The land of the free and the home of the brave... Is it?

Nothing more symbolizes the lyrical mantra "the land of the free and the home of the brave" as an American mythical folklore than plastic partitions between debating vice-presidential candidates along with continuous widespread use of (unhealthy) masks, (anti) social distancing, (tyrannical) economic shutdowns as well (wantonly coveted) stimulus proposals upon stimulus plans.

If wisely bit above young-adult naivety in the late 1970s, I would have been able to identify, as I retrospectively do now, the well established dynamics and catalysts toward today's academic, social, economic and political lunacy, therefore the then moods and modes, trends and tendencies, (publicly funded) education and enlightenment consequently (publicly subsidized) intellectuals and idealists, laws and legalities, policies and programs thusly impositions and interventions, and much more.

To suggest current events as some recent phenomena hence to levy blame on younger generation(s), or as some dire outcome per one major party, is to continually rely on young-adult-like naivety. Grow up then wake up and smell the long brewed tyranny!

Come let us Reason (Is 1:18). Peace is always a Choice (Mt 5:9).
Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath (2 Tm 2:15 / Cl 3:23).
