Hence sounds of silent words, while neon twilight stirs
The felines' purrs and canines' slurs, as whiskey ensures

Rhyme on Rye No. 8

Charting the whole, `low streetlamps on cold benches
Sorted souls' intermission, cramped in gutters' stenches
From bar stools to fools, smearing the human shadow
Down grayish sidewalks nicely iced, to hazy hollows

Rhyme on Rye No. 9

O their irony; mirth, dirge, or mere dearth, within skirt
And `neath blouse, to rouse and douse, while lust smirks
When love shirks it's duty (per poetry's chimerical fires)
Crumpling stockings on trousers, piled as funeral pyres

Rhyme on Rye No. 10

Ah, the daily fuss, goddamn eve’s maddening rush
Suited cowboys to gin mills, to fill their mulled hush
Dirtier the martinis, flirtier the ladies, as perceived
Love believed by pairs heaved, till each tab received

Rhyme on Rye No. 11

Bypassing the rife harassing, to prowl, slink and creep
Into penumbras deep, among swelter then shit in heaps
Death too bereft to expire, one’s breath inept to suspire
Liken prayers for mortal spires, or truth dared by liars

Rhyme on Rye No. 12

Amassing the knifed passing, oh howls per jinxed reap
Grim the tundra concrete, while her weltered ardor leaps
Like Abel clept, life not kept, per hatred thus hot desire
Till two paramours slept restless in loveless, lustful ire

Rhyme on Rye No. 13

Reeking of schemes unseen, preened by conundrum
As his sax arched her moan, her sex enlarged his hum
Ever last and anon so cast subtly, oh love’s lost finale
For atop morrow’s bureau in view; sorrow’s challis

Rhyme on Rye No. 14

“Seeking of reams teemed with screams un-succumbed
O’er cornet’s tones, as blood bleeds along spilled rum
From first, his alpha-kin, to last, her omega-sin madly
Upon tomorrow’s dying, after multum in parvo killing”

Rhyme on Rye No. 15

“Freakin’ twain as team tho’ oppose, as thorn and rose
`Twixt corn in rows thus lost, on floor mid undone clothes
Spun within till shunned again, so goes paramours’ lust
As the pair heaved, cleaved to leave, their fuckin’ cusp”

Rhyme on Rye No. 16 (reprised of No. 7 revised)

Oh yore's smirk, lore's curt frown, per damn metaphors
Stoke the storms of reciprocal norms (all fuckin' hoars)
Latter rounds of violent words, while neon twilight lurks
As felines covert, and canines overt, work the un-alert

Rhyme on Rye No. 17

Mind’s knick-knacks scatter, as tits-for-tats on platter
Upon drunk mad-hatters’ pilfering, mid deafening clatter
Ah, love’s tattoo undone, feels good as killer’s revenge
Fitly stung, rung and hung by hangman’s lustful binge

Rhyme on Rye No. 18

Thrilled by the killing spree, skilled by the swilling free
Blood and buzz, just because, as reaper grimly emcees
Till all sprawl to prostrate, aft’ brawl and broken plates
Fear innate, tears translate, inner silence’s altered state

Rhyme on Rye No. 19

Elixirs swilled as real, ah logic lost, per anagogic lines
Amongst purrs, slurs, by nightclub felines and canines
Sensuality stirred, garnished by olive, later her lipstick
Rim so smudged, hem then nudged, his usual shtick

Rhyme on Rye No. 20

Else, lovers’ stints and fits, scents from previous skits
Flicks then devious flits, o’er whiskey’s schizoid-wit
Dirty martini’s android-moods, ah nonetheless broods
Subtly duels, `tween monotony’s psycho-pistol feuds

Rhyme on Rye No. 21

O lady he so loves, on bar her drink, gun and gloves
Mary sips, to her lips his blood, and their lust thereof
What fuss, hot as musk, fraught the dusk with death
Liken Duncan caught mid thrust, envy and Macbeth

Rhyme on Rye No. 22

Lies oft are, cloaked by ties, coats, hats like old czars
As actors too, some ramblers, spilling tumblers on bars
Fools on stools, rarely a few, on par the colloquial ruse
Wide and far the usual excuse, till paid the rude Muse

Rhyme on Rye No. 23

As gun-smoked films noir, and hate-stoked dames are
The unexpected usually, unsuspected presumably starred
In spars and schemes bizarre, to mar, scar, for all to see
O her revenge cold, as barren wold or endless cruel seas

