Regardless the climatic future, government intervention is NOT the answer...

The mostly politicized conversation about climate change leans heavy towards global warming as demonstrated by President Biden's economically reckless executive orders of late (in record numbers), while some have proposed and continue to insist on a forthcoming mini ice age else phenomenal cooling trend.

Beyond the much confident swagger and arrogant bluster on the matter among politicians, bureaucrats (posing as experts), journalists as well citizens, very few have the data access, even fewer have the appropriate knowledge and fewer still have the analytical skill.

Regardless the climatic future, government intervention is NOT the answer, NOR destroying jobs even companies by stroke of a politician's pen while issuing government regulations, taxes, subsidies, grants, contracts and more. Rather, polity and society must allow uninhibited discussion and debate by science so to determine potential conditions, and uninhibited speculation and innovation by industry so to determine potential solutions.

As a starting point, all involved would do well if to heed the economist Thomas Sowell's observation and conclusion when he accurately explained...

Fascism is the "top-down regulatory" methodology towards total control of the economy...

That is to reiterate simply, Fascism is the "top-down regulatory" methodology towards total control of the economy. Communism, by comparison, is the "bottom-up confiscatory" methodology towards total control of the economy. Both isms barter per the necessary power-exchange, promising variations of Socialistic programs liken bread tossed to the Roman colosseum crowd.

All other associations are not definitions, rather mere symptoms of such isms over time upon escalation; restricted speech, controlled news agencies, promulgated blame or threat by racial, social and/or political distinctions, endless fearmongering of conjured enemies, domestic surveillance, arrests and detainments without charge, evidence nor due process, as well establishing reeducation, labor and death camps.

Regardless the group empowered, there arises in parallel a political, ideological Aryanism, hence the necessitated purging or silencing of any opposition as demonstrated presently.

Some lockdown supporters are ignorantly blaming greed for the growing number of empty office spaces transitioning from temporarily to permanently vacant...

The lockdowns' unintended consequences are yet fully realized, but one will be the many forced to work remotely, will not return to offices. Even whole companies previously hesitant have adjusted to remotely operate (if not relocate), and plan to continue indefinitely. Combined with years and decades of oppressive regulations and taxes in New York, California and other like markets, the economical path of least governmental resistance is never to return nor venture in such places.

The arrogant and despotic Governor Cuomo's recent epiphany "we will have nothing left to open" is clearly too little too late, while the equally arrogant and despotic Governor Newsom have yet been so enlightened.

The lockdown, an unexpected gift???

Such bizarre even disturbing online comments even adulations for lockdowns populate the internet. Obviously stated by those financially unaffected hence selfishly naïve or insensitive, therefore NOT economically devastated NOR entrepreneurially ruined as so many are by unilaterally mandated "despotic" lockdowns. Curiously, would the same ones make the same claims amid escaping or experiencing reeducation, labor or death camps, tortuous interrogations, Schutzstaffel curfews, Martial law, police states, maniacal dictatorships, tyrannical regimes and more?

Meanwhile interestingly enough, lockdowns in one week's time went from scientifically, medically necessary thus impose, enforce and extend indefinitely, to no longer required (by some) else "we will have nothing left to open" per iron-fisted Governor Cuomo's recent epiphany. 

The tyranny and lunacy must stop as well the "odd" rationalization and patronization for them.

If you prefer a party seeking...

If you prefer a party seeking the CONSENT of enough political supporters so to acquire enough political power for the purpose of imposing, intruding, confiscating, manipulating, coercing thus forcing upon the DISSENT of others, then parties like Democrat and Republican will certainly satisfy your covetously, presumptuously driven preference.

However, as stated in my forthcoming 11th book...

"Logically defined, Politics is the pursuit to influence and/or control political power, legal force, that is to say, the power thus force to manipulate and confiscate others' behavior and resource without their consent. The method to determine the use of power or force by democracy, oligarchy or tyranny matters not. The method to implement the use of power or force by communism, fascism or cronyism and their popular pacifier socialism matters not. For all are clashes between political prerogatives versus personal preferences, legal force versus human will, government taking liberties plural versus individuals exercising liberty singular.

Rather it is Ethics not Politics that desires freedom for oneself and all others thus a return to individual responsibility and risk. It is Ethics not Politics that seeks liberation from government's shackles and chains hung heavy upon everyone's person, preference, possession and property. Where is the logical thus ethical consistency?

