HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 73

Most likely to be published early 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

PROEM & POEM No. 73 - Patriotism: Principle, Propaganda or Psychosis / 2nd Reprise

Void of principle thus riddled with propaganda, Patriotism infects the mind with an intellectual psychosis, in parallel incites instinct and inflames emotion to fervor and euphoria, soon preferring even embracing promulgated impressions, perceptions and outright deceptions over past actualities and present realities. This process could be some form of coercive brainwashing or prodding. However, fully engaged is the ability to reason thus comparing, concluding, choosing and consenting to this over that in one moment or that over this the subsequent moment (see No. 8), in this case, Patriotism’s alleged benefits over other considerations. It could be said Patriotism impairs the person to fully reason, just as it is said for psychosis. Therefore persons of both conditions are reasoning while impaired by a “defective or lost contact with reality.”

Patriotism is never without injurious objectives, always targeting lives, liberties and/or properties by the use of force executed by patriots. Patriotism is also never without propaganda, always schooling and training patriots to accept and justify the use of force. Ultimately, all are injured in various degrees, by the disrespect and disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

From myopic to psychotic then intended patriotic hexes
Complex further by poli-oral sex with oracles and rexes
Such apexes by duplexes to simplex per executive orders
Erected disorder of collected loners exuding social odors

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 72

72 - Patriotism: Principle, Propaganda or Psychosis / 1st Reprise

First and foremost, Patriotism or nationalism is without principle, that is to say precisely, without logic thus ethic. Other than unquestioned allegiance to country, flag, government and war(s), there involve no other consistency defining it; inapplicable across borders for vilipended are those on opposite side of borders. Dismissing even demonizing another country’s patriotism becomes quite easy when one’s own patriotism pairs with one’s own (true) religion thus antireligious. Among Christians in United States (as one example among countries), propaganda over political podiums and clerical pulpits have so melded allegiance and faith, a psychosis formed into theological perversions of appalling levels, as exemplified in the following quote (easily found online). “Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you. Jesus Christ and the American Soldier. One died for your soul. The other died for your freedom.”

While not as arrogantly bombastic, other countries rally similarly per misguided notions like God and king, power to the people, freedom by blood, liberty, independence, social justice, or more subtly, considering their own patriotism or nationalism as superiorly fair, equal, moral, humane, etc. Yet by these seemingly lofty notions, underlined by excessive political power therefore government force, the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent is unavoidably, imperiously disregarded, hence inseparably the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason barbarously disrespected.

---

The holy boldly donned; luminous robes of fond patriotism
Actuality via government prisms, jack-booting every schism
Doublespeak outspoken, potent the means, stolen the slogans
Seers’ omens, peers’ poems, duly noting the effete brogans

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 71

71 - Patriotism: Principle, Propaganda or Psychosis

Patriotism (see No. 5), the oddest of Isms, is always rooted in lofty rhetoric, forming arbitrary notions even whimsical fantasies, inciting passions for reverence of country, flag, government and war(s). Often involving folklore or myth entwined with selected actualities, embellishing further over time, and so goes the country’s founding and subsequent histories. This alluring blend of fact and fiction are revised and retold again and again within publicly funded classrooms, political convention halls and colluding newsrooms, emboldening self-absorbed notorieties and celebrities, benighted artists and writers/poets, empathetically misguided clergies and psychologists as well others. Convenient and deviant, the political goals are nothing less than obedience, devotion and allegiance to government’s call for obligation socially and duty militarily. The expectation and exchange is for power, requiring the sacrifice of the individual’s property and liberty at least, at most the individual’s life.

Interestingly in contrast to this strange fervor, the very same dynamics (schemes) are judged as propaganda in combating, competing even coexisting countries, and rightly so however biased. Such is the inherent nature of patriotism, prejudicially determining while tendentiously self-unaware, therefore intentionally or unintentionally disrespecting and disregarding the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent of others thereupon undermining their own unknowingly.

