More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 169

Most likely to be published later this winter of 2020/2021, my 11th book entitled appropriately; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....

PROEM & POEM No. 169 - The Rescissionist / Part 3

Politics and various political Isms are unethical considerations and deceitful categorizations of covetous schemes and forceful devices to charm and compel then collude, and collaborate among the consenting, so to cow and coerce then confiscate and corral among the dissenting whether large or small in numbers.

However upon considering all Isms, Individualism stands alone and tall as ethical, Capitalism as merely a subset of particular activities, Libertarianism then synonymous if rightly (though rarely) defined. One can accurately say “ethical” per Individualism's definition and determination towards the consistent regard for every person's Singular Human Right to Consent versus Dissent on all matters, the only observable manifestation of the constant respect for every person's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. Therefore considering all politics, Rescission stands alone and tall as logical, solely to remedy then restore Individualism by rescinding coercive legalities thus cancelling forceful polities as otherwise commonly preferred, coveted, presumed then imposed.

Unlike all persuasions political thus despotic, spawned only from preferences covetous thus presumptuous, arrogant then violent, Rescission as the logically ethical means to logically ethical ends is neither coercion nor force rather emancipation therefore choice! To go further, Rescission is neither confiscation nor theft rather restoration then respect, neither imposition nor intrusion rather retreat then regard, neither contention nor conflict rather cohabitation then collaboration, and neither violence nor war rather nonviolence then peace.

Legislate this, regulate that, tax along here, ban anon there
Restrict what’s admired whilst require what inflicts so to snare
O ye of little faith in thy State, therein strait the oddest of fates
Upon gait and rate, long and fast, losing truth amid the plaits

Remove the dove’s olive twig, excuse the political avalanche
Behoove the loving of media prigs, pursue the Fascist phalange
Arrange the staunch stances then stiff prances in starched slacks
Cocked and stacked, plumes and spats in mud, blood and sacks

More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 170

170 - The Rescissionist / Part 4

To depart for a moment from the particular issue of rescission over legislation, consider the following ethical dilemma. What if a friend, relative or mate conducts much of his/her life in secrecy while expecting, demanding full transparency of you. What if the same friend, relative or mate conducts much if not all of his/her life unrestrained, unchecked, unaccounted while intruding, imposing even determining, enforcing conditions upon much of your life.

Would you trust such a person? Would you want such a person in your life? Would you want and trust such a person with your life? Would you suspect, perhaps reject such a person as questionable, distrustful, unreliable as well insensitive, selfish, narcissistic even detrimental, harmful, dangerous and more?

Yet when it comes to Government, the same characteristics and behaviors are tolerated, supported, justified, desired, moralized, glorified and done so due to a logical inconsistency thus ethical depravity, psychotically unrecognized per a persisting disconnection, or maniacally ignored per an insisting covetousness.

The defense of oneself often arises fervently, urgently upon reading criticisms of this sort, immediately assuming the aforementioned applies to others; their personality, preference, persuasion, polity, party, politician, etc. If so, to the reader a suggestion; read and study Matthew 7:3-5 (KJV version below) then ponder over it... labor over it... followed by reading and studying Exodus 20: 17 (KJV version further below) then ponder over it... labor over it... till last breath.

"And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye."

"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's."

Rescission is the reduction and/or negation of government’s longstanding Secrecy (see Nos. 156-158), as well the diminution and/or elimination of government’s likely Conspiracy. Proportionately, as government’s secrecy decreases and individual’s privacy increases per significant rescission, social thus electoral covetousness and presumption via political arrogance and violence will be disabled and re-enabled personal propensity, prerogative, preference and purpose.

O the Law, Thine upon creation, as writ innate scribed on soul
Withal Divine Breath into first nostrils, thus Thy instilled scroll
Unrolling, unfolding per Human Reason flexing thence brining
Rex’ing o’er Instincts and Passions whilst dulcetly entwining

The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....