Rhyme on Rye No. 24

Ah the hiss faint in mind, beyond kiss of suspected kind
Expected as blind, by love sublime, however maligned
Oh the serpentine and brass ring, elusive and conducive
By the guile upon the guileless, such the wiles collusive

Rhyme on Rye No. 25

Like befalling Stygian shrouds, so darkness upon stage
While 100 candles flicker, till flamed to a vicar’s rage
O symphonies of everybody’s lies, their Lust connived
Love incised, Hate canonized, as 100 more vilely die

Rhyme on Rye No. 26

Whiskey arouses souls, like bloody tattoos incite flesh
By ills in thrills enmeshed, as chaff-n-wheat pre-threshed
So are facts killed, else skewed, by inebriation’s effects
Too wrecked to judge, to deflect nudges then neglects

Rhyme on Rye No. 27

Whiskey douses whole; love’s affairs, later life’s wares
Staring fraught, dreaming lost, such insistence for despair
Fairest not the ego, darkest the soul ergo, forever 3:00 AM
Suspending in goddamn ends, while pretending to begin

Rhyme on Rye No. 28

Whiskey espouses wise, as twilight rises until love dies
Lust despises of course; causes cavort, effects chastise
As advised per eternal praxeology of temporal sexuality
Such coitus of Passion and Reason, a divine sensuality

Rhyme on Rye No. 29

Damnation rings, by obsessed things, as little-kings within
Reason lacking, inner-trolls stacking, racking to bitter ends
Blending the ash-n-cinder, descending on litters of corpses
O monotony’s lovely courses and insanity’s rutted forces

Rhyme on Rye No. 30

Adrenaline’s mind-fuck, within bars’ muck and swap
Prating malaprops, inflating luck, amid vomit mopped
Aft tricks nonstop, such belated drops; blood and tears
Fitly, propensities’ mud in humanity’s coils and gears

Rhyme on Rye No. 31

Her milk, his wine, till final rhyme, since first night
Quenched hence his thirst, `tween her moist twilights
Drenched shirt on skin, clenched skirt by four fists
Passion like cyst, burst per curse, alas their last tryst

Rhyme on Rye No. 32

Silk lilts then saunters, off back, over left shoulder
Baton’ed by airy symphony, while moods wax bolder
Crooning from gulf to bluffs, along hips `neath slip
Lips to flesh, sips of sweat, enmeshing in odic scripts

Mark Twain's The War Prayer

THE WAR PRAYER by Mark Twain; writer, humorist, entrepreneur, publisher, lecturer as well ardent critic of the Spanish-American and Filipino-American Wars thus vice president of the American Anti-Imperialist League... United States should have more such critics today.

It was a time of great and exalting excitement. The country was up in arms, the war was on, in every breast burned the holy fire of patriotism; the drums were beating, the bands playing, the toy pistols popping, the bunched firecrackers hissing and sputtering; on every hand and far down the receding and fading spreads of roofs and balconies a fluttering wilderness of flags flashed in the sun; daily the young volunteers marched down the wide avenue gay and fine in their new uniforms, the proud fathers and mothers and sisters and sweethearts cheering them with voices choked with happy emotion as they swung by; nightly the packed mass meetings listened, panting, to patriot oratory which stirred the deepest deeps of their hearts and which they interrupted at briefest intervals with cyclones of applause, the tears running down their cheeks the while; in the churches the pastors preached devotion to flag and country and invoked the God of Battles, beseeching His aid in our good cause in outpouring of fervid eloquence which moved every listener.

It was indeed a glad and gracious time, and the half dozen rash spirits that ventured to disapprove of the war and cast a doubt upon its righteousness straightway got such a stern and angry warning that for their personal safety's sake they quickly shrank out of sight and offended no more in that way.

Sunday morning came – next day the battalions would leave for the front; the church was filled; the volunteers were there, their faces alight with material dreams-visions of a stern advance, the gathering momentum, the rushing charge, the flashing sabers, the flight of the foe, the tumult, the enveloping smoke, the fierce pursuit, the surrender! – then home from the war, bronzed heros, welcomed, adored, submerged in golden seas of glory! With the volunteers sat their dear ones, proud, happy, and envied by the neighbors and friends who had no sons and brothers to send forth to the field of honor, there to win for the flag or, failing, die the noblest of noble deaths. The service proceeded; a war chapter from the Old Testament was read; the first prayer was said; it was followed by an organ burst that shook the building, and with one impulse the house rose, with glowing eyes and beating hearts, and poured out that tremendous invocation – "God the all-terrible! Thou who ordainest, Thunder thy clarion and lightning thy sword!"