By chariots of lights or flames, so-call liberty thus came
Endowed by maidens with swords liken nymphs to maim
Coveting blood-fame as goddesses per claimed allegiance
Voluptuously, unsustainably, unashamed the indulgence

PROEM & POEM No. 70 - Individualism versus Aforementioned Isms / Reprise

Concerning the selected vocabulary for the previous three installments, it could be asked why the redundancy. Applying logic thus ethic across numerous issues and scenarios, require nothing more than redundant or consistent language save the mere replacement of critiqued targets’ referencing nouns. The repetitiveness emphasizes the one unwavering principle thus prevailing point among the prior three proems and poems as well the entire collection, that is to say, to respect and regard the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

More often ignored, still there is a lesson to be learned. Exceptions of course introduce inconsistencies thus complexities, often facilitating more of the same. To go further, principles may seem clear initially, however exceptions’ inconsistencies and complexities will foster the redefinition and reapplication of the former, while rewriting supporting fact and/or history, discarding empiricism in part or whole in practice, gradually blurring and eventually erasing from minds the founding logic as well ethic.

Feedback on my current book project

As I receive some feedback on my current book project, I find the responses quite interesting. Whether persons are extremely right, extremely left or extremely moderate, all feel personally critiqued by my propositions, and they should for I equally critique the entire political spectrum as commonly measured by the ill formulated linear scale (i.e. right versus left, and everything else in between). What is troubling for those of these equally critiqued political views, is my use of the same logical thus ethical principle by which to judge consistently regardless of political party or platform. To exemplify....

By the same critique I judge Mr. Bush and Mr. Trump as monstrous warmongers thrashing about the world without regard to national sovereignty and less regard to individual life, liberty and property, I equally judge Mr. Obama as a monstrous warmonger thrashing about the world without regard to national sovereignty and less regard to individual life, liberty and property.

By the same critique I judge Mr. Obama as an economic, socialistic as well militaristic interventionist using primarily Fascistic (and/or Crony) as well Communistic means, I equally judge Mr. Bush and Mr. Trump as economic, socialistic as well militaristic interventionists using primarily Fascistic (and/or Crony) as well Communistic means.

By the same critique I judge Mr. Bush and Mr. Trump as detrimentally nationalistic in rhetoric and resulting policy with intended or unintended racist or biased implications, I equally judge Mr. Obama as detrimentally nationalistic in rhetoric and policy with intended or unintended racist or biased implications.

... and so on for merely name any politician and policy. Simply, United States is a society without principle. So it should not be surprising if one surveyed and analyzed logically, the various political postures would be rightly deemed as mere collections of arbitrary preferences, sentiments and schemes. And yes, I am speaking to the left, right, center, conservative, liberal, moderate, moralist, Christian or religious, Republican, Democrat as well any 3rd party even the Neo-Libertarian (contrary to the Misesian classical liberal or libertarian).

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 66

66 - Individualism versus Constitutionalism / 5th Reprise

There should be no confusion, while a social, political system is ethical solely by unanimous consent, its sustainability is quite another matter. To say differently, if a social, political arrangement proves to be unsustainable in the short or long term, it remains ethical as so long each and every individual consents. Comparable to individual(s) choosing self-destructive even suicidal actions, there is no ethical dilemma, rather a question of perceived benefits versus detriments. With that said, some writers (i.e. Henry Hazlitt as one) have rightly pointed out the moral consideration raised when any action or arrangement consistently proves detrimental to property, liberty and life itself. Although, however harmful or horrific, as long unanimous consent persists, so be it.

Unsurprisingly, there has yet been a modern governmental union of any sort, when on the decline economically allow dissenting parties, factions, groups or individuals to secede or depart without taxational, judicial and forceful (police/military) retaliation. The empire United States, as one example, formed with the appearance of consent by the people thus voluntary admission to the political union, only to later disallow violently those dissenting thus desiring to leave or separate. In such dire scenarios, seemingly a mere remnant will discern the disrespect and disregard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, fewer still foresee mid the early stages of the digression.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 65

65 - Individualism versus Constitutionalism / 4th Reprise

Though perhaps redundant (to No. 64), it is worth referring to commonly esteemed at times popularly revered documents, books and essays as well some respected by this writer/poet. Consequently, to consider a select few among many historically;  the Hammurabi or Gortyn codes, Ten Commandments, Taoist proverbs or any other socio-religious statutes, Magna Carta Libertatum or U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and preceding Articles of Confederation, as well Plato’s Republic, Rousseau’s Social Contract, Locke’s Two Treatises of Government, Marx/Engels’ pamphlet Communist Manifesto, Keynes’ Treatise on Money, Hitler’s Mein Kampf, Stalin’s Foundations of Leninism and some personally preferred like Hayek’s Constitution of Liberty, Hazlitt’s Foundation of Morality even Bastiat’s intriguing essay The Law and Mises’ insightful books Classical Liberalism or Human Action, and much more similarly on topics political, societal, economics; all are tolerable, agreeable, desirable therefore justifiable as far as unanimous consent accepts and allows to socially, politically implement for the ethical forming of societies of two, two-dozen, two-hundred, two-thousand, two-million or more.

