"Politics and crime; they're the same thing." --- Michael Corleone, Godfather Part III
I could not agree more. For politics are the various governmental systems and legal methods to use force whether recognized as such or not, still entirely force nevertheless. Thus I contend restoring individual freedom by rescission (solely) is not political rather ethical, requiring no further force instead reducing the use of it. To suggest new legislation in the name of individual freedom, even if to (naively) fix past legislation, merely complexes, compounds thus continues to coerce those intended to liberate.
And to those who object and reject my contention by accusing the position on rescission equally political as their preferred legislation, perchance do so for they perceive as an imposition even intrusion the logical, ethical return of their own burden of responsibility and risk inherent to individual freedom, and/or covet the forceful means to manipulate and confiscate the behavior and resource of others.
