HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 58

Most likely to be published early 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

PROEM & POEM No. 58 - Individualism versus Cronyism or Americanism

Individualism is politically abrogated, literally obliterated by the form of collectivism known as Cronyism, for the latter is a politically, economically controlled society from the top down, that is to say, government from partly then incrementally digressing to largely regulating and taxing (forcefully confiscating) the land thus natural resource, as well distribution thus allocation, and production thus consumption, consequently nonexistent the individual sovereignty over his/her property and possession, liberty and privacy, as well labor, self-determination therefore his/her life. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

To notice a similarity to Fascism is to rightly compare, for it is Cronyism’s unavoidable future. Equally, both politicians and people initiate, perpetuate then accelerate the digression, tolerating or allowing, then scheming and supporting covetousness as law and policy.

Americanism (this writer/poet’s choice of word) is largely bipartisan Cronyism, alternatively pre-Fascism, blended with a measure of Communism for selected Socialistic programs (see No. 59). By reflecting on Communism’s bottom-up and Fascism/Cronyism’s top-down methodologies, examples of the two would be quite observable to any mind uncluttered by propaganda (i.e. government funded education).

---

America! Will God shed on thee grace undeservingly
For blood spilling `neath flag unfurling in every breeze
Flowing since founding, extolling hence compounding
Anthems hymning, spinning the half-truths half-telling

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