Conversely, if imposed by the dictates of a despotic one/few, oligarchic minority or democratic majority, then the very same aforementioned arrangements must be judged as unethical hence rejected, else the disrespect and disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 64

PROEM & POEM No. 64 - Individualism versus Constitutionalism / 3rd Reprise

Redundant though necessary it is paramount to reemphasize alternatively and lastly. When scrutinizing constitutions, governing documents, social contracts or charters, as well the near endless books and essays on such things, all are only as ethically noteworthy for implementation if unanimously consented at formation and duration of a society and government. The justification (or ethic) must be founded on nothing less than a fanatical resolve to respect and regard each and every individual’s Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

For what is the justification (as inquired in No.3) of any arrangement intimate, private, philosophical, spiritual, theological, public, social or political between two persons or more if not Consent expressed by each individual? To go further, what is the justification of any arrangement between two dozen, two hundred, two thousand, two million or more people if not Consent expressed initially and continuously by literally all individuals? Else without consent unanimous, quite meaningless are any lofty notions of liberty or freedom, social justice, even citizen or human rights whether numbering 3, 4, 10 or 30 (as discussed in No. 27 and 28).

Like mindless drones, prone to follow any fife and drum

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 63

63 - Individualism versus Constitutionalism / 2nd Reprise

Thirdly, if constitutions or any other political arrangements fail to garner unanimous consent initially and continuously, all individuals involved and effected must be allowed to reconsider, rearrange (modify or not) then reaffirm them, else those consenting remain (or not) while those dissenting depart (or not), or dissolve so each and every individual may pursue other social preferences. Otherwise, unethically often monstrously disrespected and disregarded are the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Fourthly, constitutionalists and their definitions are confused and muddled, having lost their way if you will, squabbling per arbitrary reverences for one historical document over another. Again, with unanimous consent all are tolerable, agreeable even desirable, without unanimous consent all are undesirable, disagreeable even intolerable. With that said, there is only one logically effective purpose for constitutions in order to preserve Individualism; to govern not society but government, to constrain not citizens but politicians, to preserve  and perpetuate individual sovereignty not political authority. In this way, bills or lists of rights are unnecessary, if strictly prohibited all unstated political arrangements or governmental powers as previously concluded “whatever is not written, is not allowed” (see No. 21).

PROEM & POEM No. 62 - Individualism versus Constitutionalism / 1st Reprise

Firstly, constitutions must be nothing other than concisely enumerated governmental powers, justified solely by unanimous consent, that is, consent by each and every individual, therefore all forgoing tolerably or agreeably the effected personal liberties. It is simply a power exchange, quite similar to the economizing thus reasoning between seller and buyer, hence ethical only if unanimously consented for the political barter, initially and continuously accepted among all involved parties else unethical as well tyrannical.

Secondly, it is important to emphasize two unavoidable, ethical dilemmas regarding constitutions or any other governmental order, policy, law, tax, program, action, etc. Without unanimous consent initially, political arrangements cannot ethically commence. Without unanimous consent continuously, political arrangements cannot ethically maintain. If commenced and maintained without unanimous consent, political arrangements cannot be without disrespecting and disregarding the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, of at least one if not a few, some or most.

PROEM & POEM No. 61 - Individualism versus Constitutionalism

Most if not all (minus very few) academic definitions of Constitutionalism thus most if not all (minus very few) accepted purposes for a Constitution have unquestionably enabled creative political minds to molest thus reduce even completely eliminate Individualism. These creatively perverse motives of course are never published on paper or proposed o’er podiums, rather intentionally propagandized as constructive, beneficial, necessary, expedient, positive, good even moral per some higher authority specific or vague (i.e. the common “it just feels right” or alleged singular “will of the people). Interestingly odd, the same propaganda will often be genuinely held, though illogically formulated contrary to empirical evidences, also per some higher authority specific or vague.

