Honorable man, great thinker... He will be missed!

It would be notably incomplete to overlook the fact he often hoped and stated per his love for the work; to have died upon teaching a class. Mr. Williams taught his last economics class on 1 December 2020 at George Mason University, the eve prior to his passing. He truly studied, pondered and labored until his final breath.
