Why corruption even perversion unavoidably rises within any individual politically empowered, governmentally subsidized or privately enabled, coddled, pampered, spoiled?

Conjured preference, developed perception even formulated principle regarding holiness, goodness, fairness (and more) cannot adequately nor marginally constrain nearly as much if at all as does the natural existence of responsibility and risk... Facilitated of course by Covetousness’ insatiable hunger, unquenchable thirst therefore perpetual Discontentment chased by inevitable Resentment, thereupon the further nurturing and maturing the lustful paramours Envy and Hate."