Then came the "long" prayer. None could remember the like of it for passionate pleading and moving and beautiful language. The burden of its supplication was that an ever – merciful and benignant Father of us all would watch over our noble young soldiers and aid, comfort, and encourage them in their patriotic work; bless them, shield them in His mighty hand, make them strong and confident, invincible in the bloody onset; help them to crush the foe, grant to them and to their flag and country imperishable honor and glory.

An aged stranger entered and moved with slow and noiseless step up the main aisle, his eyes fixed upon the minister, his long body clothed in a robe that reached to his feet, his head bare, his white hair descending in a frothy cataract to his shoulders, his seamy face unnaturally pale, pale even to ghastliness. With all eyes following him and wondering, he made his silent way; without pausing, he ascended to the preacher's side and stood there, waiting.

With shut lids the preacher, unconscious of his presence, continued his moving prayer, and at last finished it with the words, uttered in fervent appeal,"Bless our arms, grant us the victory, O Lord our God, Father and Protector of our land and flag!"

The stranger touched his arm, motioned him to step aside – which the startled minister did – and took his place. During some moments he surveyed the spellbound audience with solemn eyes in which burned an uncanny light; then in a deep voice he said

"I come from the Throne – bearing a message from Almighty God!" The words smote the house with a shock; if the stranger perceived it he gave no attention. "He has heard the prayer of His servant your shepherd and grant it if such shall be your desire after I, His messenger, shall have explained to you its import – that is to say, its full import. For it is like unto many of the prayers of men, in that it asks for more than he who utters it is aware of – except he pause and think.

"God's servant and yours has prayed his prayer. Has he paused and taken thought? Is it one prayer? No, it is two – one uttered, the other not. Both have reached the ear of His Who hearth all supplications, the spoken and the unspoken. Ponder this – keep it in mind. If you beseech a blessing upon yourself, beware! lest without intent you invoke a curse upon a neighbor at the same time. If you pray for the blessing of rain upon your crop which needs it, by that act you are possibly praying for a curse upon some neighbor's crop which may not need rain and can be injured by it.

"You have heard your servant's prayer – the uttered part of it. I am commissioned by God to put into words the other part of it – that part which the pastor, and also you in your hearts, fervently prayed silently. And ignorantly and unthinkingly? God grant that it was so! You heard these words: 'Grant us the victory, O Lord our God!' That is sufficient. The whole of the uttered prayer is compact into those pregnant words. Elaborations were not necessary. When you have prayed for victory you have prayed for many unmentioned results which follow victory – must follow it, cannot help but follow it. Upon the listening spirit of God the Father fell also the unspoken part of the prayer. He commandeth me to put it into words. Listen!

"O Lord our Father, our young patriots, idols of our hearts, go forth to battle – be Thou near them! With them, in spirit, we also go forth from the sweet peace of our beloved firesides to smite the foe. O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with their little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it – for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

(After a pause)

"Ye have prayed it; if ye still desire it, speak! The messenger of the Most High waits."

It was believed afterward that the man was a lunatic, because there was no sense in what he said.

Consumed by trifles and trivialities

As I was reading a Washington Post claim to have caught on camera the current president lying, I thought what would be actually shocking news is for a president to be consistently truthful, trustworthy, transparent, etc. Instead, it is common practice for presidents to be otherwise (thus the former hardly a journalistic exposé), particularly common among the three 21st century warmongering presidents; Bush the Father of US Perpetual Wars, Obama the Father of US Drone Wars as well Silencer of Whistle-Blowers and now Trump following quite well in his predecessors' monstrous footsteps.

In short, we allow ourselves to be consumed by trifles and trivialities while far graver issues continue unchecked even unnoticed. Imperatively, a few though what should be obvious examples...

We wallow in the alleged collusion between Trump and Putin as though that is far more threatening to our (already declining) free society, rather the longstanding collusion between the US government and tech companies (communications, social media, search sites, etc) that have been increasingly undermining privacy thus liberty for almost two decades.

We obsess over possible election interference by Russia while caring little for 12+ decades of covert and overt interference even bloody coups, invasions and occupations by the US government.

We are morally aghast with (well staged) tears over the relatively few children effected by US immigration policies compared to the far greater perhaps incalculable number of children terminated by US foreign/military policies. To be clear, this country do not give a damn for the children latterly compared.

We empathize with those uncomfortable upon hearing opposing views, supportive of those offended by rude, hateful words (and rightly so) while freedom of speech is becoming alarmingly controlled socially, intellectually, economically, politically, fast-tracking to be regulated hence punishable legally, judicially (as already done elsewhere). To be clear again, we should encourage polite, civil, respectful speech among ourselves privately, else expect tyranny if we invite government's opportunistically heavy hand.