PROEM & POEM No. 168 - The Rescissionist / Part 2

Given the legalities past, present and proposed, as well their incalculable magnitude, incomprehensible amplitude, indeterminable latitude upon attitude unnoticeably covetous without exception then observably presumptuous without reservation, it is astonishing the political and societal knee-jerk response to each and every issue, problem and crisis; more legislation!

Rescission is rarely discussed and debated as possible solution, less so to actually rescind. Instead, more legislation is assumed then affirmed oft by the thoughtless mantra “something must be done”, thus any reluctance or resistance immediately met with fierce, moral judgment from most within government, media as well the Romanesque mob allegedly awakened (once again) per some social consciousness ill-defined. Particularly amid crisis where fear immediately festers then foments among the citizenry, therefore the pressure mounts, the posture stiffens, the pen spots post hoc and signs any legislation appearing resolute, declaring absolute. Astonishing!

Although logic would suggest first ruling out rescission, therefore critically reviewing laws already on the books in search of contributing factors, and if none determined, then (and only then) consider further legislation.

Kings and their things, first coveted and worst thus lifted
Bucketed, coffered, pursed, often clipped, always shifted
Coin and corn plundered, purloined for bourns mongered
Fitly squandered the denizens by diadems unencumbered

Ah, yoked to plow, broke and disallowed, privacy thieved
Bent to mob’s arabesque feet per Romanesque qui vive
Grotesque the rules to cavort, burlesque the fools in court
Retort the few to masses askew, spewing the toll so tort’ed

O to mammalian souls, roaming familiarly half-whole
Half-engaged, hastily enraged, easily quickened to extol
Murder as necessity, theft as charity, slavery as duty
And more, as lies recited soon appeal as truth’s beauty

If all that Americans want is security, they can go to prison...

"If all that Americans want is security, they can go to prison. They’ll have enough to eat, a bed and a roof over their heads. But if an American wants to preserve his dignity and his equality as a human being, he must not bow his neck to any dictatorial government."

Dwight D. Eisenhower (general/president, 1890-1969)

Note:
I always find such quotes by US presidents interesting even ironic, for most if not all contributed to the current Great Oppression and Grand Chaos in some small measure at least. However, statements like this one are no less true, no less noteworthy.

Are these examples moments of political conveniences, public appeasements? Perhaps or equally possible, these clarities exemplify moments of personal reflections upon logical recognitions. Much in the same way when Solomon who taxed and confiscated like any other despotic king yet wisely, rightly and ethically penned (Ec 3:13),"And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour."

A person will always disappoint.

A person will always disappoint. Always! Meanwhile something factual, truthful, logical, consistent thus ethical may challenge you, even frustrate, discomfort, pain, suffer, offend and anger you, although teach, strengthen then mature you, but never disappoint.

Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath (2 Tm 2:15 / Cl 3:23).

My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them....

"I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them. It is not to inaugurate new programs, but to cancel old ones that do violence to the Constitution, or that have failed their purpose, or that impose on the people an unwarranted financial burden. I will not attempt to discover whether legislation is "needed" before I have first determined whether it is constitutionally permissible. And if I should later be attacked for neglecting my constituents' "interests," I shall reply that I was informed that their main interest is liberty and that in that cause I am doing the very best I can."

Barry M. Goldwater (US Senator/writer/businessman, 1909-1998)

Note:
I prefer such a platform, a "rescission only" platform, the one platform sustainable as well ethical. Why I say "ethical"? For further legislation requires further enforcement, that is, further use of force by the consented upon the dissented thus further disrespect and disregard for the individual's Singular Human Right to Consent versus Dissent on ALL matters.

And yes, I'm sure there is something this man did or said that I or you find disagreeable. But plainly, a fact or truth remains fact or truth no matter who says it, therefore no less, no more true regardless the person's character or history.

A person will always disappoint. Always! Meanwhile something factual, truthful, logical, consistent thus ethical may challenge you, even frustrate, discomfort, pain, suffer, offend and anger you, although teach, strengthen then mature you, but never disappoint.

Thomas Sowell (professor/economist)

Mandated masks and/or vaccines???

