Ms Chumley is not alone among conservative journalists and Republicans in her and their delusion that only liberal journalists and Democrats are detrimentally pushing this country towards Socialism, an ism already proven historically as an economic as well moral failure. It is the same sort of delusion enabling Liberals-Democrats to excuse former President Obama as an inhumane warmonger thus murderer of civilians like his predecessor and successor, as well aggressor towards whistle-blowers, while naively or advantageously praising him as one of the country's greatest presidents.
My point. Democrats and Republicans are far more similar than dissimilar, differences mostly superficial, therefore the prevailing bipartisan support for both Socialism and Militarism though often described and disguised as something else for political convenience and expedience. So yes, if the US Representative from The Bronx "has no place in US government" per her Socialist proposals, I would consistently suggest including the two major parties' long roster of officeholders.