With that said, purposeful or not, constitutions’ usual complexities therefore resultant inconsistencies have always perpetuated the Individual’s digression and demise from initiation to escalation as well mere continuation of skillfully crafted to bombastically advanced disrespect and disregard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

PROEM & POEM No. 60 - Individualism versus Aforementioned Isms

Given the previous installment (No. 59), distinctions are noteworthy. Isms such as Communism, Fascism, Cronyism and Americanism are first and foremost poli-economic systems, constantly power-brokering towards control of the economy. Upon total control, the two modes of power-brokering do not stop but continue to sustain and maintain the economic control; threat of loss and/or promise of gain, irreversibly bartering off Individualism. To explain further, the threat of loss may be fine, license/application fee, tax, confiscation, regulation, ban, embargo, sanction, incarceration, execution, invasion, occupation, annihilation and more; categorically brutish Kratocracism cloaked as forms of paternalistic and/or broadly elitist Interventionism. Meanwhile, promise of gain may be loan, grant, subsidy, welfare, healthcare, retirement, housing, transportation, recreation, aide, trade agreement, peace treaty, contract, employment and more; categorically brutish Kratocracism sheep-clothed as empathetic Socialism.

Politics or poli-economics are nothing more than power-brokering, the transfer of person, power and possession from individual control to government control, always lacking unanimous support, therefore always disrespecting and disregarding the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 59

PROEM & POEM No. 59 - Individualism versus Socialism

Individualism is politically abrogated, literally obliterated by Socialism, implemented by one or more forms of collectivism known as Communism, Fascism, Cronyism (pre-Fascism) or Americanism (Cronyism with a bit of Communism, see No. 58). It logically follows, Socialism requires a politically, economically controlled society from the top down and/or bottom up, that is to say, government completely owning or regulating, managing or taxing (forcefully confiscating) the land thus natural resource, as well distribution thus allocation, and production thus consumption, consequently nonexistent the individual sovereignty over his/her property and possession, liberty and privacy, as well labor, self-determination therefore his/her life. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Socialism is nothing more than actual and/or metaphorical tossed bread, to appease and satiate the Romanesque mob in exchange for political, economic power, hence the foregoing of Individualism in favor of Communism, Fascism, Cronyism (pre-Fascism) or Americanism (mostly Cronyism with a bit of Communism). In brief, Socialism can only be underwritten by these aforementioned collectivistic therefore anti-individualistic Isms. It is important to note, whether tyrannically dictated by a few or democratically mandated by the many, force is the common ill means, the logical dynamic and ethical dilemma remaining the same.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 58

58 - Individualism versus Cronyism or Americanism

Individualism is politically abrogated, literally obliterated by the form of collectivism known as Cronyism, for the latter is a politically, economically controlled society from the top down, that is to say, government from partly then incrementally digressing to largely regulating and taxing (forcefully confiscating) the land thus natural resource, as well distribution thus allocation, and production thus consumption, consequently nonexistent the individual sovereignty over his/her property and possession, liberty and privacy, as well labor, self-determination therefore his/her life. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

To notice a similarity to Fascism is to rightly compare, for it is Cronyism’s unavoidable future. Equally, both politicians and people initiate, perpetuate then accelerate the digression, tolerating or allowing, then scheming and supporting covetousness as law and policy.

Americanism (this writer/poet’s choice of word) is largely bipartisan Cronyism, alternatively pre-Fascism, blended with a measure of Communism for selected Socialistic programs (see No. 59). By reflecting on Communism’s bottom-up and Fascism/Cronyism’s top-down methodologies, examples of the two would be quite observable to any mind uncluttered by propaganda (i.e. government funded education).

America! Will God shed on thee grace undeservingly
For blood spilling `neath flag unfurling in every breeze
Flowing since founding, extolling hence compounding
Anthems hymning, spinning the half-truths half-telling

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 57

57 - Individualism versus Fascism

Individualism is politically abrogated, literally obliterated by the form of collectivism known as Fascism, for the latter is a politically, economically controlled society from the top down, that is to say, government completely regulating and taxing (forcefully confiscating) the land thus natural resource, as well distribution thus allocation, and production thus consumption, consequently nonexistent the individual sovereignty over his/her property and possession, liberty and privacy, as well labor, self-determination therefore his/her life. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Crushed `low jackboots, rushed afore the Simonova shoots
Shushed in turn per bipartisan patrons amid Usanian brutes
Not in battlefields’ mud, yet reeled solely in mothers’ blood
O to reason to consent or not, nonstop this ebullient flood

