HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 37

Most likely to be published sometime in latter 2017 or early 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

PROEM & POEM No. 37 - Nature Amoral / 2nd Reprise ~

Again simply, if someone is demanding the right to be fed, clothed and sheltered without working, someone else must work, voluntarily or forcefully, for both him/herself as well the one demanding. That is to say, such Human Rights plural can only be afforded by prerequisite Human Labor applied to Nature’s scarce Resources. Nature’s Resources are scarce for they are not always available, not available everywhere and not always ready for consumption, consequently requiring much Human Labor. Clearly, to demand Human Rights plural is to demand Human Labor of others, and if by force, to demand the servitude or slavery of others, thereby disrespecting and disregarding the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent. There is no other logical view on the matter.

Insist on Human Rights plural as divine or natural, then consistently demand these things of God and Nature if one dares, not of fellow Humans, and if either or both are reluctant, forcefully indenture or enslave so to satiate the widespread economic covetousness and political foolishness infecting modern societies.

---

Sin; to pretend nature as some preferred zen
Conjured per the illogic thus a perverted yin
As cheap gin in a dirty martini, madly missing
The empirical yang, else an emoted partiality

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 36

36 - Nature Amoral / 1st Reprise

Clearly, Nature provides water by streams and lakes, meat by fish and game, wild grains, nuts and berries by fields, meadows and forests, however not always and not everywhere. These necessities for sustenance are not available for human consumption without much human labor. Simply, if someone is to eat, someone must work; fetch, dig, hunt, raise, gather, plow, etc. Meanwhile, Nature is judged neither kind nor cruel if one feasts or starves, rather, one’s labor is judged as either successful or unsuccessful.

It is precisely here as one stands alone, lists or bills of rights become irrelevant even ridiculous for discussion. The arrogant may demand rights from God or Nature to be fed, clothed or housed, nevertheless a fool starved, naked and exposed. Therefore rights plural are not inherently natural or divine, rather quite arrogant and arbitrary, robbing by some from the labor of others.

It follows, rights are conjured, save the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, hence either applicably erroneous (see Proems No. 19-21) or worst, requiring commodities and services’ availability by forceful measures. By so doing, the one aforementioned right of course is disregarded, inseparably disrespecting the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

His worst, headfirst seemingly, inescapably inclined
Her outburst, terse or not, side-pierced albeit sublime
Personalities fraught, begrimed, yet reason omnipresent
Ever-empirical-izing it’s zen, oft mistaken as quiescent

MY ALLEGIANCE - The Abandoned Project / Canto VIII

Most likely to be published sometime in latter 2017 or early 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included (in the bonus section) upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CANTO VIII - Love in Market Square

The government should always protect the natural liberty of the
buyer to buy, and of the seller to sell.

Anne-Robert-Jacques Turgot (statesman, 1727-1781)
The Turgot Collection (book)

Cloth then thread for stools or pots tinted red
Tools, rocks, or wicks, instead of sticks or wire
Diggers to hire, or blades to spade dirt or mire

(Eyes and soul afire by sun as he admires afar
Her passion curved, and scared by affair past
Two last to market, fast to target others woes)

Perhaps photos of glamor stars, staged, paged
Or linen folded then laid, or strange marmalade
The exchange at arcades, or ribbons for braids

(Amid the hagglers and browsing stragglers
Twain romancers recoiled, by old fears foiled
O the tears spoiled `hind sepulchral shrouds)

Cuisine made to deliver, or by suited servers
Rare and slathered o'er the crowded blather
Or done on platter burnished, later garnished

(Ah pearls in parallels by barters' civil anarchy
Liken the twin martyrs per passion's pantarchy
All rule, thus no rule by few or most solely)

Unsung requiem, or vines strung in solarium
Maybe bricks to layer withal mortar by labor
Or sprayer, plow, and hoe, for moist furrows

(He ascends and then, she descends within
Her queer premonition, yet his solicitation
Kindly aligned to the mutual apprehension)

Incline to line of swine `low auction signs
Or to wine and dine at cafe by market square
Rather, an open-air stable of colts and mares

(Casting their cares, beyond booths and fair
Hence a libidinous laissez faire of avid flair
As love inflames their election unashamed)

Two mats for three hats or an ornamental cane
No lost or pain, per accord and patronage fain
Ergo the gain mutually upon economy's liberty

Most likely to be published sometime in latter 2017 or early 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. CANTO VII - Sweet Redolence of Benevolence

To convert the precept of charity into a precept of rigorous justice,
is equally repugnant to reason, and to the sense of the text.

Anne-Robert-Jacques Turgot (statesman, 1727-1781)
The Turgot Collection (book)

Laws for pelf of wealth by theft in stealth
Parallel to love by subjection hid in passion
Comparable to peace by missile and muzzle
Gain or virtue retaining not by the censures
Of military ventures and political lynchers
Null is character as per masters' resources
Course individual voided by force fraternal
Melding to remorse liken horse and bridle
Intention to ascension then the presumption
Or imposition, thus depletion of possession
Deducible privation and untenable fruition
Ah, the sweet redolence of benevolence
Turning reek of thievery by coercive charity
Philanthropy by pillage from city to village
Or town and hamlet, taxing all and their tillage
Until all mere vassalage to voted royalty
Or worse, citizenry is serf to majority's thirst
Yet expediency is terse as the curse lingers

MY ALLEGIANCE - The Abandoned Project / Canto VI

Most likely to be published sometime in latter 2017 or early 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included (in the bonus section) upon further editing, and front cover below merely a working version....