Kindle price from $3.99 to $1.99

I requested the publisher to permanently reduce the Kindle price from $3.99 to $1.99 ... Per the book's topic, it seems appropriate to make the e-book version as widely accessible as possible...

It started with an idea

It started with an idea and working title My Allegiance (purposely misleading) in 2006 while writing thematically related verses for the 4th book Commentaries by an American Poet. At the time, I was conducting a 6-week solo peace demonstration in front of the Alabama state capitol in Montgomery, when on a hot August afternoon while looking down Dexter Avenue from the capitol steps, I decided to write a book on "my allegiance" to peace and liberty oppose to merely a flag and a country-turned-empire. Although it became immediately clear, more reading, studying and pondering were necessary thus repeated a thousand times in preparation. Of course many books, essays, lectures, articles, interviews, podcasts, videos, etc have influenced this project, it was the particular re-reading the two treatises by Ludwig von Mises (1881-1973) entitled Human Action and Liberalism: In the Classical Tradition that morphed the emphasis from peace and freedom to the Singular Human Right to Consent, thus inseparably the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

Note:
The lower 4 photos were taken by sympathetic onlookers and a local journalist in August 2006. The journalist's photo led to a short news radio interview as well. Obviously, photos were taken prior to the suit and fedora era... :-)

My 10th book is now available....

My 10th book in paperback is now available at Amazon (click link or book cover). Other sites and stores will shortly follow as well the hardbound and e-book versions...

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

And I continue unashamed to egomaniacally quote myself... :-)

And I continue unashamed to egomaniacally  quote myself... :-)

As quoted from my forthcoming 10th book entitled 100 Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. Performing my final review, to be published/available in a few weeks...

"The good citizen, the obedient subject and the sacrificial patriot are always the objectives of government, thus externally generous as internally anxious to educate the youth, the preferred means to the coveted ends. For truly coveted are individuals’ life, liberty and property, so much so, government will forcefully take them from individuals or cleverly convince individuals to give them up quite willingly."

D.C. Quillan Stone

"The third Jeffersonian right, the unalienable Pursuit of Happiness, have become the copious denotation, fallacious justification and erroneous summation of all rights conjured thereafter. Encouraging political otherwise criminal actions to underwrite imaginary rights, while theft and confiscation are justified even moralized as taxation and eminent domain."

D.C. Quillan Stone

"If the aims of United States were peace as declared by President Bush in 2004, then were aims achieved, for whom, and at what cost? If not ambitions of empire, then someone, anyone identify and define the objectives for two centuries (and more) of violently aspirant preoccupation towards domination. Determined to perpetuate the fiction, President Obama declared at the 2009 inauguration, “America must play its role in ushering in a new era of peace.” O Peace; an era yet begun thus a role yet played. Regrettably, Christian-Americans persist to hymn their hypocrisy to the Prince of Peace, as Other-Americans insist to glorify their trifles and arbitraries, while hailing as God’s anointed or morally enlightened their preferred warmongering Caesars."

So why am I egotistically quoting myself

So why am I egotistically quoting myself... :-). Yes, admittedly, poets/writers are self-absorbed, narcissistically assuming their readers-without-purpose wait giddily with anticipation for the next creative spasm of rippling butterfly-effect-like significance, desperately hanging on each and every poetic word, literary phrase and inebriated grunt. Consequently, poets/writers are also a bit psychotic. Normally that would be however in this case, merely a shallow, self-serving, marketing ruse... :-)

As quoted from my forthcoming 10th book entitled 100 Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. Performing my final review, to be published/available in a few weeks...

"All actions Past, Present thus Future are judged without exception as rightful, moral or ethical by those involved or affected per Reason manifested by Consent or Dissent, a commonly ignored consistency nonetheless universally constant."

D.C. Quillan Stone

"Interaction is obviously and constantly indicative of individual reason towards individual purpose or preference thus individual consent, the obvious and constant precedence for groups’ achievable purposefulness."

D.C. Quillan Stone

"Diversity is a consideration of individuals first and foremost, not of groups, else it is a matter of denying individuality in part or whole, in a word; presumption, first cousin to covetousness."

Three banners with quotes

UPDATE: Three banners (more forthcoming) with quotes taken from my newest book (see cover/link further below), feel free to use or abuse, post or burn (metaphorically of course)...