PROEM & POEM No. 56 - Individualism versus Communism

Individualism is politically abrogated, literally obliterated by the form of collectivism known as Communism, for the latter is a politically, economically controlled society from the bottom up, that is to say, government completely owning and forcefully managing the land thus natural resource, as well distribution thus allocation, and production thus consumption, consequently nonexistent the individual sovereignty over his/her property and possession, liberty and privacy, as well labor, self-determination therefore his/her life. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 55

55 - Individual versus Collectivism / Reprise

Collectivism presumes to manage others by assuming the human instinct as predominate, decreeing and despotizing by manipulative subsidization of human emotion and educative mitigation of human reason, illogically moralizing community over individuality then unethically memorializing polity over citizenry. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Individualism presumes not to manage others by assuming the human instinct as predominate, despising as dehumanizing the manipulative subsidization of human emotion and educative mitigation of human reason, logically moralizing individuality over community then ethically memorializing citizenry over polity. It is nothing less than empirically insistent and rationally persistent the respect and the regard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Gang-raping Individualism by all other pernicious Isms
Duplicitous schisms oft’ among them per covetous egoisms
As distorted prisms their promulgated moralities and polities
Two-penny fitly the colloquies for the two-dollar sodomies

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 54

54 - Individual versus Collectivism

Individualism is logically simple per the constant respect and consistent regard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent; an ethically immutable prerequisite to all matters mutual hence collective too.

Collectivism is arbitrarily complex per the constant disrespect and consistent disregard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent; an unethically indispensable priority over all matters mutual, collective too,  hence individual always.

To choose or refuse, to consent or not (so useless to defuse)
Often excused, or propagandized to bemuse for some ruse
Still yet desired o’er any love, passion, romance and pleasure
Perchance all treasures too, and most euphoric of ventures

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 53

53 - To Emote is Common and Constant / 5th Reprise

The arrogance (per No. 52) ignores the obvious complexity per unavoidable and rightful individuality, for not all are joyful with equal intensity per the same cause of the same magnitude, while some may even respond with boredom, agitation as well anger. The unrelentingly trend to categorize by political polls and academic statistics continue to encourage the presumptuously empowered, always with unintended consequences per restless or violent blowback thus unsustainable societies and economies. Similarly unrelenting yet ignored are the unethical dilemmas by such human-herd views thus policies, cattle-driving individuals with laws and regulations like stock prods, temptingly swaying individuals with subsidies, grants and cheap loans like scattered hay and salt blocks.

Yet where are the outcries against this inhumane governance. Instead, popular are the cries, shouts, demonstrations and riots for more, perversely codependent upon the political sadism and social masochism wildly perceived as mutually accommodating, flowing from a psychosis empirical, economical hence ethical, rooted ultimately and quite darkly in covetousness. It is the kind of lusted arrangement that can only begin and end by depravity of the mind, perhaps soul too, viciously manifested by feral disrespect and brutal disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Plenteous the horn as adorned by carnies and barkers
Ah the blarneys then markers, while eve creeps darker
Knee-deep in audacious ardor aft’ presumption’s shit

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 52

52 - To Emote is Common and Constant / 4th Reprise

Love, joy, surprise, anger, sadness, fear (a short and obviously debatable list), and of course other emotive responses or effects, often have seemingly common causes. However, mistakenly considered as commonly caused by academic categorizations of the same, often with convenient broad strokes for preferred theories and promulgated narratives.

It is one matter to study in this way for clues and hints for professional counsel, treatment upon diagnosis, or merely private, personal assistance of a friend or relative, as well casual chitchat at bars or cocktail parties, yet to be understood, all within unanimously agreeable contexts. It is quite another matter to study in this way with such rigor and rigidity for conjured propositions and perceived formulas, so to propagandize in history classes while socially engineering thus politically managing, manipulating even coercing mass populations, of course, without unanimously agreeable contexts.

Ultimately as well initially in this way as societies and governments continue, digressively intrusive, oppressive, destructive, categorically inhumane from first conception of it and decision for it, commonly disrespected and disregarded are the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Sworn and born upon the Jeffersonian altar, eternal hatred

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 51

51 - To Emote is Common and Constant / 3rd Reprise

The complexity is inestimable enough when observing and pondering individual actions per instinctive and reasonable dynamics ever-present, more so when including the emotive dynamic also ever-present. So it should be expected the ever-changing individual preferences as well necessities (categorically preferences of higher priority) per spaces along timelines. To state differently, individual preferences per an individual occupying a point in space (x1,y1,z1)  and point in time (t1) versus the same or another point in space (x2,y2,z2) and subsequent point in time (t2).

