ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 14

Most likely to be published sometime in 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing...

PROEM & POEM No. 14 - Nimrod’s Tower versus Solomon’s Temple

Nimrod and his counselors must have professed yet veritably guessed as attainable of course, consequently assessed but literally finessed as sustainable, as overly empowered governments of all forms always do. So it was initially, as it was inconvincibly among the people, else unnecessary would have been both law and tax by scepter and saber. So it is fair to ask, were subjects of Nimrod and people of Shinar, joyously and charitably supportive unanimous for the tower, or were all, most or some taxed and employed by confiscation and conscription, enforced by point of pen and tip of sword? Respectively let us be inquisitively consistent, were subjects of Solomon and people of Israel/Judah, joyously and charitably supportive unanimous for the temple, or were all, most or some taxed and employed by confiscation and conscription as those prior in Shinar, enforced by point of pen and tip of sword?

Before any theologian quickly discredits, pause and consider the obvious yet overlooked coercive dynamics of any such project executed by rulers, kings as well governments, regardless of intent, goal or context. Is it possible for the implied reasons, Christ himself condemns the rebuilt temple 800 years after Solomon’s passing, “See ye not all these things (temple and annexes)? Verily I say unto you. There shall not be left here one stone upon another that shall not be thrown down.”, therefore indicting the disrespect and disregard the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Roughly quarried, carried, hewn, honed, thusly fitted
Lashed to task, thrashed the cache, to king submitted
Benefitting none tho’ ode to one, ergo bone upon stone
Stone `low throne, no matter the moans of the disowned

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