"Rights are conjured, save the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, hence either applicably erroneous or worst, requiring commodities and services by forceful measures. By so doing, the one aforementioned right of course is disregarded, inseparably disrespecting the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason."

D.C. Quillan Stone

"It follows, when reason’s expression per individual consent as well dissent are honored in rhetoric and practice concerning all matters, only then can be found genuine fairness, equality, justice, freedom, that is to say, the sole ethic among non-omnipresent, non-omniscient and nonomnipotent thus quite finite mortals."

D.C. Quillan Stone

"The propensity to compile lists of morals and rights, as well to conjure excessively longer lists of laws, codes, ordinances and policies determined presumptuously, arbitrarily, intrusively, always lacking unanimous support (majority at most), have been among the gravest of misunderstandings and undertakings throughout history, and in so doing brutishly disrespecting even brutally disregarding the actual one moral, one right, one basis for law or code, and one social justice since the first encounter of two, three or more; the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent."

Bill of Rights; Unnecessary and Dangerous

Perhaps the most insightful piece among both Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers is Federalist Paper No. 84, surprisingly written by one founding father (crony) I despise the most, the father of central banking Alexander Hamilton (1755-1804). Yet, this federal-centralist proposed the Bill of Rights as "unnecessary" and "dangerous", of course confirmed by U.S. history, as well elaborated by Proems & Poems 19, 20 & 21 in my latest and 10th book One-Hundred Proems and Poems on the Peculiar Human Ability to REASON, Singular Human Right to CONSENT and Other Neglected Matters. Below is an excerpt from Proem No. 21...

"True to Alexander Hamilton's predictions implied in Federalist No. 84 and as bold it may be to say, every aspect of life not mentioned in the U.S. Bill of Rights are intrusively touched by government law, regulation, policy, license, permit, tax, tariff, ban, surveillance, etc. Bolder still yet no less true, every aspect of life particularly mentioned in the U.S. Bill of Rights are intrusively touched by government law, regulation, policy, license, permit, tax, tariff, ban, surveillance, etc.

Ironically, the historically assumed and quite stringently constitutional interpretation “whatever is not written, is not allowed” already began the slow, unnoticed digression in the late 18th century, until the tyrannical convenience “whatever is not written, is allowed” fully matured in the 20th and 21st centuries. To disagree is to ignore implications in and around Mr. Hamilton’s arguments against the Bill of Rights, to insist on disagreeing is to overlook U.S. history entirely."

Mr. Trump; the 3rd Warmongering US President of the 21st Century

Mr. Trump; the 3rd warmongering US President of the 21st century, rightly joining prior warmongers Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama as part of the evolving and expanding American Axis of Evil.

There is no point in supporting in detail my above comment. Online news sources of both partisan persuasions are littered with articles and videos of invasions, regime-changes, occupations, airstrikes, drone-strikes, with targets including homes, shops, schools, hospitals, even wedding parties, and more. Unceasing as well increasing from Mr. Bush's administration, throughout Mr. Obama's administration, until Mr. Trump's administration, and still, there is no end in sight to United States' imperialistic presumption, political arrogance as well military atrocities against humanity.

I condemn the US government on the matter, as well the Democratic / Republican politicians and constituents in support of American militarism and police-statism. More so, I condemn Christian-Americans claiming a faith in the Prince of Peace while remaining aligned or apathetic.

CONDEMNATION IV - Either/Or

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONDEMNATION IV - Either/Or ~

As I entered the editing phase for this book, while considering occasionally appropriate as well fierce critiques, I am reminded how logically, ethically irrefutable is the issue of consent. EITHER one consistently supports, passionately defends each and every individual's Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent on all matters (literally) without exception, OR upon any exception, always arbitrary of course, one must accept their own covetousness to pursue, presumption to scheme, arrogance to impose therefore violence to force against the Preference thus Dissent of others. Setting aside all politically, socially, morally and religiously conjured fantasies, a third consideration is empirically hence realistically nonexistent.