Every individual is in constant multitasking mode if you will, reasonably, instinctively and emotively, thereupon analyzing, prioritizing, choosing, that is to say, uniquely consenting or not consenting. It is only by inhumane presumption one can respect and regard their own capability to reason, their own prerogative to consent or not consent, as superior to others. The resulting action is coercion, nothing less than egregious imposition, intervention or prevention of liberty, flagitious destruction of property and/or monstrous termination of life.

Arguably, it is suffice to simply mark such contemptuous force as the disrespect and disregard of others’ Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 50

50 - To Emote is Common and Constant / 2nd Reprise

What elitist person or group can accurately as well ethically presume to be so divinely endowed while humanly limited, to manage and manipulate another person’s or another group’s individual actions expressed thus the latter’s individual consent decided upon individual reasoning deliberated amid individual emotion spurred and individual instinct stirred. Are not these elitists subject to the same human equation, that is, their individual actions similarly expressed thus the former’s individual consent similarly decided upon individual reasoning similarly deliberated amid individual emotion similarly spurred and individual instinct similarly stirred.

However obvious, it should be duly noted. Gravely lacking omnipresence, omniscience hence omnipotence, humanity operates in time, along inescapable timelines, therefore limited in movement, knowledge as well ability/power, consequently the constant propensity for error and excess. Concisely, if not infinite, then quite finite are all individuals, including all self-acclaimed elites of various sorts. Yet to complicate further, all are burdened and simultaneously blessed with human instinct, human emotion and the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Forlorn inwardly, although swilling outwardly, excessively

Per illogic upon hypotheses, fitly, egotistic preferences
Covetously driven as the given, arrogating for conveniences

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 49

49 - To Emote is Common and Constant / 1st Reprise

The emphasis of course is human reasoning, always the dominant dynamic over instinct as well emotion. However, it is quite true, not every individual exercises the dominant dynamic consistently, whether by choosing to give into their emotion with beneficial or detrimental outcomes, instinct too, or simply unwilling to choose otherwise. A person appearing to unable to choose contrary to emotion or instinct, is merely one unwilling to do so due to behavioral patterns long established per initially proactive determination, but patterns always susceptible even vulnerable to a single choice to alter them.

The point is, an individual’s humanity is not defined by emotion or instinct, characteristics shared in part or whole among other species, rather by the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent. It is by this ability and right, individuals reason and choose to be loving, happy, even sad and mournful, and by such choices magnify these great expressions far beyond other species, exemplified in humanity’s music, art, literature, poetry and more.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 48

PROEM & POEM No. 48 - To Emote is Common and Constant

What should be obvious as explained previously; to reason is human, to consent is unalienable, additionally and simultaneously, to emote is common and constant. Ever present, engaged even expressed are reason, instinct and emotion, of course in comparatively various as well fluctuating magnitudes. While observers may judge an individual’s behavior, activity or particular action as reasonable, instinctive or emotional, never disposed nor disengaged are the three.

A person appearing level-headed, stoic or logical is nonetheless emotional, possessing and engaging the ability to emote of some magnitude. Likewise, a person appearing reactionary or impulsive, hysterical or sentimental, is nonetheless reasonable, possessing and engaging the ability to reason of some magnitude. Emotion as well instinct are dynamics in constant play, either dominant or submissive upon each passing moment, to the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 47

47 - Conjured Lists / 3rd Reprise

It is a grave mistake to consider the concise lists of rights by John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, and others, as something orthodox. By this view, there is tendency to revere them as a solution to an expansive government perpetuated by covetous people brokering with self-serving politicians.

Upon the very first formation of rights plural, that is, the listing of rights by two, three, four or more, the inherent illogic was as deceivingly present and detrimentally potent as it was in 1948 when conjured United Nations’ 30 articles of human rights that included the fantastically nebulous right to leisure. Frankly, the articles were presumptuously esteemed as universal, yet the world of 2.5 billion individuals were not universally consulted for the draft or declaration. The matter of rights plural is ambiguous as well erroneous whether it is three or thirty, furthering misdirection even peregrination, lacking certainty thus conclusion, hence the continual debate, the festering unrest and the inevitable violence.

In all the efforts to establish something nobly moral in the name of human rights, the outcome cannot be anything more but the disrespect and disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.