My body, my choice! Or is that reasonable response and natural right reserved only for a particular issue. Either the statement is a principle consistently recognized then constantly exercised, else presumption conveniently proposed then expediently imposed.

All other arguments over mandated vaccines, and every other discussion, must relent and submit upon this one persisting human propensity, upon this sole human ethic, upon this singular human right; to Consent versus Dissent on ALL matters, literally ALL matters, thus regarding one's person (body) as well people (family, friends), preference, persuasion, profession, possession and property.

Possible cover and title for a booklet...

Possible cover and title for a booklet consisting of a few topically specific installments (as the one further below) from my forthcoming book More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters...

PROEM & POEM No. 167 - The Rescissionist / Part 1

Various references cite federal regulations fast approaching 200,000 pages, as correspondingly aligned and additionally combined with criminal laws, tax codes, executive orders, directive policies, administrative bureaucracies, enforcing agencies as well near endless forms, applications, licenses, registries, stamps, seals, fees, fines, etc. Any exhaustive attempt to tally then total would be proportionately improbable to fully and accurately calculate as oppressively burdensome to completely and legally abide.

To make matters worse, most if not all laws, statues, codes, regulations and orders are soon followed by legal, judicial explanations, exceptions, exemptions and expansions, always compounding then complicating intentionally or unintentionally, transforming what “might” have been some glint of consistency thus hint of simplicity, certainly toward blatant inconsistency thus flagrant complexity. The word “might” is rightly emphasized, for often legalities when first instituted possess some degree of deliberate inconsistency thus commensurate complexity for the benefit of the politically favored; corporations, unions, interest groups, political activists, economic brackets, social classes, electoral blocs, religious sects, academic elites and appallingly, ethnic distinctions as well government itself.

As already suggested (see No. 165), politically inherent to these legalities, either the designated or undesignated is tolerated, allowed, accepted, favored, privileged and/or benefited, versus the other not tolerated , not allowed, not accepted, not favored, not privileged and/or not benefited even proactively harmed else terminated. Ironically upon some political opportunity, a targeted law’s inherency well intended, is conveniently declared a surprisingly shocking loophole, although the condemned inconsistency remains, cleverly promulgated as properly remedied while purposefully exasperated by simply more of the same.

Once socially woke, politically validated, academically sophisticated and/or religiously enlightened...

Once socially woke (as inanely popularized), politically validated, academically sophisticated and/or religiously enlightened, if the subsequent intent and endeavor are to force others to behave, speak even think likewise, then obviously your wokeness, validation, sophistication and/or enlightenment lack firstly the ability to properly argue and effectively convince, lack secondly the knowledge and logic to properly argue and effectively convince and/or lack thirdly the actual existence of such knowledge and logic so to properly argue and effectively convince. However most importantly your proclaimed wokeness, validation, sophistication and/or enlightenment lack overall the regard for others' dissent therefore nonexistent any recognition of justice, any perception of equality, any understanding of right(s), any awareness of ethic, consequently gone any sense of humanity.

Come let us Reason (Is 1:18). Peace is always a Choice (Mt 5:9).

True ethic(s) is NOT about how others are behaving...

True ethic(s) is NOT about how others are behaving, rather how YOU are behaving.

If your ethical behavior and supporting argument are not convincing enough, then no amount of force will ensure it whether by peer pressuring, public dissing, social cancelling, street rioting, occupational dismissing, political legislating, economic regulating, executive ordering, judicial interpreting even by threat of unjust imprisoning, inhumane executing and monstrous warmongering.

Upon resorting to force, then one's ethical behavior and supporting argument have well digressed to presumptuous even perverse behavior and arbitrary even maniacal argument. Logically, there is no other reasonable explanation.

Have not history taught us anything? The desire to be free of others' force eventually prevails sooner or later, during this year or next, this lifetime or next, this century or next... freedom will prevail once again.

Come let us Reason (Is 1:18). Peace is always a Choice (Mt 5:9).
Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath (2 Tm 2:15 / Cl 3:23).

