Inevitably, factions form, rise, divide then agitate, becoming progressively violent in word and action, not to reduce government's increased power but to control it for their own preference.

In 1933, Adolf Hitler abolished the presidential office of constitutionally limited powers, becoming Führer and Reich Chancellor of audaciously unlimited powers.

I find it absolutely despicable each time I read about some people "ratting" on others who are not wearing masks nor social distancing or reopening businesses against state/city orders. This is exactly the encouraged behavior within Sturmabteilung and Hitlerjugend during the Nazi Party's rise to power and thereafter. Thus I shall re-post my May 21st post...

PROEM & POEM No. 156 - Secrecy thus Conspiracy
Universally considering, Transparency as a Known is observable, determinable, measurable, accountable therefore deducible, applicable ever beneficial. In contrast, Secrecy thus Conspiracy as an Unknown is unobservable, indeterminable, immeasurable, unaccountable therefore nondeducible, inapplicable ever detrimental. Such is the latter case upon Transparency minus one slightest magnitude of absolute. It follows, if so when universally considering, then no less so when specifically likewise politically, governmentally considering.
Consequently in theoretical proportion, as much Government Transparency lacks, Government Secrecy thus Government Conspiracy lurks. To restate poetically, Government Transparency lessens as Secrecy heightens thus Conspiracy worsens. All forms of politics, regardless the appellation, distinction, explanation, justification, symbolization, implementation, intention and aspiration, are nonetheless well crafted guises for the predilection then utilization of force. Always lacking the sole ethical foundation for any societal organization upon failure to convince everyone’s apperception thus failure to elicit everyone’s consent, presumption and arrogance quickly rise and resort to a version of politics most likely to satiate the antecedent covetousness. To be concise, Politics is Force, Force is Cancer. Some cancers spread slowly, others quite aggressively, however terminal inevitably. First, the Cancer dulls the Intellectual senses then dims the Ethical awareness, while metastasizing throughout the entire body Liberty, until the final constrained breath and ultimate inhumane death of Individualism.

Is it RACISM or STATISM...
Why are we shocked by POLICE BRUTALITY, always resulting in harm even death? It should be regrettably expected given the current American era of Fascist governors and mayors of both major parties as well both genders, various races, cultures and backgrounds. All are violently therefore inhumanely cracking down on home parties contrary to mayoral orders, gatherings in parks or churches against gubernatorial mandates, businesses reopening regardless the state restrictions, upon an already excessively regulated economy thus legislated society where legalities compound increasingly each year and have been for decades.
Racism is among every race, culture and society, arguably, inherently smoldering if you will within every individual. As humans observably prone towards error and excess, biased are we all as well prejudicial even racist else would not distrust nor fear those unfamiliar and different. Yet we prefer even insist to politically, legally empower, therefore empowering human propensities for error and excess, empowering biases, prejudices even bigotries by empowering individuals ever as human as those not empowered.

POLICE BRUTALITY is GOVERNMENT BRUTALITY,
POLICE BRUTALITY is GOVERNMENT BRUTALITY, always initiated by a stroke of a pen in the hand of federal/state legislator, county supervisor or city counsel-member.
Until the equation is understood as such, then as much the brutality endures even enlarges. Unquestionable allegiance to a cloth...
Decades even centuries of unquestionable allegiance to a cloth conveniently yet logically predisposed thus the recent weeks and months of another unquestionable allegiance to a cloth. Whether patriotism or paternalism, either presumptuously, arrogantly even forcefully expects, imposes, intervenes and intrudes as well socially disses, shames, accuses and blames anyone who do not relent, assent, submit then commit.
Both allegiances (if you will) consist the same political, social, intellectual as well psychological dynamics. To disagree by separating the two is quite within anyone's prerogative of course, unfortunately it is to embrace, accept, tolerate or ignore the inconsistency. My apologies.

To those holding to a history not revised, to a worldview not contrived...
I encourage you, no, I implore you to write not solely online but a book too, if not a book then keep journals or diaries, pen notes on binder paper, scrawl thoughts on cocktail napkins or anything else to record hard-copies of your studies, observations, experiences, opinions, ideas as well regarded ideologies, isms, etc. Do so for your children and grandchildren, those yet born in your family, descendants three, four or more generations away, even of your bloodline in the year 3020 and beyond (my primary audience).
It is imperative to privately, individually pass on within our families a history not revised, a worldview not contrived, than what will be purposely revised, presumptuously contrived then arrogantly propagandized as fact and knowledge in government education institutions whether regarding pandemics, climate changes, bubbles/busts, just wars, grand political/societal reorganizations and other such allegations and promulgations.
Appropriately, arguably supportive, the below paragraph taken from No. 92 The Academic Bomb of my last book...

