The year 2020 in United States will be studied 100 years from now...

The year 2020 in United States will be studied 100 years from now as the rise of boldfaced Tyranny upon two decades of inhumane warmongering abroad, massive surveillance, monstrous torturing, widespread arrests of whistleblowers, unprecedented monetary expansion (ever in world history), and now another politician elected to ensure the 21st century presidents as the most heinously despicable in the aforementioned ways unaware to citizenry well naïve, ignorant, presumptuous, arrogant and certainly covetous.

I hope and pray 2021 will not continue to be so. However my hope is not founded on evidence nor recent history obviously. My prayer and faith is definitely not placed on US government, state/local governments nor the American people.

Not until enough individuals reason observably, logically, ethically then consistently towards understanding, practicing as well respecting, regarding the singular human right to consent or dissent on all matters, any hope or prayer will be for naught. God will not intervene nor Perchance haphazardly if to insist and persist transgressing natural law(s) instituted since the human specie first reasoned. My apologies.

Prince Michael von Liechtenstein interview by Claudio Grass...

"I still hope, but I am not very confident, that the Rubicon has not already been crossed. Power is a drug and a technocracy that receives power will be reluctant to relinquish it. " --- Prince Michael von Liechtenstein

AGREED!!! Much appreciation for both interviewer and interviewee per their continual outspoken critiques. My compliments, well done! See link for entire interview.

In United States, the Rubicon was crossed long ago in my assessment whether one points to the beginning of the US numerous wars against (allegedly) terror and the massive surveillance, the war on drugs in the early 1970s, the FBI/CIA activities extremely ramping up from 1940s to1960s here and abroad, or since 1913 with the passage of Federal Reserve Act as well 16th and 17th Amendments (although I argue much earlier).

Certainly the year 2020 was a Rubicon crossing boldfaced, tyranny gravely elevated unexcused, unapologetic and unashamed.

Glenn Greenwald as interviewed by Nick Gillespie of ReasonTV...

Nothing Trump Did Compares to the 'Moral Evil' of Bush's and Obama's Wars.
Glenn Greenwald as interviewed by Nick Gillespie of ReasonTV...

"George Bush and Dick Chaney started new wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama started new wars in Libya and Yemen. What new wars did Donald Trump start? If you go down the list and look at things like the destruction of Iraq, and the implementation of a torture regime, what has Donald Trump done that even remotely compares in terms of moral evil to any of that? Nothing! And yet no, we're suppose to treat George Bush and Barack Obama like morally upstanding statesmen, and Donald Trump like the literal reincarnation of Hitler."

Personal Note:
Although there is plenty to critique the Trump administration like the continuation of Bush/Obama's policies as militarism, imperialism, police-statism, interventionism, cronyism, corporatism, monetarism and more, racism is not one of them nor expansion of US warmongering with new wars.

To additionally note, upon the completion of Trump's first and only presidential term, the Obama two-term administration still holds the record for using and abusing the Espionage Act of 1917 by indicting several times more whistleblowers than ALL administrations combined.

Van Morrison's "anti-lockdown" crusade now joined by Eric Clapton...

Government's tech and news cronies (the censorship whores and press-titutes) have an interesting dilemma as Van Morrison's "anti-lockdown" crusade now joined by Eric Clapton gain traction online...

No more lockdown
No more government overreach
No more fascist police
Disturbing our peace

No more taking our freedom
And our God-given rights
Pretending it's for our safety
When it's really to enslave

Who's running our country?
Who's running our world?
Examine it closely
And watch it unfurl...

Two among the very few celebrities and artists with the fuckin' gumption to say "No more!" to tyranny.

Christmas Eve message, as well quote by D.C. Quillan Stone...

Fuck government's tyranny and have a Merry Christmas nonetheless, because...

"At end of day, regardless who we are, the color of skin, place of origin, lot in life, preference of identity, persuasion of politics, level of education, choice of profession, pursuit of philosophy, prayer of faith and more, deep within us all there screams with all passion that could be mustered, with all knowledge that could be studied, with all logic that could be observed, with all ethic that could be confirmed, with all consistency that could be affirmed, with all urgency that could be defended; MY LIFE MATTERS!"

Mike Rowe plainly, correctly assesses, "There's a new word for 40 million people in this country: non-essential... (that's) one click away from unimportant or worthless... During this pandemic I've seen firsthand, everybody is essential to somebody... There is something going on here that's fundamentally upside-down. And the fact these policies are now being instituted by leaders who shown themselves to be the very definition of 'rancorous hypocrisy', is going to lead us to a place where I'm afraid will be very difficult to get the poop back in the goose."

US Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky speaks boldly, truthfully, ethically against the current stimulus bill...

