Concluding verses for my 7th book The THIRD FALL of RACE BROOK - A Poetic Novel & Poems for J (1976-2007)...

Concluding verses for my 7th book The THIRD FALL of RACE BROOK - A Poetic Novel & Poems for J (1976-2007)...

Hence fire dances `neath their eiderdown and trances
By poetic rounds with Italian sounds, profound madly
So to propound gladly the nods of madmen and gods
And sadly the sobs of masses and mobs, all is naught
Usually assumed, unusually presumed all is choice
For in foisted details and hoisted chaos, ample is lost
Yet samples are not if selected, thus love elected
Whence passion infected, the twain, swan and swain
Scoffing naysayers and banes, to bear in fain the pain
Per distance in body, so incurred assistance like bodhi
Refusing mortality, their perfervid ruse contra finality
Excusing commonality, two fitly wooed consequently…

(Note to self; time is vapor)

Thee I loveth more, more than he
Who thirst for seas then hungers at eve
For his morning kill, since vigor and will
(Affixed and mixed in bone and marrow)
Shalt not wane hence wallow not
Until each thought of thee I dreamt
Tis' fitly sought, O thusly fulfilled

Let my body heap upon thine
As my lust infest to seep inside
Let my soul weep with thine
As my mind rest to sleep by thine
Let my heart keep to thine
As my love seeks deep to find

Thou forever align in kind
Thou forever as mine

Nailed to stanchion, a canticle, near station antipodal
Raised upon rocks caudal, a poet’s epistle (la epístola
Tambien la puerta hacia la galería de las miniaturas
De su psicosis), unseen the line between his two seas
Though he feels the shifts as paradigms rift then sift
As bereft rips, clefts by tests at the divide’s tip of crest
While chest and breasts heft to heave then cleave to be
O the voracity as Juan to Haidée and her avidity to him
Spiking their vim to others’ fancies as Wittenberg door
Ergo embers on floor of hearth their something more
Fervorosamente algo más, like rain on moss the lust
Wandering, not lost, in satin mist, wreathing mid this
Their passion consists as love insists, su elección ávida

And so the song thus lyrics upon arrangements, notes sustained emotionally else staccato'ed passionately, each and every rhythm, rhyme, phrase, word, silence and sigh, break and breath all too well connected...

Garet Garrett... There is in government a living impulse to extend itself indefinitely...

"There is in government a living impulse to extend itself indefinitely; and there is in freedom a necessity to resist that impulse."

Garet Garrett (1878-1954)

Then there is government subsidy of many clever bipartisan forms, arousing the citizenry's covetousness to a presumptuous erection thus the resulted arrogance insisting, persisting, demanding, determining, imposing, intruding others for temporary gratification until yet another covetous arousal soon following.

It is covetousness' PERVERSION most abhorrent, a reprobate mind, by consenting or dissenting on all matters per one’s preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others provide, forgo, act, behave, express, speak even believe, think compatibly, similarly even acceptably whether by force legal or force illegal.

Note:
Quote taken from a 1932 collection of Garrett's essays entitled Insatiable Government, rightly critiquing the Hoover Administration's economic interferences. Some appropriately say the president was actually the "first" New Dealer.

See links for below installments (draft form) from my latest book, particularly regarding covetousness and perversion, the root of the aforesaid political/social condition...

Once upon a time, there were Sciences... Behold, wickedness darkened the land liken the 9th Plague...

Once upon a time, there were Sciences, the observation of consistency in pursuit of truth, as well Political Science, the presumption of covetousness in pursuit of power. The two clearly discernable thus the people rejoiced for the former, lamented per the latter.

Behold, wickedness darkened the land liken postdiluvian 9th Plague, hardening to stone the hearts of kings, princes, sages, priests, generals, jesters, wizards and subjects among the two tribes, corrupting then perverting Sciences as lamentable as Political Science. The two no longer discernable thus the remnant few mourned whose minds remained untouched by the corruption and perversion.