CANTO VI - The Barmecidal Aegis

The truth is (see previous poem/quotes) that in wishing to
hurt others, we only hurt ourselves, not only because the
retaliation to these prohibitions is so easy to devise that
other nations do not fail to think of it in their turn, but also
because we deprive our own nation of the incalcul-able
advantages of a free commerce.

Anne-Robert-Jacques Turgot (statesman, 1727-1781)
The Turgot Collection (book)

Retaliatory tit for tat, after introductory shit or scat
To take off top the cream, or as snakes the schemes
Skulking in grass and brakes (fuck the serpentine)
Protectionism's false security however hidden rift
Reciprocation's mistaken parity thence nearing cliff
Such barmecidal aegis per non-empirical analysis
The causality dismissed as the simplicity remiss
Ah the imminent paralysis upon industries' limbs
Vulnerable skin festering, cyclical boils manifesting
Persistent hands and inventive plans preempted
Though exempted the matters of centralist hatters
Bathing fat in lather, per scathing rants by writers
Wrapped and metered by spinners and miters
Clouding cleverly the promulgated transparency
While dots disconnect, then reconnect, to redirect
From vile effects, so to swap the truth for agitprop
Veiling broken props, naming busts as liberty's rot
And booms as plots fraught with paternal polity
The latter, the pundit's misconceived successes
While the former, the people's interleaved messes
And few confess, none recess, yet insisting further
Concurring moreover for more market tethers
Fluffing feathers of public nests, so knowing best
On behalf of the rest, resisting the logical contest

CANTO V - Germ of Hatred and War

That this system (see previous poem/quotes) results only
in setting all branches of commerce as enemies against
one another, in nourishing among nations a germ of
hatred and of war...

Anne-Robert-Jacques Turgot (statesman, 1727-1781)
The Turgot Collection (book)

Video and audio as per bite then babble
Regurgitation by the inconsistent samples
Arbitrary ramble for convenient scandal
By the federalist and centralist conjoined
Hence whoring within the corporatist's loins
All swaddling in blood-spangled banners
Coveting then suckling in various manners
Of individual glamor by private labor
(Skill along hammer, corn among coins
Human actions enjoin the mortal threads
Ah, sweat on forehead, callous on hands
No malice, instead, plow in vested land)
Rather, laws are read, as few sages expected
Yet the dread unavoidable, dead inevitable
“O say”, the claimers, defamers, emulators
Hence simulators of manufactured threats
For factories of debt, to array the brakes
Withal minion drakes, to take and to carry
By ferry so to tarry, the youth thus honed
As clones devoted and humans demoted
From souls thrown in units by death-row
Anon strewn as pillars cold in ruins of old
Broken collaterally as tokens, unilaterally
Per unspoken reasons smoked, seasoned
Fitly proclaimed o'er patriotic flames
Gamed then maimed, hence later famed
The sons and daughters as fallen heroes
Yet earlier as fodder amid war's sorrows
(While alma maters overflowed bacchanal)
Shit! two incalculable goddamn costs
Twain streams lost, one mortally eternal
Whilst another as materially temporal
Regrettably, the latter unrecoverable
Lamentably, the former unforgivable
O fuck the curse of fettered commerce
Thus reverse by emancipation's converse
To free the market is to free the people

Alas peace's potential!
¡Ay paz potencialmente!

…of which even the lightest effects are a thousand times more
costly to the people, more destructive of wealth, population
and happiness, than all those paltry mercantile profits which
people fancy they will ensure benefit the nations which allow
themselves to be misled.

HUMAN ABILITY to REASON, HUMAN RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 35

35 - Nature Amoral

Firstly, is Nature cruel if one thirsts or starves in a desert or forest? Conversely, is Nature charitable if one drinks from a stream found, or feasts upon game hunted or berries/nuts gathered? Is Nature blessing or cursing if one is warmed by the tropic sun or chilled by the arctic wind? Comparatively, is Nature cursing or blessing if one is cooked by the Mississippi delta heat or cooled by the Massachusetts cape breeze?

Secondly, is Nature duly obligated thus fair or unfair if one strengthens then lives versus suffers then dies? Is Nature so empowered to endow one with Rights; right to food, right to clothing, right to shelter thus right to live? Or is Nature simply what it is as one makes the best of it by human labor?

Thirdly, is Nature nothing more than neutral or amoral in which one exists yet well equipped with the Particular Human Ability to Reason for sustenance, maintenance even furtherance, inseparably expressed by the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent for communication, cohabitation even cooperation?

---

He thirsts, she starves, he carves verses by pen as sword
She scrawls curses on marked wall of dark hall to record
His verses fought perverse, her curses sought to re-hearse
Yet neither consents till either relents lest hubris amerces