Many of the Christian Right are newly enraged over President Biden's likely reversal of former President Trump's pro-life policies. Yet the same enraged citizens have never shown such emotion nor criticism against 20 years of US warmongering abroad. Criticism by the Christian Right and other Conservative Republicans were levied however against former President Obama for his "alleged" lack of military aggression even though he wantonly expanded the warmongering from 2 to 7 and more countries in Caesar-esque fashion while inhumanely becoming the Father of US Drone Warfare.

Aborting, warmongering and other terminations of human life whether governmentally imposed, supported and/or funded are never consistently taken into account by either side of the aisle. The lack of logical thus ethical consistency is the rot at core of these matters, therefore neither major party nor any president present and past have the moral high ground. Indeed, the inconsistency, the arbitrariness is monstrous!

Although one newly popular site was conspiratorially taken down (another soon to follow), there are other viable methods for personal, casual, formal, professional communication. Remember, there are still email lists and many management applications for such, as well returning to MySpace, resurrecting GeoCities or Webrings, even Bulletin Boards and the dreaded USPS (or Pony Express 🙂, I digress).

My point. Facebook's and Twitter's monopolies are only a perception as so long consumers allow it to be. Instead of waiting for government to regulate further (which they should not other than cut all government contracts, collaborations and collusions), people could simply stop patronizing. 

This is the crossroad where I stand with much reflective dismay over this country's declination. With that said, to each his/her own.

One of my favorite movie lines not so much for artistic script writing or historic accuracy but logically, ethically sound if to define "humble" as the posture towards God the One Superiorly Omnipresent, Omniscient thus Omnipotent.

Upon last year's emboldening then empowering of Neo-Hitlerjugend, Neo-Sturmabteilung and Neo-Schutzstaffel within the decades-long transitioning to Fascist States of America, perhaps its time for a Neo-Swingjugend "Fuck you, Government, we're dancing swing anyway!" underground movement, similar to the culturally rebellious rise in Hamburg and Berlin in late 1930s Nazi Germany.

Violence now embraced and emboldened...

Whether supported by the Left or the Right, whether justified by the Democrats or the Republicans, whether conducted by Antifa, BLM or MAGA, Nonviolent Protests turning into Violent Riots are consistently rightful Nonviolent Protests turning into unjustifiable, unethical Violent Riots.

Such violence now embraced and emboldened, will justify and expand further, the next event worse than the previous, until ALL ethically, equally condemned as abhorrent even monstrous!

Immediately preceding the violent act is the transitional prerequisite Presumption, as conceived initially, festered subsequently by Covetousness. The moment Covetousness ponders some course of action to confiscate an object, intrude a condition or manipulate a behavior by violence or force against the dissented, Presumption forms then swells. It is by Presumption’s cancerous effect, Covetousness insidiously expands to further coveting a posture superior, Aryan-esque even God-like over fellow specie members per the aforementioned disregard and disrespect.

Consequently the dire reaping of 2021 per the bad seeding of 1787, again in 1792, the evidences observed merely by a few Anti-Federalists and other lesser notorieties...

Convention of 1787 in Philadelphia as intended by those who sent the delegates, to modify the Articles of Confederation, not to conjure a whole new scheme later regaled as the Constitution, a document to more easily (and grossly) expand government powers as later critiqued by Lysander Spooner (1808-1887).

3. Objection and departure of two New York delegates leaving one delegate Alexander Hamilton to remain thus the colony's contingency without a quorum.

4. Great Compromise compromised further as embodied in Article I, Section 2 per the text "excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons" institutionalizing dehumanization of fellow Americans Indigenous and African thus atrocities ongoing and forthcoming.

Pro-Federalists fiercely campaigned for the Scheme and newly contrived document the Constitution, as Anti-Federalists rightly condemned it. The latter lost, making way for Scheme Part II; the Bill of Rights. 

The second scheme was logically discerned by Alexander Hamilton as argued in Federalist Paper No. 84, although he seemed to kindly frame the intent of others as naively mistaken towards unintended consequences opposed to ill taken by well meant objectives. Either way, the Bill of Rights facilitated in short time a reversal of the constitutional interpretation from "whatever not written is forbidden" to "whatever not written is allowed" as manifested by such despotic decisions like Washington's 13,000 man march against a few West Pennsylvanians rebelling against a whiskey tax, Jefferson's unilateral purchase of Louisiana territories disallowing inhabitants to choose their own government and flag, Madison's blunder known as the War of 1812 and much more.

To ignore or justify these early events is to remain part of the causes for Great Oppression. of 2020s.

Partially stocked shelves in perpetuum...