OF COURSE black lives matter equally to lives brown, red, yellow, white, etc.

If one is asking whether I support the sentiment and ethic that black lives matter equally to lives brown, red, yellow, white, etc, then I would logically, ethically, passionately say; OF COURSE!
Anyone who actually knows me would understand my uppercase and exclamation as genuine. Additionally, regardless of ethnicity, who with any sense of humanity would consider and answer otherwise.

But if one is asking whether I support another organized totalitarian ideology behind strategies of force cleverly advertised as the aforementioned or some other sentiment and ethic, with the covert and overt intent to coerce then impose upon my person, people, preference, persuasion, profession, possession and property, then I would logically, ethically, passionately say; NO!
And again, anyone who actually knows me would understand my uppercase and exclamation as genuine. Additionally, regardless of ethnicity, who with any sense of humanity would consider and answer otherwise.

Racism exist, absolutely, constantly persisting within every race. With that said, Racism cannot be systemic on it's own volition. For Racism as well any other ill character are systemic only when Statism is systemic if you will.  Politically diminish then disable Statism, then Racism and other human flaws will be politically diminished then disabled. It is that inescapably simple.

Come let us Reason (Is 1:18). Peace is always a Choice (Mt 5:9).
Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath (2 Tm 2:15 / Cl 3:23).

To quote from Neil Jordan's 1996 film Michael Collins regarding today's tyranny with slight modifications in uppercase...

We must act as if INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM is a fact. We defeat GOVERNMENT'S TYRANNY by ignoring it.

The unmodified quote as stated by Éamon de Valera played by actor Alan Rickman; "We must act as if the (Irish) Republic is a fact. We defeat the British Empire by ignoring it."

Masks smudged and stained...

Masks smudged and stained with intellectual absurdity and environmental inconsistency are now seen discarded along highways and byways, sidewalks and parking lots, thus disgustingly littering the city/suburban landscape. I recommend the same strict ban as imposed for plastic straws, plastic can rings, etc.

Since "everybody wants to rule the world" according to their own preference and persuasion, why would one presumptuous imposition be regarded any more or less than another.

It is time to remove Mississippi's despot Tate Reeves

It is time to remove Mississippi's despot Tate Reeves and rescind into perpetuity all gubernatorial powers to presumptuously order and arbitrarily mandate.

Upon further rescission, restoring the state to a land of free individuals pledging allegiance NOT to flag, government, politician or bureaucrat but to one's person, people, preference, persuasion, purpose, profession, possession and property.

How do killers kill with thrill of dogma hence cause...

How do killers kill with thrill of dogma hence cause
Whether by clergy, morality, polity even liberty’s laws
Presuming as absolute, consuming with violent resolute
Goals moot as extolled by brutes in government boots

Sixty-six thousand or so, fallen upon dirt, mud and snow
Blood flowed, slowed then dried amid revolutionary throes
“Don’t tread on me” the meme decreed o’er the dissented
So, ever the story of every fury holy hence mortally scented

O the mystical to persuade with the mysterious brocades
To sway the hysterical to parade `fore masses to dissuade
Threat of accusation, fear of retaliation, as blades to napes
Forced to pay, so to escape kratocracy’s promenades

Again illogical, fantastical and guileful to oddly blend
Fondly portend, strongly contend, soon to violently ascend
Onward pretending, descending the subjugated to serfdom
Like mindless drones, prone to follow any fife and drum

To live by the violent blade, bullet, bomb, now the drone
Palms o’er bogarted hearts, thus the departed `low tombstones
To live by the politician’s violent pen, paper, equally the laws
Zen’ed by covetous souls, thus dire effects by desired cause

To live by another’s leave, forced to cleave, later to bereave
Assailing agitprop as prevailing backdrop so cleverly weaved
To breathe the toxicity `tween the complicity and duplicity
Inflating the whimsy as fancied infinity till end of the elasticity

PROEM & POEM No. 165 - Constitutional Crisis / 1st Reprise

The founders and framers ensured a constitutional as well humanitarian crisis by conveniently designating therefore ethically compromising as three fifths all other Persons not otherwise specified.