Anyone could have fanatically practiced as much home quarantining and social distancing with or without government enforcement, equally maintaining the illusion of health and safety. Executive orders or mandates, laws and regulations too, simply criminalize otherwise rightful activity, behavior and/or posture, ensuring citizens to simultaneously, similarly do, say and/or think. Nothing more is accomplished than uniforming servility among the dissented while masturbating vanity among the consented.

Conspiracy is the meeting, planning, "conspiring" by two or more, in secret of course, preventing full disclosure thus preempting others, soon to be effectuated unknowingly by the former, the opportunity to consent or dissent to the arrangement.
Theory is the outstanding proposition based on insufficient evidence for a substantiated conclusion.
Logically, a successful conspiracy can only be theorized by others at best, if known at all, until investigated, exposed, charged, tried and condemned per evidence, fact, truth, etc.
As long government successfully conspire thus the resulting lack of transparency, much of the suspected activities and motives remain as theories. Therefore, the term "conspiracy theory" is quite logical thus applicable for much of what government hides from the public. In addition, once government enters into any secret activity, the measure or amount of secret activities remain indeterminable as ironically immeasurable until government fully discloses all, hence function completely transparent.
In brief, in direct proportion transparency lacks, conspiracy exists.
Consequently, using conspiracy theory or theorist as a slander far more indicts the slanderer's ignorance of the term and topic at hand, than dismissing the one proposing.

Actually we break this last commandment, not to covet, before we break any of the others. Any time that we break one of the other commandments of God, it means that we have already broken this commandment, in coveting.

To summarize the ethical dilemma and logical spectrum profoundly determined by the aforementioned statements therefore considerations proposed by the last seven installments (see Nos. 147-153), let’s note the two internals, two unseen dynamics yet profoundly in place and constantly at work. First, harm is always identified by the victim’s logically ethical dissent, determined by the victim’s logically ethical preference therefore individually unique, originally internal and unseen however inevitably, rightfully, universally exhibited. Second and likewise, harm is always exacted by the offender’s presumptuous ascent, preceded by the offender’s covetous preference therefore individually unique, originally internal and unseen however inevitably, harmfully, perversely exhibited.
Why the adverb perversely? Perversion is inherently therefore unavoidably at core of all forms of power lacking unanimous consent even if by solely one or two dissenters. That is to say, at heart of all politics, while in search of natural truth as divinely instituted, one will encounter perversion per logical inconsistency, ethical relativity thus moral deformity, an ugliness and repulsiveness horrid to sight, torrid to touch, lurid to hearing, putrid to smell as well vomit to taste, if contrary to one, two or more individuals’ preference per explicit or implicit dissent.
For a moment once again, ponderously consider and precisely understand the word perversion by the most contemptible, abominable, barbarous, nefarious as well depraved, reprobated of definitions; for one to consent or dissent on all matters per his/her preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others act, speak even think compatibly, similarly by force legal or illegal. It is critical to include in consideration and understanding the word and sentiment covetousness as the indisputable perquisite to such perversion.

The email as well letter I sent to my Mississippi state senator and house representative...
I urge you to initiate and/or support legislation to greatly restrict gubernatorial powers, particularly to prevent another economic shutdown and other such orders or mandates of similar statewide detriments.
It is my opinion, the governor should only sign, veto and/or sponsor legislation, therefore NO orders NOR mandates allowed, ONLY to advise, warn even bully-pulpit about pending legislation, ongoing issues as well threatening emergencies.
To elaborate further, any politician whether mayor, governor or president, well or ill intended, cannot be trusted with such unchecked, unilateral powers. No fault of a particular politician, of course, for we are all equally human thus all equally burdened with commonly unavoidable propensities for error and excess. The last few months should have exposed therefore substantiated the human propensities as consequentially injurious flaws when so endowed with power as exemplified in this state, other states and Washington DC.
It is not a case to determine whether powers were executed excessively, abusively, corruptly or not. Rather, it is a case about executive powers legally available, executive powers legally executed, hence necessitating immediate rescission, making such gubernatorial prerogatives legally unavailable!

