HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 77

Most likely to be published later this spring of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

PROEM & POEM No. 77 - Individualism versus Militarism or Police-Statism / Reprise

Individualism is negated by Militarism or Police-Statism for the latter presumes to manage others by one or a few assuming the human instinct as predominate, decreeing and despotizing by manipulative subsidization of human emotion and educative mitigation of human reason, illogically moralizing community or country over individuality then unethically memorializing political autocracy or oligarchy over citizenry. It is nothing less than blatant and arrant the disrespect and the disregard of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Militarism or Police-Statism are rejected by Individualism for the latter presumes not to manage others by assuming the human instinct as predominate, rather, despises as dehumanizing the manipulative subsidization of human emotion and educative mitigation of human reason, logically moralizing individuality over community then ethically memorializing citizenry over political autocracy or oligarchy. It is nothing less than empirically insistent and rationally persistent the respect and the regard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

---

Freedom’s penetralia like treason’s genitalia as caught
And boiled in pots by rexes’ hexes as despotic gavottes
Riddled in knots, by harassing vexes, the belly libertine
Flamboyances saccharine and hindrances serpentine

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