"The next time you see Republicans in high moral dudgeon, claiming and complaining about spending by Democrats and Socialism, remind them. Remind them if they supported this monstrous bill, that really the difference between the parties is less Adam Smith versus (Karl) Marx and more (Karl) Marx versus (Friedrich) Engels."

Earlier, Mr. Paul rightly disses further his fellow Republicans for their hypocrisy...

"Republicans like to mock Modern Monetary Theory. The idea that government can print money with impunity, that government can spend whatever it wants without the need to tax. Modern Monetary Theory is basically the 'Dick Cheney deficits don't matter' crowd trussed up with a new fancy title. Most Republicans rightly lampoon this quackery, that is, when they are not practicing the quackery themselves."

Rand Paul's senate speech will be as memorably noteworthy as his father's congressional farewell speech in 2012.

INDIVIDUALISM is...

INDIVIDUALISM is exercising the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters as manifested per the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, while consistently regarding and constantly respecting others' same right thus ability.

It is that concise. It is that simple. For quite subjective even destructive to the aforementioned sole right, morality and ethic are all other notions toward lists or bills of rights, moralities, ethics as well books or volumes of laws, regulations, taxes, policies arbitrarily covetous, presumptuous, arrogant and violent upon the dissent by merely one, two or more persons in society.

Personal RACISM versus Political RACISM

Personal RACISM ethically, inevitably dims and dulls one's eyes and mind, while far worse political RACISM covetously, ultimately titillates and intoxicates...

True, some recently, socially disenfranchised DID NOT observably, logically thus ethically understood the RACISM they now suffer by others newly empowered. Although equally true, some recently, politically empowered DO NOT observably, logically thus ethically understand the RACISM they now exact upon others newly disenfranchised.

"O the speck and splinter fester graver per critical eyes
Cynically 'The ayes have it!' thus vied finically the guise
Mystically the ruse the racket per the excuse slightly tacit
Though logically flaccid, academically plain upon placid"

Andrew Yang suggests a barcode as proof of vaccination...

Andrew Yang, former presidential candidate and possibly Biden's nominee for a cabinet position, suggests a barcode as proof of vaccination towards I assume some resemblance of normalcy (see link below)...

Ladies and Gentlemen who still critically think, there will be no normalcy in our future, merely further tyranny upon today's tyranny upon yesterday's tyranny.

If Vice President Pence's public vaccination proves anything however dramatical and farcical, the year 2020 rightly arrived per bipartisan contribution to governmental expansionism incrementally or exponentially over the decades, years even months of late.

Yang's Twitter comment...

The DESPOTS as governors and mayors are MONSTERS...

The DESPOTS as governors and mayors mandating economic shutdowns from their luxury homes and fine dining restaurants underwritten by taxpaying serfs they inhumanely trample are nothing more than MONSTERS!!! This is NOT about a virus NOR science, this is about TYRANNY!!!

American Christianity whored herself in Government's bed for decades...

Per recent proposals to intrude further into parental affairs regarding children's education (public, private, home), vaccination, adoption, abortion and more, as well to impose further upon religious activities...

American Christianity whored herself in Government's bed for decades, supporting militarism, supporting wars on terror and drugs, supporting police-statism, supporting extensive surveillance, supporting neo-conservative version of socialism as well supporting various laws, taxes, regulations, policies and programs intrusive into private and economic affairs, and now surprised by the same unrestrained power exacted upon her.

Coveting whatever perceived benefit by such adultery, American Christianity foolishly long considered Government as her friend then lover, while the latter intended to covertly use and overtly abuse per convenience and expedience.

The far more devastating virus; monetarism...

"The central bank continues to engage in a wide variety of unprecedented efforts to 'stimulate' the economy and provide income to unemployed workers and to provide liquidity to financial institutions. Moreover, as government revenues have fallen considerably, Congress has turned to unprecedented amounts of borrowing. But in order to keep interest rates low, the Fed has been buying up trillions of dollars in assets—including government debt. This has fueled new money creation."

Bare market shelves, vacant strip malls, mass unemployment and more... neo-American norms!

Bare market shelves, vacant strip malls, mass unemployment amid economic depression, monetary deflation along with prevailing censorship, governmental decrees, widespread (unofficial) martial law as well endless warmongering, boundless surveillance and more; these neo-American norms apparently will perpetuate well into 2021 perhaps 2022 if not indefinitely. Yet, polity and citizenry squabble and bicker over partisan subtleties and trivialities.

Consequently, one could rightly apply the 19th century quotation by Lysander Spooner (1808-1887) regarding the US Constitution to both Democrat and Republican parties...

"But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist."

They love their servitude...

"A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude."

Passage taken from the 1932 book Brave New World by Aldous Huxley (1894-1963). The below passage taken from my 10th book 100 Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters...