To define and explain my use of "perversion", allow me to clarify...

"Perversion; to consent or dissent on all matters per one’s preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others act, speak even think compatibly, similarly even acceptably whether by force legal or force illegal."

Lord Sumption... I’m afraid I think we are in for a dark age... The point about myth is that you need myth if you place your golden age in the past...

Americans need to discard the MYTH of a constitutional, political and/or governmental orthodoxy, that is to say, a time we had it right. We never had it right insomuch if to return we would have it right again. Proof? The dire juncture presently is a direct result of the past unavoidably, caused initially and contributed incrementally by Democrat and Republican parties equally over the many decades. If to reset then return upon any point in US history, we would only arrive once again today thus the same governmental excessiveness, political presumptuousness, social wantonness and personal covetousness.

Lord Sumption explains similarly during the interview...

"I’m afraid I think we are in for a dark age. The point about myth is that you need myth if you place your golden age in the past. Almost all human societies have a vision of a golden age. For centuries, perhaps until the end of the Middle Ages, people placed their golden age in the past, and they embroidered the past. They developed a myth about what the past had been like, a myth about what they were trying to recover for their own day. For three or four centuries now, western societies in particular have placed their golden age in the future. It’s something that they aspire to. Now, to create something for centuries ahead, myth is just irrelevant. And so, I don’t think we need myth. What we need is a culture of cooperation, a culture which is dedicated to something which laws are not strong enough to create in themselves."

The Return of Geopolitics and War by Michael von Liechtenstein... Economic measures and sanctions, propaganda, engineered social unrest, fake news and cyberattacks. These are instruments of hybrid warfare...

"More and more actors are using economic measures and sanctions, propaganda, engineered social unrest, fake news and cyberattacks. These are instruments of hybrid warfare. This “hidden” form of war is already taking place, especially between major powers. This strategy allows them to avoid direct military confrontation and the ravages caused by weapons of mass destruction (be they nuclear, chemical or biological)."

PRECISELY!!!

The above quote hence concept is so critical for my countrymen (Americans) to grasp, having bought into the longstanding propagandized notion therefore political justification for bans, sanctions, embargoes, etc. as "allegedly" necessary then effective. As all propaganda go, such indirect tactics are never necessary nor effective towards the political objectives, always with the additional unintended harm to particular domestic industries thus companies' lost of profits, employees' lost of jobs, producers' lost of materials, consumers' lost of goods, and so on. The aforesaid in parallel to antagonistic warlike characteristics as pointed out in the article are recipes for inevitable disaster.

Free trade among private companies and free association among private individuals, although not perfect, are the best known preventions to strife, riot, conflict and war.

Quote by Murray N. Rothbard... Every TYRANNY must necessarily be grounded upon general popular acceptance. In short, the bulk of the people themselves, for whatever reason, acquiesce in their own subjection...

"Every TYRANNY must necessarily be grounded upon general popular acceptance. In short, the bulk of the people themselves, for whatever reason, acquiesce in their own subjection. If this were not the case, no tyranny, indeed no governmental rule, could long endure. Hence, a government does not have to be popularly elected to enjoy general public support; for general public support is in the very nature of all governments that endure, including the most oppressive of tyrannies. The tyrant is but one person, and could scarcely command the obedience of another person, much less of an entire country, if most of the subjects did not grant their obedience by their own consent."

Murray N. Rothbard (1926-1995)

Quote by Étienne de La Boétie... All this havoc, this misfortune, this ruin, descends upon you not from alien foes, but from the one enemy... King and Government!

"Poor, wretched, and stupid peoples, nations determined on your own misfortune and blind to your own good! You let yourselves be deprived before your own eyes of the best part of your revenues; your fields are plundered, your homes robbed, your family heirlooms taken away. You live in such a way that you cannot claim a single thing as your own; and it would seem that you consider yourselves lucky to be loaned your property, your families, and your very lives."