---

Come! Let us reason, else treason contra God’s logical beacon
Peace! A choice always, else the Singular Right viciously beaten
Lost the freedom, aloft the daemons hence presumptions reign
Arrogances abstain to respect and regard the Inseparable Twain

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

AMERICA! - Connoted Collection of Nos. 58-59

AMERICA! - Connoted Collection of Nos. 58-59

America! Will God shed on thee grace undeservingly
For blood spilling `neath flag unfurling in every breeze
Flowing since founding, extolling hence compounding
Anthems hymning, spinning the half-truths half-telling

---

America! Should God bless thee and thy covetousness
(Right to have by presuming your due lustfully endless)
From citing to be free, to rioting for things free, the fling
To flirt, hamstringing empirics’ logic regardless the swing

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

CONDEMNATION III - Casting One Last Castigation

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONDEMNATION III - Casting One Last Castigation ~

The Five Castigations in the previous Condemnation II, of course the featured 100 Proems & Poems, as well the cantos of the Abandoned Project, can be easily summarized if not already understood concisely at this juncture. For each installment share and state one Ethic thus Right applicable to all actions and activities involving two or more individuals, therefore an ethical dilemma consistently arises when transgressed, while unrecognized per the intentional or unintentional shrouding by the deviant or delusional among polity and democracy, society and popularity, majority and minority, economy and industry, clergy and laity, and more.

Christian-Americans are no exception, that is, brutally deviant and balefully delusional as Other-Americans, in stark contrast to New Testament theology and theme, Apostolical gospel and creed, as well Christly narratives accurately quoted or remotely paraphrased. With that said, each person’s conscious and confession are private matters, consequently between God and man. However between individuals, Christian-Americans have claimed distinction in society, but retained none in actuality, historically and persistently disrespecting and disregarding the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

---

Imposition resisted thereafter the proposition dissented
Presumption insisted upon the justification hence twisted
Covetousness encysted for tightfisted so the propensities
Depravity’s totalities; errors, excesses, Sin’s immensities

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

CONDEMNATION II - Casting Five Castigations

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONDEMNATION II - Casting Five Castigations ~

Christian-Americans have supported as much Cronyistic (Fascistic) Socialism combined with a lesser measure of Communistic Socialism (see Nos. 1-4, 56-60, 83-84, 95) as Other-Americans, while piously blind to the truth and logic thus the one ethic and singular right (see Nos. 25-29), therefore unapologetically coveting and stealing the private resources of fellow citizens under manufactured banners of Charity, Necessity ill defined and more.

Christian-Americans have supported as much Imperialistic Militarism (see Nos. 1-4, 76-77, 83-84) and the idolatrously requisite Patriotism (see Nos. 5, 71-73) as Other-Americans, while piously blind to the truth and logic thus the one ethic and singular right (see Nos. 25-29), therefore unapologetically killing, preceded by coveting, succeeded by stealing the private resources of foreign citizens under manufactured banners of Safety, Liberty, Democracy, Loyalty (Duty, see Nos. 5, 69-73), Necessity ill defined and more.

Christian-Americans have supported as much Paternalistic and (aforementioned) Militaristic Interventionism (see Nos. 1-4, 32, 76-77, 83-84, 95) as Other-Americans, while piously blind to the truth and logic thus the one ethic and singular right (see Nos. 25-29), therefore unapologetically coveting and stealing the privacies and liberties of fellow and foreign citizens, killing as collaterally expedient, under manufactured banners of Safety, Liberty, Democracy, Loyalty (Duty, see Nos. 5, 69-73), Necessity ill defined as well Propriety, Sobriety, Morality, Theology, Philosophy, Economy and more.

To implicatively enlarge, Christian-Americans have supported as much Political Force (see Nos. 17, 43-46, 54-70, 74-80) as Other-Americans, domestically, internationally as well categorically per confiscation by annihilation and reservation(s), subjugation (slavery of some then tyranny o’er all), manipulation by taxation, regulation, prevention, preemption, socialization (all forms of enslaving life), consequently incarceration as well execution (another form of aborting life), persecution too (torture) therefore implementation and continuation by unification, centralization, regimentation (government’s public education), militarization, eventually domination far more expansive than past empires.

To specifically charge, Christian-Americans have favored Violence (Political Force) since their country’s founding, by supporting monstrous wars thus incalculable atrocities against humanity, of course in stark contrast of similar proportion, Christ Jesus called the Prince of Peace (Is 9:6), who encouraged with quite logical words, Blessed are the Peacemakers (Mt 5:9), favor(ed) Nonviolence from ordinary birth till extraordinary death by one of the cruelest of executions.

Broken fountains and blistered levees, aft’ the revelries
Thus plethora of superfluities amid the bubbled naiveties
Ah the busted fantasies per the forged realty-cheques
Inevitably acid rain upon the arrogant just-and-unjust necks

CONDEMNATION I - Broken Fountains, Blistered Levees

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONDEMNATION I - Broken Fountains, Blistered Levees

Upon the prior confessions, the following condemnations presume not to arrogate as one now righteous enough to cast a stone (Jn 8:7), but to humbly and regrettably state facts. However admittedly, subtlety as well humility will be unavoidably set aside for the moment, while sincere apologies for the direct, near-arrogant manner (see Confession IV).