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.

      U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 2, Clause 3

The great compromise and contradiction was contrived ironically amid assuring equal representation for states regardless of size by population and geography upon declaring equality upon creation thus unalienable rights upon self-evidence.

The logical, ethical contradiction therefore disconnection of course contagiously festered and cancerously furthered until today, and will unavoidably do as so long inconsistency remains. For once any governmental law, tax, regulation, policy, prohibition, ban/sanction, program, bail-out or loan specifies any person or any group for any objective proposed as political, economic, social, just, fair, equitable even moral, there immediately emerges two classes of people; the designated versus the undesignated. Politically inherent to these legalities, either the designated or undesignated is tolerated, allowed, accepted, favored, privileged and/or benefited, versus the other not tolerated , not allowed, not accepted, not favored, not privileged and/or not benefited even proactively harmed else terminated.

Whether intentional or not by such categorical distinctions in law, there consistently lurks a darker evil thus constantly occurs a deeper injury upon individuality. Consequently in direct proportion per the inevitable causality, injured as well is society. Obviously, covetousness is at core of the rot, closely followed by presumption then perversion if to remain discontented until satiation.

One cannot ethically quantum-leap over the respect...

One cannot ethically quantum-leap over the respect for others' person, people, preference, persuasion, profession, possession and property, so to morally rant, socially insist and/or politically demand the love, unity, equality, justice, fairness and more. If arrogantly pursued and forcefully imposed, undoubtedly festered and furthered the hate, disunity, inequality, injustice, unfairness and inhumanely more.

Consider United States the empire massive geographically, diverse preferentially, schisms within starkly political, social, ideological, economical, compounded further by sub-schisms per near-endless perspicacities, realities, fantasies, eccentricities, whimsicalities and more; would not a nonviolent departure from the coercive "one size fit all" union be the option most logical even ethical as well respectful?

Why anyone, possessing a mere ounce of regard for others, would rather covetously prefer to presumptuously force therefore arrogantly subjugate entire populations by politician's law and officer's gun else by protesting masses and rioting mobs?

Quote by Ayn Rand

"What I’ve learned is that a lie is an act of self-abdication, because one surrenders one’s reality to the person to whom one lies, making that person one’s master, condemning oneself from then on to faking the sort of reality that person’s view requires to be faked."

Regarding MASKS...

1. If you desire to Force me to wear a mask against my Dissent, that is Covetousness swelled into Presumption.

2. If you support/vote for a candidate and/or law to Force me to wear a mask against my Dissent, that is Arrogance festered into Violence.

3. If you are free to choose and wear a mask but remain discontented, annoyed, perturbed, agitated even angered until I am Forced to wear a mask against my Dissent, that is Perversion.

The above analysis is logically, consistently therefore ethically, applicably so for each and every matter private, public or political else quite arbitrary thus without principle ALL other considerations and determinations.

To importantly note, the burden of proof rests on anyone who disagrees. For to respect and regard others' dissent necessitates no further analysis to understand the ethic. It is an universal expectation since time immemorial. In contrast, to disrespect and disregard others' dissent necessitates some explanation and justification for the preceding covetousness and presumption. For to disrespect and disregard others' dissent by force, regardless the intent, is only possible upon first coveting others' freedom to prefer and behave, then presuming your preference and behavior supersede others' preference and behavior. If anyone suggests proof, then one must accept the same proof and argument for justifying every tyrannic or horrific act throughout history for preceding those atrocities too were covetousness and presumption.

More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 166

Most likely to be published later this spring/summer of 2020, my 11th book entitled appropriately; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....

PROEM & POEM No. 166 - Constitutional Crisis / 2nd Reprise

Since the first constitutional crisis if you will, as proposed and ratified in U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, the ethical dilemma remained logically unresolved, uninterrupted from the Washington administration well into the 21st century thus the Bush, Obama and Trump administrations, with much indication presently of continuing.