Étienne de La Boétie (1530-1563), quite insightful as quite young, with such fervor this young man critiqued king and government, thus rightly continued in his 1577 book posthumously published; The Discourse of Voluntary Servitude...

"All this havoc, this misfortune, this ruin, descends upon you not from alien foes, but from the one enemy whom you yourselves render as powerful as he is, for whom you go bravely to war, for whose greatness you do not refuse to offer your own bodies unto death. He who thus domineers over you has only two eyes, only two hands, only one body, no more than is possessed by the least man among the infinite numbers dwelling in your cities; he has indeed nothing more than the power that you confer upon him to destroy you. Where has he acquired enough eyes to spy upon you, if you do not provide them yourselves? How can he have so many arms to beat you with, if he does not borrow them from you? The feet that trample down your cities, where does he get them if they are not your own? How does he have any power over you except through you? How would he dare assail you if he had no cooperation from you? What could he do to you if you yourselves did not connive with the thief who plunders you, if you were not accomplices of the murderer who kills you, if you were not traitors to yourselves? You sow your crops in order that he may ravage them, you install and furnish your homes to give him goods to pillage; you rear your daughters that he may gratify his lust; you bring up your children in order that he may confer upon them the greatest privilege he knows---to be led into his battles, to be delivered to butchery, to be made the servants of his greed and the instruments of his vengeance; you yield your bodies unto hard labor in order that he may indulge in his delights and wallow in his filthy pleasures; you weaken yourselves in order to make him the stronger and the mightier to hold you in check. From all these indignities, such as the very beasts of the field would not endure, you can deliver yourselves if you try, not by taking action, but merely by willing to be free. Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break into pieces?"

I love this man... Lysander Spooner (1808-1887)...

"What, then, is legislation? It is an assumption by one man, or body of men, of absolute, irresponsible dominion over all other men whom they can subject to their power. It is the assumption by one man, or body of men, of a right to subject all other men to their will and their service."

Lysander Spooner (1808-1887) continues in his 1882 treatise Natural Law...

"It is the assumption by one man, or body of men, of a right to abolish outright all the natural rights, all the natural liberty of all other men; to make all other men their slaves; to arbitrarily dictate to all other men what they may, and may not, do; what they may, and may not, have; what they may, and may not, be. It is, in short, the assumption of a right to banish the principle of human rights, the principle of justice itself, from off the earth, and set up their own personal will, pleasure, and interest in its place. All this, and nothing less, is involved in the very idea that there can be any such thing as human legislation that is obligatory upon those upon whom it is imposed."

Quote by Aristotle... hence... the repetitive usages of similar Aristotelian-esque sequences of adverbs; Observably, Logically thus Consistently, Ethically and/or Sustainably

"Of propositions and problems there are—to comprehend the matter in outline—three divisions; for some are ethical propositions, some are on natural science, while some are logical."

Aristotle (384-322 BC), Organon / Topica, Book I, Chapter 14

Interpolated among comments/blogs as well my last two books (and book forthcoming), are repetitive usages of similar Aristotelian-esque sequences of adverbs; Observably (notably, determinably, etc), Logically thus Consistently, Ethically and/or Sustainably. This is the nature of consciousness, reason therefore discovery, evolvement towards all things scientific, economic, social, psychological, personal, moral and more, or to simply put, the proper discovery of all things.

Contrary to discovery thus evolvement would be latency then devolvement per opposite adverbs as Imaginably or Fantastically, Randomly or Arbitrarily, Preferentially, Covetously, Presumptuously and/or Arrogantly, towards of course all things unscientific, noneconomic, nonsocial, pathological, impersonal, immoral and more.