No thanks to the despotic governor of Mississippi (his name not worthy of mention), it was absolutely wonderful to see a bustling Main Street in a small town just south of where I live. Had a lovely exotic entree, full-bodied craft beer, and lively conversation with unmasked faces and responsibly risk-taking personalities.
I am proud of my fellow Mississippians!!! And goddamn proud of the only true heroes during government's fascist experiment; the local entrepreneur.

Social media may be feeling the pressure...
Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other government cronies may be feeling the pressure given the growing number of online protesters to the shutdown as well professional critics of the pandemic. Are these crony-corporations willing to remove each and every dissenter rejecting the propaganda while scoffing the censorship until all that remains are obedient drones. We shall see.

While the Fascist shutdown persists in California, Elon Musk threatens to leave the state, Joe Rogan contemplates the same, along with others, and the best one state politician can come up with is "F--k you!" on Twitter. Such entrepreneurs actually benefit society by providing products and services people can voluntarily patronize or not. Politicians however forcefully impose upon people taxes, policies, programs, laws, regulations, bans/sanctions, prohibitions, mandates and more that do nothing but harm both entrepreneurs and consumers.

As we near elections, remember this...
As many are posting online comments supporting this or that Republican candidate, remember this. The Republicans currently in power at local, state even federal levels either supported along with Democrats the current Fascist shutdown, or did little to nothing to stop it nor spent much effort to end it.
Before Libertarians get too puffed up. The national party had an golden opportunity to be critically outspoken, a test of individualistic principles if there ever was one. Yet like Republicans, Libertarians nationally said little to nothing as well. PROEM & POEM No. 153 - John Locke and Francis Schaeffer / Part 7
As much covetousness must be so logically defined as previously reiterated (see No. 152), harm must be also logically defined as presently, conversely delineated. Unquestionably, to fully understand the harm effectuated by covetousness once presumed, arrogated then acted upon therefore the violence, it must be fully understood the harm as simply determined by the victim’s preference.
What is harm if not another desiring something other than what he/she would be, do and/or have per his/her own ability and resource, subsequently digressing into presumptuous persistence then arrogant insistence to force upon one or others violating their preferences hence properties, possessions even persons so to effectuate of course what another covets to be, do and/or have.
What is harm if not another desiring an existence, condition, status, position then property, possession, preference even (a) person beyond his/her own time, space, reason, knowledge, skill, labor, resource as well physicality, psychology, propensity, personality to imagine it, understand it, innovate it, produce it, barter for it, exchange for it, negotiate it, obtain it, maintain it, defend it thus again the presumptuous persistence then arrogant insistence to force upon one or others violating their preferences hence properties, possessions even persons so to effectuate of course what another covets to be, do and/or have.
Comparatively, in his 1964 book The Foundations of Morality, Henry Hazlitt (1894-1993) appropriately challenges popular sentiments by emphasizing the uncommonly known Silver Rule over the commonly known Golden Rule. And correctly so, therefore it would be prudent to question yet again accordingly.
So what is harm if not the transgression of the Silver Rule as well, do not do unto others as you would not have them do unto you (see No. 147), with the necessary addendum to clarify the implication, and do not do unto others as they would not have you do unto them. For it is not enough to consider one’s preferences alone, rather to allow such consideration to foster sympathy then regard and respect for others’ preferences. With that said, the Silver Rule practiced must be the logical thus ethical prerequisite to the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Unless the former rule is consistently adhered, utterly moot if not assuredly injurious the latter rule if so presumptuously pursued.

What is covetousness if not one desiring something other than what he/she would be, do and/or have per his/her own ability and resource, subsequently digressing into presumptuous persistence then arrogant insistence to force upon others violating their preferences hence properties, possessions even persons so to effectuate of course what one covets to be, do and/or have.

Comparatively and universally, what of covetousness if not the logically initial disposition entertained before entertaining further hence presuming, arrogating then violating others’ dissent on any and all matters.
As such biblically, theologically, bloodstained redemption is the particular grace shed and absolution afforded for covetousness deeply rooted in heart and soul of all. And as such logically, ethically, unrestrained deliberation for consent else uncompromised recognition of dissent are the common grace shed (if you will) hence mitigation accorded for covetousness deeply rooted in thought and mind of all.