"The good citizen, the obedient subject and the sacrificial patriot are always the objectives of government, thus externally generous as internally anxious to educate the youth, the preferred means to the coveted ends. For truly coveted are individuals’ life, liberty and property, so much so, government will forcefully take them from individuals or cleverly convince individuals to give them up quite willingly. Hence effective, publicly funded institutions of all educational levels have transformed political objectives into social even religious virtues, that is, to be good, obedient and sacrificial towards policies and privileges arbitrarily, presumptuously contrived and imposed, instead of personal principles and preferences logically, privately concluded and practiced."

As a homage to The Parlour in Prague...

My favorite spot in my modest home, the gaudy decor as a homage to The Parlour in Prague, a wonderfully quaint below-street lounge, old books, pictures and glassware scattered around, who crafts uniquely mixed drinks per each patron's whim, as well serves and elaborates at the table on the elements and processes...

Elixirs swilled as real, ah logic lost, per anagogic lines
Amongst purrs, slurs, by nightclub felines and canines
Sensuality stirred, garnished by olive, later her lipstick
Rim so smudged, hem then nudged, his usual shtick

Else, lovers’ stints and fits, scents from previous skits
Flicks then devious flits, o’er whiskey’s schizoid-wit
Dirty martini’s android-moods, ah nonetheless broods
Subtly duels, `tween monotony’s psycho-pistol feuds

O lady he so loves, on bar her drink, gun and gloves
Mary sips, to her lips his blood, and their lust thereof
What fuss, hot as musk, fraught the dusk with death
Liken Duncan caught mid thrust, envy and Macbeth

The widespread acceptance of governmental oversight...

It is FUCKIN' ASTONISHING the widespread acceptance of governmental oversight thus intrusion into individual affairs, compounded by equally widespread tolerance of bureaucratic and crony-corporate censorship thus manipulation of information political, economical, social, environmental, medical and exhaustively more, and exasperated by widespread indulgence towards initial covetousness thus consequential presumption then eventual arrogance...

"And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed -if all records told the same tale — then the lie passed into history and became truth."

Passage found in Chapter 3 of the book 1984 by George Orwell (1903-1950), earlier in Chapter 2...

"The three slogans on the white face of the Ministry of Truth came back to him: WAR IS PEACE, FREEDOM IS SLAVERY, IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH. On coins, on stamps, on the covers of books, on banners, on posters, and on the wrappings of a cigarette Packet — everywhere. Always the eyes watching you and the voice enveloping you. Asleep or awake, working or eating, indoors or out of doors, in the bath or in bed — no escape. Nothing was your own except the few cubic centimetres inside your skull."

There can not be emancipation of Individualism without first recognizing these historical inconveniences...

The current unapologetic Despots and unashamed Tyrants among United States' local, state and federal politicians rose not within spans of weeks, months even years, rather numerous decades, that is to say over two centuries incrementally upon the Summer and Scheme of 1787 then 1792 as rehearsed by Washington's March and Madness 13,000-strong against a few West Pennsylvanian Individualists, reiterated by Jefferson's Ruse and Purchase of Louisiana Territories thus Subjugation of Louisiana Inhabitants and again by Madison's Debacle the Encore of 1812, reaffirmed by Lincoln's promulgated Preservation though purposed Damnation of the Union, paralleled by Davis' Confederacy and Heresy of State Rights underwritten hypocritically per the Enslaving and Erasing of the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, also paralleled by Presidents' Annihilation of the Indigenous then Reservation of the Remnants, expanded by McKinley's Revocation of Spanish Imperialism per Invocation of American Imperialism, of course gravely even inhumanely outdone by 20th Century's Total Wars as well 21st Century's Perpetual Wars... and many more such inconveniences may appropriately exemplify.

This Country erroneously contended liberties and rights as plural...

In infancy this Country erroneously contended liberties and rights as plural oppose to Liberty and Right Singular, thus ill formed lists or bills immediately exposing any and all unenumerated, unspecified or unclarified. Interestingly perhaps ironically, as Alexander Hamilton's essay Federalist Papers No. 84 perceptively foretold soon later precisely fulfilled.

From that point forward the Federal along with State and Local governments have incrementally eroded, systematically eliminated one liberty after another right until today the unapologetically boldfaced Tyranny. Yet even now Americans remain covetously determined and cretinously devoted to Government as their omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent Primogenitor, Provider and Protector.

Consider Federalist Paper No. 84...