The 233 years of governmental interventionism and the 107 years of monetary expansionism well facilitated The Great Oppression of 2020s, though relatively few discern as such. The predisposition by government education, the precondition by government subsidization, have rendered the citizenry incapable to properly interpret the partially stocked shelves in perpetuum.

Interestingly, defeated Republicans scramble and strategize to save their political careers, while emboldened Democrats self-righteously smell blood preparing for the retaliatory pounce...

Radicalism among both parties and supporters was let loose years ago, the tiger long uncaged. Lets just start with a few examples of this century. Early 00s, it was the viciously bipartisan slandering of anyone as un-American so to ruin reputations and careers (similar to today's cancel culture) who criticized the US wars and foreign polices, Patriotic Act, government practiced secrets, etc (i.e. Dixie Chicks, Ward Churchill, Phil Donahue, etc). Then came the hypocritical slandering of Obama Administration for ushering in Socialism when bipartisan Socialism was already underway. Upon that, came the equally hypocritical claims of racism towards Trump Administration and Trump himself, combined with unbridled rioting in city streets as well assaults on city halls and police stations. Only to be topped of course by the assault on the national capitol itself... 

And there is more obviously faulting both parties, in parallel to longstanding electoral questions, suspicions, fraudulence incrementing each cycle thus incrementing general distrust of elections, critically raised only per convenience and expedience. Logically, inevitably, the coming years and elections will be far worst.

This country is done! There are no boundaries, no limits, no principles held by either party and respective supporters.

Once violence is justified for any conjured reason, any conjured reason will be used for violence. So goes the incremental escalation upon each retaliation, for violence is always the most perverted manifestation and insatiable characteristic of covetousness.

Police/Military Statism have incremented and expanded in United States over the years and decades, particularly during the Bush, Obama and Trump Administrations. Expect the same and more during the Biden Administration.

To be clear thus consistent, the measure of protesters-turned-rioters in Washington DC yesterday were no more justified in their violence than the protesters-turned-rioters in Seattle, Portland, Minneapolis, Chicago, New York during the tumultuous year of 2020. Yet no such clarity thus consistency reported by crony journalists nor expressed by crony politicians.

Today's event in Washington (still ongoing) did not represent some stark division between right versus wrong. For those who biasedly support and those who biasedly condemn the rally/protest are similarly misguided as covetously determined.

To reiterate, those outside the national capitol pursue the coveted political power per some noble cause so to later forcefully weigh upon the heads of the dissented. Likewise, those inside the national capitol possess the coveted political power per some noble cause so to continue forcefully weigh upon the heads of the dissented.

The functional breakdown of government, preceded by the political breakdown of both major parties, preceded by the causal breakdown of interventionistic economics, preceded by the moral breakdown of society...

This protest or riot began years ago well fostered and festered by political colluding, conspiring, corrupting along with societal violating, presuming, coveting and more...

To blame one party or politician over the other is to be naively, gravely directed and/or covetously biased...

It is by such events, fearful Americans will welcome a police state, most likely Fascist per decades of bipartisan Cronyism, the former's first cousin.

What is covetousness if not one desiring something other than what he/she would be, do and/or have per his/her own ability and resource, subsequently digressing into presumptuous persistence then arrogant insistence to force upon others, violating their preferences hence properties, possessions even persons so to effectuate of course what one covets to be, do and/or have.

Always preceding the observable unethical act, it can be consistently said; one's covetousness ultimately the sole nemesis of another's Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters.

If free to choose gender, should not race and origin be so optional without being accused of appropriation and/or lying (i.e. Hilaria/Hillary Baldwin), else gender transformation should be equally critiqued as gender appropriation as well. That is to suggest, CONSISTENCY as paramount in establishing LOGIC therefore FACT, REALITY and TRUTH.

Why arbitrarily limit ourselves, perhaps consider as fact, reality and truth any voiced preference regarding age, specie, planet, vitality (dead versus alive), and any other personal characteristic, status, history, etc.

And shall we evolve and advance ourselves further by lastly expanding fact, reality and truth to encompass any opinion stated, any word uttered, any yelp, grunt, hiss and whistle expressed. Only then, we would be free of all artificial even inhumane constructs like actual substantiated facts, realities and truths.

Astonishingly, such commentary and satire (above) ironically eludes a society with unprecedented diplomas, degrees and PHDs. Perhaps better understood the academic, intellectual void if to account the debt underwriting the weekly arrivals of newly conjured norms and standards posing as principles and moralities.

This digression will continue as so long societies and their governments ignore even reject the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters, the sole expression of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.
