Most likely to be published later this winter of 2020/2021, my 11th book entitled appropriately; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....
PROEM & POEM No. 195 - A Reprobate Mind / 5th Reprise
By any means necessary! Thus the 21st century war-cry in United States, whether by particular rhetoric (i.e. BAMN), or more often per noticeable behavior and action; it is the slippery slope foolishly ignored or influentially misunderstood as educationally predisposed. Of course, such rhetoric, behavior and action have not newly arrived upon this century and country, merely heightened perhaps unprecedented solely within the latest generation’s recollection.
Certainly the total wars of 20th century represent the unprincipled convenience and unshackled contrivance by employing all resources and measures necessarily expedient to wantonly exact unspeakable inhumanities, as best analyzed in Ludwig von Mises’ 1944 book Omnipotent Government: The Rise of the Total State and Total War. To augment the aforementioned overt examples, U.S. government’s covert activities on both foreign and domestic soil typify as well the same sort of resourcefulness towards conveniences, contrivances, expediencies, inhumanities, although within the shroud of secrecy even conspiracy (see Nos. 156-158, 178) journalistically and popularly unquestioned.
The critical point is this; no matter the form or intervention taken politically, legislatively, legally, militarily as well rhetorically, apolitically, illegally even criminally, “by any means necessary” is violence nonetheless, unethical as rightfully determined by violated persons’ mere dissent explicit if ahead expressed, dissent implicit if consent unexpressed. Also true, the same forms and interventions are paths of brief satisfaction then frustration, repeated over and over until total interventionism or totalitarianism. The reason is quite simple. Each frustration becomes more radicalized than the previous, intensifying towards yet another unprecedented extreme in both mission and method.
Somewhere along the path unethical therefore violent, emerges in plain sight some form of "by any means necessary" (i.e. BAMN). At first unapologetic although pride even self-righteousness soon appears and boasts, transitioning with ease to presumption and arrogance as covetousness entertained always so digresses. Present from the start of course, the unprincipled aggression merely convoluted by concocted philosophy, clouded by contrived terminology.

Covetousness entertained by obtuse minds propagandized
Presumption resurrects, soon arrogance erects well disguised
Intellectualized cleverly of course, politicized conveniently
Antrorsely towards Fraud and Force levied indiscriminately