To reverse engineer (if you will) regarding anything considered ethical or as ethic, consistency would be paramount to observe then determine, else something other than ethical, that is to say, non-ethical perhaps unethical. To reverse engineer further per consistency as paramount, then preceding would be logical determination upon observation by deducing to particulars, inducing to universals, else and once again something other than ethical, that is to say, non-ethical perhaps unethical.

Books thus far...

Have become knee-deep in studying/drafting for the 12th book project, perhaps to be finished, edited then published latter-2022. And, forthcoming book have been slightly yet appropriately renamed from "Further Proems & Poems..." to "Propositions, Problems & Poems" on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters, to complete the thematic trilogy observably, logically, consistently regarding the sole morality, lone ethic thus singular right.

Democrats and Republicans differ? Superficially perhaps, ethically no!

Extreme as well moderate Republicans are driven solely by objectives instead of principles, in equal measure to extreme as well moderate Democrats, each pursuing political ends with no accounting for their jointly shared coercive means; governmental force.

Whether to take back America, make America great per Trump's campaign, or to battle for the soul of the nation, unite for a better America per Biden's campaign, all mere political jargon for soliciting enough majority votes so to governmentally, forcefully impose upon the remaining electoral minority.

The ethical questions stand and indict every political endeavor; when is force of any kind not arrogant, not presumptuous therefore not covetous towards control of others' resources, behaviors, words even thoughts? Furthermore, when is force of any kind not disrespecting, not disregarding the singular human right to consent or dissent on all matters?

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

I've seen nothing since then to persuade me (government) gained in wisdom, common sense or humanity... as recited dramatically although historically thus accurately by Colonel William Ludlow, as portrayed by actor Anthony Hopkins...

"Indians! Indians were the issue in those days. There is nothing as grotesque as the meeting of a child with a bullet or an entire village slaughtered while sleeping. That was the GOVERNMENT's resolution of that particular issue. I've seen nothing since then to persuade me it's gained in wisdom, common sense or humanity."

Colonel William Ludlow, as portrayed by actor Anthony Hopkins in the 1994 film Legends of the Fall, direction by Edward Zwick, screenplay by Susan Shilliday and William Wittliff.

Like the lines recited in the film dramatically although historically thus accurately representational, I too find little evidence the US Government have "gained in wisdom, common sense or humanity" since the 19th century if not lost what little of such character during the 20th/21st centuries, that is to assume the actual, initial existence thereof.

First and foremost, political rhetoric presumes the use of force then government policy violates by use of force. The presumption and violation always proceeds then tramples upon previously, rightfully voiced dissent, per the former's impatience or unwillingness for mutually respectful discussion towards ethically consensual unanimity.

Astonishingly, most everyone still contend today, the most educated, enlightened of American eras, their preferred politician or party will make the moral difference.

Unless liberties are "allowed" for free speech first and foremost... all other issues cannot be discussed properly then resolved ethically...

Unless liberties are "allowed" for free speech first and foremost then free press, free assembly, free worship, free bearing of arms and more, all other issues cannot be discussed properly then resolved ethically.

I say "allowed" oppose to "restored" for the Republican Party cannot expect different ethical outcomes if to politically, forcefully impose old values (objectives) as perceived and preferred, like the Democrat Party have politically, forcefully imposed new values (objectives) as perceived and preferred.

Liberties cannot be allowed by reestablishing various polities, laws, regulations as well anthems, pledges, flags even bills/lists of rights and constitutions, but by the following fundamental... "Private property my country, family and friends my countrymen, consequently the sweaty, dirty, bloody, long worn shirt-off-back my flag, for upon a rustic post centered in my domain I have nailed that banner however tattered, patched, frayed, stained, worked thus ragged while individually, completely purchased. I pledge allegiance to no other!"