---

The compulsion to condemn passionately stirs, swells even spills like broken fountains and blistered levees, per endurably observing the endless confiscating thus mass stealing, resulting to the ceaseless warmongering thus mass killing, initiating from the relentless scheming, colluding, envying and begrudging behind politic, militaristic, cronyistic (or fascistic) and socialistic doors thus mass coveting. The larcenous endlessness, murderous ceaselessness and gluttonous relentlessness transgress unethically by disregarding the right to consent or dissent, as well transgress biblically by discarding the scriptures thou shalt not steal (Ex 20:15), thou shalt not kill (Ex 20:13) and thou shalt not covet (Ex 20:17).

Seemingly tangent yet appropriate, if honest self-examination is allowed, then the core motivation for egotistic frustration even self-righteous anger therefore brutish resistance towards this book’s manifesto (if you will) is not solely due to opposing ideas, views or preferences, rather, specifically due to confronting immovable constancy or unavoidable consistency. Categorically, the one actual ethic that may preempt or prevent desirous while injurious actions thereby refute or reject fabulous while presumptuous ideas, illustrious while spurious views as well propitious while avaricious preferences.

Hence an explanation as to why people at large partially or less, marginally embrace or regard the Singular Human Right to Consent or not Consent, by so doing, partially or less, marginally embrace or respect the Human Ability to Reason. For to embrace wholly, consistently is to set aside much invested ideas, views and preferences politically, economically, socially, personally, publicly, domestically, internationally therefore militarily. As such Christian-Americans, along with Other-Americans, whore with Government in a jointly beneficial ménage à trois, thus condemned logically therefore ethically, biblically too as judged by their own religious standards. The moral digression have trended to perhaps irreversible depths, as conditions were (perhaps similar) when the prophet rightly wrote; woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil, that put darkness for light, and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter (Is 5:20).

---

Broken fountains and blistered levees, liken Antediluvians
Hence Postdiluvian Isms, while all dead-walk in self-delirium
Insisting, imposing, equally inflicting their preferred Elysium
Till praxeological elisions, lesions by parasitical socio-legions

CONFESSION IV - Arrogant Bastards

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. CONFESSION IV - Arrogant Bastards

While writing this book, there persisted a hounding (from heaven) conviction for appropriate self-condemning in addition to contending, confessing as well condemning of others, Oddly yet rightly, this poem serves the purpose quite well. When first drafting the verse with a smirk on face and sting of truth on the rocks, intentions were of course more satirical thus less actual. Nonetheless, God used time to methodically, pointedly, applicably reverse the effect. So as originally noted, quoted and composed for the book Commentaries of an American Poet (Jan 2007)…

Note:
While listening to Green Day’s American Idiot CD, written on 27 October 2005.

There is a great amount of poetry within
unconscious fastidiousness.

Marianne Moore (1887-1972)

Poets are arrogant bastards, opportunistic romantics
Whining, sniveling, pining, reminiscing, proselyting
As though patrons hesitate on every verb and adverb
Adjectively alienable yet solitarily co-dependent
To the psycho-babble bullshit immersed in the egoism
Permeating the intellect, where the sub-consciousness
Lose identities, conjunctional collisions of non-beings
Where Parmenides’ one becomes elusively ostensible
Or is it so, the shrouded consciousness joins hip-to-hip
To ancestral continuity inheriting both sins and blessings
A trough of self-exaltation, a horn of plenteous conceit
Hence, wise is the stoic silence of the indigenous
Wake me up…when humility rains upon the parade

CONFESSION III - Study of God by Study of Man / Reprise

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONFESSION III - Study of God by Study of Man / Reprise

Evolutionary sciences or theories cannot adequately propose, certainly cannot specifically demonstrate, the spawning and dawning of the Human Specie’s psychology, nor academically, defensively argue the causal transitions from subconscious to conscious states therefore gravely lacking if to expound on the obvious quantum leap from solely, vulnerably instinctive to vastly, superiorly reasonable compared to other species. Clearly, the otherwise featherless, furless, clawless, fangless as well weaker and slower, bipedal Human Specie (see No. 22) can uniquely, particularly reason within beautiful, equally perilous environments terrestrial and (recently) celestial, surviving, sustaining, then progressing, innovating, constructing, expanding far beyond all other comparatively stationary species (see No. 33).