Although contextualized as historically significant opposed to constitutionally critical, intentional or unintentional furtherance widened and deepened the crisis at large, additionally compounded even exasperated per gravely epochal events. Ironically, the first presidential term did not pass without horrific incident, as early as 1794 per Washington’s gross execution of military force against American citizens during the rightful Whiskey Rebellion in western Pennsylvania. Too many to list, however to selectively note a few constitutional as well ethical dilemmas following the aforementioned, some appallingly parallel to the African enslavement and Indigenous annihilation; Louisiana Purchase, War of 1812, Mexican-American War, Civil War, Spanish-American/Filipino-American Wars along with the many battles and wars against native tribes thus mass confiscation of their land, all the horrific “total” and political wars of the 20th/21st centuries and more.

It is astonishing whenever arises an alleged constitutional crisis, for many such events have been ignorantly missed, conveniently overlooked even opportunistically esteemed or naively hallowed. The astonishment heightens upon worrisome questions as to how the country became so politically despotic, socially chaotic, academically quixotic and economically idiotic. Instead of consistent critique per uncompromising regard for each and every individual’s Singular Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, worry and concern merely incite and excite afresh the persistent then insistent partisanship, most conniving, bickering and slandering, parties and factions covetously preferring their presumptuous forms of political force and legal violence over others therefore none ethically distinctive.

---

Unless each and every intended plank is RESCISSION...

Unless each and every intended plank is RESCISSION, a party's platform advocates nothing more than expanding the immoral imposition, enlarging the inhumane confiscation, thereby benefiting the consented upon injuring the dissented, and when electorally victorious celebrating even glorifying the satiated covetousness and gloated perversion. By this logically ethical assessment, all U.S. political parties stand so charged and condemned.

Venerate this meaningless 4th with a meaningful 5th...

Regardless... carpe diem! Thus venerate this meaningless 4th with a meaningful 5th complimented with good tobacco...

Since the human specie first reasoned, smoke filled environments in forms of ceremonial pipes, community fires, smoke houses/lodges have oft been rudimentary bulwarks to various illnesses knowingly and unknowingly whether carried by insects, rodents, breath/air, etc. Perhaps more wisdom in the practice than donning on face a fashionably imposed mask clogged with material filaments, summer sweat, shed skin as well exhaled variants.

Quote by Lysander Spooner ... Kratocracy or Might Makes Right

"If it be said that the consent of the strongest party in a nation, is all that is necessary to justify the establishment of a government that shall have authority over the weaker party, it may be answered that the most despotic governments in the world rest upon that very principle, viz.: the consent of the strongest party."

Lysander Spooner (philosopher / legal theorist, 1808-1887)

Since the First American Civil War commonly and cleverly known as the American Revolutionary War, consensual unanimity was expediently ignored and unethically neglected, coveting hence favoring Kratocracy or Might Makes Right. Upon this preference United States was well founded, the ill means oft obscured by rhetoric and sentiment of course, thus all the innumerable atrocities against humanity thereafter per continuous disregard by government as well society towards the individual's Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as such, a constant disrespect for the individual's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. Notably, the present oppression, chaos, collapse and violence was inevitable.

PROEM & POEM No. 164 - Constitutional Crisis

Ironically, many who are constitutionally fervent thus defensive of the 2nd Amendment, offer little to no constitutional fervency and defense for Article I, Section 8, Clause 11. Just as those who were concerned and claimed constitutional crises although citing no specific passage during the recent impeachment, have little to no such concern for either the 2nd Amendment or Article I, Section 8, Clause 11. The hypocrisy will continue to persist inasmuch the two major parties and supporters insist making constitutional exceptions for political convenience and leverage.

With that said, the U.S. Constitution of 1787 is a mere piece of paper, never unanimously supported then and since, therefore conditionally arrayed, hypocritically displayed while inherently arbitrary festering, agitating, inciting hence manifesting per egregiously unethical inconsistencies. Consequently, "thou (America) art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting (Da 5:27)", lacking logic, consistency therefore ethic, rudderless in the tumultuous sea of covetousness, presumption, arrogance, violence preceded by initially disregarding the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, in so doing, disrespecting the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

Quote and article by Daniel McAdams, President of Ron Paul Institute

Another example when it comes to trampling an individual's person, preference, pursuit, profession, purse, possession and property, both Republicans as well Democrats are to be critically judged and appropriately condemned per their inhumane contribution by action, advocating, angst or apathy. Damn them all...

"Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick loves to bluster about being a champion of civil liberties, recently blasting the hapless Dr. Fauci to earn red meat political points. But unfortunately then it comes to actually standing up for Texans who are seeing their livelihoods destroyed, who are seeing their civil liberties trampled, who are seeing an out-of-control governor ruling by decree in a manner that would have made King George blush, he's "all hat, no cattle" as we say here in Texas.

In Texas the Lt. Governor wields extraordinary power over the state's legislative body and could call the Texas Senate back into session to begin the process of ending Governor Abbott's insane power grab.

But thus far that former radio personality has done little more than preen in front of the microphone."

100 Years of Hungary’s Dictated Peace by Prinz Michael von Liechtenstein

I often hope my fellow countrymen would consider history from a far less US-centric "Americans versus Gentiles" perspective. I am admiring more and the writings by Prinz Michael von Liechtenstein, particularly when discussing free-market principles...

PROEM & POEM No. 163 - Individually We Stand / 2nd Reprise

During the U.S. presidential campaign of 2020, a Democrat candidate sponsored a blitzkrieg of advertisements, suggesting the time has arrived to drop the words "me" and "I" from the country’s vocabulary. The advertisement was of course advantageously utilizing the longstanding collectivistic morality even the religious belief millenniums old, sentimentally as well politically elevating community over individuality. Therefore each person denies his/her self so together all carry the collective cross (if you will) or burden. While such rhetoric well seduces the weaker emotional faculties, the stronger ability to reason should immediately (although rarely) rise and reject the absurdity (see Nos. 22-24, 33, 34).

It is paramount to consider. Not only do the negative characteristics selfishness, greed and covetousness begin with "me" or "I", so do the positive as well quite individual characteristics self-interest, responsibility as well dignity, that is to say, respect. The latter are discernibly, historically and praxeologically the foundation for all things practical, beneficial even moral this side of heaven. Consequently, the solution is not the censoring or editing of words, the denying of individuality, rather the private studying and pondering of histories, ideas and truths outside public institutions of propaganda. Furthermore, the political suggestions or implications to remove the words “me” and “I”  are preferentially disagreeable, certainly but also morally appalling, contrary observably and ethically to human nature hence impossible logically.

True, it would be remiss to overlook the human instinct also ever-present from womb to tomb, powerfully so however subjected only to and subjugated solely by the individual’s Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent (see No. 23).

---

Odd the human specie was, is and will be, reasonably
Consistently, persistently as seed to tree, salmon to sea
Else extinct, yet hoodwinked by polities’ socio-kinks
Thus individualism succinct, by presumptions in sync

As of Wednesday, there is no official flag for the state of Mississippi...

Per logical therefore ethical reasons, I would rather the state remain as such indefinitely. For monuments, banners, flags, allegiances, anthems thus patriotism have always been contrivances and manipulations regularly utilized by power-grabbing, population-controlling, wealth-thieving, revenue-squandering and warmongering politicians, bureaucrats, agents, generals as well their cronies like professors/teachers, journalists, corporate heads, social activists, religious leaders and various other opportunists and propagandists.

A question for the moral critic of now retired Mississippi state flag and other Confederate-like symbols; are you prepared to consistently judge the US flag that have flown over inhumane, monstrous atrocities far more in number, gravity and duration? If not, then selective even arbitrary therefore entirely without morality, hence exercising mere convenient politics.

Quote by Murray N. Rothbard

"Since its rule is exploitative and parasitic, the State must purchase the alliance of 'Court Intellectuals' whose task is to bamboozle the public into accepting and celebrating the rule of its particular State."

Murray N. Rothbard (economist/historian, 1926-1995)