As such, the one true right must be understood... "If such understanding forms and foments, then solely amid ceaseless study, ponder and labor, concluding first in part, later in whole, to logically respect then ethically regard, hence fervently declaring then firmly establishing in this manner. The propensity, preference and persistence upon observable practice by Each and Every Individual since first reasoned the Specie Human and Peculiar above all other species, thus consistently inclining, constantly insisting the Singular Right to Consent or Dissent regarding Each and Every Matter, indeed without exception as exemplified per unwanted prevention, unacceptable prohibition, undesirable preemption, unwelcomed intervention, unwarranted retroaction by persons ever covetous as well parties ever contemptuous whether private, religious, philosophical, economical, social, political, governmental and more."

America! Will God shed thee grace undeservingly, for blood spilling `neath flag unfurling in every breeze...

In addition to the quote (image), I refer to my previous post as well, partially available below, fully at link...

There is nothing to celebrate this 4th of July weekend in America...

There is nothing to celebrate this 4th of July weekend in America...

For the past 18 months proved democratically elected government(s) capable of unprecedented presuming then subjugating, despotizing upon unprecedented colluding then propagandizing, fearmongering.

The past 20 years proved democratically elected government(s) capable of massive domestic surveillance ever limitless upon massive foreign warmongering ever ceaseless.

The past 107 years (since 1913) proved democratically elected government(s) capable of monopolization of currency, expansion of money supply thus continual ruination of economy per repeated and escalated bubbles then inevitable busts (another soon to come).

The past 238 years (since 1787 and 1792) proved democratically elected government(s) capable of creating questionably flawed constitutions amid much self-adulation and public jubilation, immediately proceeding to endlessly amend, judge, redefine, distort, corrupt, discredit, slander then ignore the document until useless, meaningless hence worthless parchment.

Finally, the past is well littered with examples if to will one's mind to set aside most embraced sentiments, most accepted paradigms as fostered and festered by public education, mass media, political rhetoric so to observably study, logically ponder, persistently labor, till last breath. Literally!

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

Concisely, preceding all harm as individually perceived by one is covetousness as individually conceived by another...

Proem & Poem No. 150 - John Locke and Francis Schaeffer / Part 4

Comparatively, if another transgresses the individual’s rights hence the individual’s dissent, the transgressor have already coveted then presumed prior to the arrogance and act. By such transgression, not only are the individual’s Lockean rights certainly molested, firstly and gravely disregarded, grossly disrespected the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as exercised, elected and expressed per the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. This too is an equation as consistently so.

Concisely, preceding all harm as individually perceived by one is covetousness as individually conceived by another.

Why prioritized the right to consent or dissent as “firstly and gravely”? For any list, enumeration, bill, or declaration of rights, whether by John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Eleanor Roosevelt (as first chair of UN Commission on Human Rights), are nothing more than political arrangements, justified only if unanimously consented else transgressions simply legalized (or constitutionalized). Thusly imperative, such conditions must be well founded on the only actual right as preferred and practiced by every human being since time immemorial so to reiterate; the propensity and preference therefore right to consent or dissent on literally all matters.

Rather it is Ethics not Politics that desires freedom for oneself and all others thus a return to individual responsibility and risk...

Proem & Poem No. 122 - Ethics versus Politics / 1st Reprise

Logically defined, Politics is the pursuit to influence and/or control political power, legal force, that is to say, the power thus force to manipulate and confiscate others' behavior and resource without their consent. The method to determine the use of power or force by democracy, oligarchy or tyranny matters not. The method to implement the use of power or force by communism, fascism or cronyism and their popular pacifier socialism matters not. For all are clashes between political prerogatives versus personal preferences, legal force versus human will, government taking liberties plural versus individuals exercising liberty singular.

Rather it is Ethics not Politics that desires freedom for oneself and all others thus a return to individual responsibility and risk. It is Ethics not Politics that seeks liberation from government's shackles and chains hung heavy upon everyone's person, preference, possession and property. And it is Ethics not Politics that insists the regard for one's own Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent on all matters, inseparably demands the respect for one's own Peculiar Human Ability to Reason on all matters. Politics is contrary even hostile to all such things.

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