By the obviously, unexplainably Particular Human Psychology, Consciousness as well Ability to Reason, inseparably, the empirically, undeniably Singular Human Expectation, Prerogative, Ethic as well Right to Consent or Not Consent, the logical mind must contemplate and determine a Consideration extra-scientific, Constant or Consistency unidentified ergo Causality misunderstood. Yet indisputably, this seemingly mysterious yet quite rationally exhibited Aforementioned is not completely unknown to the Human mind and soul, un-experienced by the Human body and senses, unfelt by the Human emotion, passion as well spirit.

Therefore, is there more imaginable effort to ignore, deny, resist or reject versus far less intellectual effort (or stretch) to recognize, allow, assist or accept further inquiry into the Extra-natural at least, at most the Supernatural. Yet, some force extra-natural fails per the Design Reasonable or Design by Reason, affirming Someone not Something Supernatural reasoning from preexistence to existence as well post-existence, hence Extra-finite if not Infinite even Eternal, that is to say quite precisely, preferably; God was, is and will be. The tangibly physiological science of diverse kinds capably suggests the pursuit, while the intangibly praxeological science of various sorts logically demands it. The latter superiorly contend over the former pursuit for as God the Creator infinitely reasoned thus consented to create unlimitedly, so naturally mimics each Human of Creation finitely reasoning thus consenting to create however limitedly.

---

Study of God by study of man, to mindlessly twine not
Yet to mindfully resign, humbly, upon empirical thought
O the human fraught `twixt and `tween womb and tomb
Still, fixed to glean the Self-evidence o’er Utopian doom

CONFESSION II - Study of God by Study of Man

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CONFESSION II - Study of God by Study of Man

Per merely observing and/or extensively studying the Present as well the Past, there arose an acknowledgement of self-evident truths, that is, inescapable causalities amid all Individuals acting, always upon all Individuals consenting (or not), inseparably all Individuals reasoning, therefore quite normal and synonymously logical for Human intelligence to conclude determinable Consistencies to measurably discern, beneficially estimate even accurately predict the Future (see Nos. 6-10, 22-29, 33-34).

Importantly more, all actions Past, Present thus Future are judged without exception as rightful, moral or ethical by those involved or affected per Reason manifested by Consent or Dissent, a commonly ignored consistency nonetheless universally constant. So consistent the constant (if you will), a scientific mind would conclude theories initially, principles eventually. Further examination would favor singularity over plurality as well, upon questioning and rejecting each and every proposed morality, ethic or right, superseded by the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, inseparably the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

To go further still, diligence would duly note the subtle yet prompt dynamic(s), the Singular Right or Ethic to Consent or Not Consent, governing as law all encounters between two Individuals or more. Already engaged is this Law as two or more Individuals prepare, approach or happen upon an encounter, as well linger beyond departure until irrelevant or forgotten the event or action. The firstly mentioned parallel is uncanny, by two or three witnesses shall every word be established (2 Co 13:1), likewise by two, three or more encountering shall every action be judged.

Alternatively, the aforementioned Condition, Dynamic, Law or Ethic precedes, endures as well succeeds the Human Now, by preceding, enduring and succeeding every Human Encounter, innately therefore irresistibly judged by every Participant Individually. Hence, the secondly mentioned parallel is as uncanny if not more profoundly. As God is theologically, reasonably then logically revered per the inseparable characteristics Omnipresent, Omniscient thus Omnipotent, likewise Individuals expectantly, reasonably then logically judge by the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent, a Condition, Dynamic, Law or Ethic seemingly as divinely Omnipresent, Omniscient thus Omnipotent, that is, ever-present, ever-revealing and ever-exacting comparatively to the Non-omnipresent, Non-omniscient thus Non-omnipotent. To elaborate risking redundancy, an apostle once rightly attached to the Former, as could be empirically said of the latter, the elementary antiphon; the same yesterday, and today, and forever (He 13:8).

It is of course reasonable to say God the Creator is arguably revealed by logical studies of His creations physical, geological, astronomical, biological, botanical, zoological, anatomical, and more as composed by the psalmist; when look(ing) at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars that you have established (Ps 8:3,4). However, it is reasonable to say God the Creator is convincingly revealed by logical studies of His one Creation individual, psychological, intellectual, innovational, social, economical, and more as well combined praxeological as scribed perhaps implied by an apostle; what may be known of God is manifest…, for since the creation of the world his invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead (Ro 1:19,20).

---

Study of God by study of man, sound design, not by flesh
Manifested yet in flesh; human actions threshed then enmeshed
`Tween competing interests, thereby Ethic arises by the threats
Consent or Dissent mid bloodless conflicts by sweated respect