Consider Federalist Paper No. 84, originally published during the summer of 1788 by The Independent Journal, New York Packet and The Daily Advertiser under the pseudonym Publius, otherwise known as Alexander Hamilton, hence the following excerpt…

"I go further, and affirm that bills of rights, in the sense and to the extent in which they are contended for, are not only unnecessary in the proposed Constitution, but would even be dangerous. They would contain various exceptions to powers not granted; and, on this very account, would afford a colorable pretext to claim more than were granted. For why declare that things shall not be done which there is no power to do? Why, for instance, should it be said that the liberty of the press shall not be restrained, when no power is given by which restrictions may be imposed? I will not contend that such a provision would confer a regulating power; but it is evident that it would furnish, to men disposed to usurp, a plausible pretense for claiming that power."

As included in No. 140 - Bill of Right / 1st Reprise, following No. 139 - Bill of Right as posted (pic), both taken from my forthcoming book; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters.

Quote by Natan Sharansky

"I was a loyal Soviet citizen until the age of 20. What it meant to be a loyal citizen is to say what you are supposed to say, to read what you are permitted to read, to vote the way you are told to vote and, at the same time, to know that all this is a lie."

Natan Sharansky (Israeli politician, human rights activist)

Someday quite soon (if not now) a person may say "I was a loyal American citizen... it meant to say what you are supposed to say, to read what you are permitted to read, to vote the way you are told... at the same time, to know that all this is a lie."

Restoring LIBERTY singular is not political rather ethical...

Restoring LIBERTY singular is not political rather ethical, requiring not legislation rather rescission of government powers. If to discuss in terms of LIBERTIES plural, the argument is already flawed thus lost.

For one must first understand INDIVIDUALISM as the prerequisite ism or ideology, simply and concisely defined as the consistent regard for the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters, upon the constant respect for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason as manifested solely by the aforementioned exercise thereof.

And this seems to be the final revolution... Aldous Huxley (1894-1963)

Disturbingly, eerily interesting perhaps discerning Huxley's emphasis on "pharmacological method"...

"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution."

Honorable man, great thinker... He will be missed!

"Democracy and liberty are not the same. Democracy is little more than mob rule, while liberty refers to the sovereignty of the individual... Philosopher Johann Wolfgang von Goethe explained that “no one is as hopelessly enslaved as the person who thinks he’s free.” That’s becoming an apt description for Americans who are oblivious to—or ignorant of—the liberties we’ve lost."

Walter E. Williams (1936-2020)

It would be notably incomplete to overlook the fact he often hoped and stated per his love for the work; to have died upon teaching a class. I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately...

How artistically, timelessly effective would be the cave scene in the 1989 film Dead Poets Society if the same few Welton Academy boys gathered obediently distanced, fearfully masked upon the recited words "to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life"...

"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms."

Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862)

My countrymen living "sturdily and Spartan-like", putting "to rout all that was not life" during this perverted era of social fear and political oppression? Hardly! US Constitution's inherent flaw thus inevitable failure...

"But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist."

Lysander Spooner (1808-1887)

He went on to write in more detail the Constitution's inherent flaw thus inevitable failure...

"If any considerable number of the people believe the Constitution to be good, why do they not sign it themselves, and make laws for, and administer them upon, each other; leaving all other persons (who do not interfere with them) in peace? Until they have tried the experiment for themselves, how can they have the face to impose the Constitution upon, or even to recommend it to, others? Plainly the reason for absurd and inconsistent conduct is that they want the Constitution, not solely for any honest or legitimate use it can be of to themselves or others, but for the dishonest and illegitimate power it gives them over the persons and properties of others. But for this latter reason, all their eulogiums on the Constitution, all their exhortations, and all their expenditures of money and blood to sustain it, would be wanting... The Constitution itself, then, being of no authority, on what authority does our government practically rest? On what ground can those who pretend to administer it, claim the right to seize men's property, to restrain them of their natural liberty of action, industry, and trade, and to kill all who deny their authority to dispose of men's properties, liberties, and lives at their pleasure or discretion? The most they can say, in answer to this question, is, that some half, two-thirds, or three-fourths, of the male adults of the country have a tacit understanding that they will maintain a government under the Constitution; that they will select, by ballot, the persons to administer it; and that those persons who may receive a majority, or a plurality, of their ballots, shall act as their representatives, and administer the Constitution in their name, and by their authority."

Private Fencepost versus Government Flagpole

Unless the PRIVATE FENCEPOST is constantly respected then consistently regarded as the individual's land and sovereignty thus logically respected then ethically regarded his/her Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters relating to one's property as well possession, purse, preference, prerogative, people (family/friends) and person, THEN perversely covetous, arbitrarily presumptuous, violently arrogant even immoral and inhumane the GOVERNMENT FLAGPOLE.

Consequently, the rightful FLAG would be the individual's sweaty perhaps bloody SHIRT-OFF-BACK hung on the same rustic fencepost therefore pledging superiorly to no other.
