HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 46

PROEM & POEM No. 46 - Force Proactive versus Force Reactive / 3rd Reprise

      Forces proactive thus organized and always violent, are cut from the same cloth, whether led by monarchs and courts, presidents and congresses, prime ministers and parliaments, as well generals, dictators, warlords, mafia bosses, gang leaders. Their flags, banners and colors, hoisted up poles, hung down balconies, stamped on helmets, sewn to uniforms and leather jackets, tattooed into skin, banded around arms and foreheads, tied around necks, none alter the vicious nature of force proactive.

      No amount of blood spilled in the name of causes, no degree of honor bestowed to the fallen and wounded, no severity of injustice perceived by politicians or people, can justify force proactive whether executed on foreign or domestic soil in forms of government’s war, policy, law, currency, tax, fee, fine, subsidy, grant, education, service, tariff, embargo/ban and more. In these cases, it is impossible to not transgress at least one, often more, therefore the disrespect and disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.
