Quotes regarding the Silver Rule and Golden Rule

A couple quotes from my books regarding the Silver Rule as the logical thus ethical base before proceeding to the Golden Rule. I have to give proper credit to Henry Hazlitt's 1964 "touchstone" book Foundations of Morality for providing insight long ago on this issue.

Soon to be published my 11th book; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters...

  1. Quite grave the error if to immediately assume Ethic, Morality and Right as plural (list or bill of such) instead of singular. Graver still if to subsequently presume a discussion on how others should think then act oppose to deliberation on how one hence each and every person preferentially thinks then acts. In this erroneous way, the worst of isms and systems foster and fester the cursed of communities and societies.
