More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 199

Most likely to be published later this winter of 2020/2021, my 11th book entitled appropriately; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....

PROEM & POEM No. 199 - No Less, No More Clarity

Both creationist and evolutionist share a particularly significant point along the planet's timeline and thereafter when the human specie first reasoned. Although this poet sides with the former posture, either position provides no less, no more clarity than what can be easily observed; the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason as individuals thus the ever-present propensity, prerogative, preference then purpose uniquely within each and every person. Upon these facts self-evident, firmly rests the one natural law, the one practical ethic, the one actual therefore Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters.

That is to say, if to also understand as nonexistent any evidence indicating the peculiar human ability to reason having evolved, rather undoubtedly, statically purposed then prioritized (see Nos. 8, 9, 22-24, 33, 34) while acquiring ceaselessly experiences directly per observing outcomes by one’s actions, activities by contemporary others, or indirectly by studying, pondering, laboring then perceiving the outcomes by others throughout history. Accordingly, the primitives were as reasonable upon constructing shelters with rocks, branches, sticks and more, as the moderns upon constructing skyscrapers even space labs of metals, compositions, chemicals and more. Acquired experiences afforded both eras’ accomplishments as discerned similarly by the peculiar human ability manifested by the singular human right.

Point of clarity upon precipice of an embraced fantasy
Towards once effaced reality, fearing paradigms shifting
Begrimed robes lifting, chimed and tolled the cracked bells
Truth unfolds, whitewashing death-rhymes in stairwells

"Vote is sacred!" per Mr. Biden... or is it.

"Vote is sacred!" per Mr. Biden, former Vice President and Democrat presidential candidate. Of course, all politicians have genuinely or conveniently stated something similar. The sanctity of the vote, electoral process even democracy or majority rule, along with any other political system, are NOT sacred inherently NOR ethical logically. Such considerations are governmental arrangements at most tolerable perhaps acceptable solely per "unanimous consent" previously then continuously.

As I stated on Election Day earlier this week...

There is nothing honorable about unrestrained democracy, the absolute rule by majority, the malicious struggle for power, the preference then presumption of some coercively imposed upon others, the bestially kratocratic means towards forcefully covetous ends, the consented disrespectfully disregardful lording over the dissented ethically rightful; in a word, VIOLENCE!

Allow me to make it personal. If you disagree (as I assume of most people), I do not consent to your own preference for majority vote thus majority (or mob) rule over my person, preference, possession and property. Consequently while my dissent insist until desist, what remains as justifications are merely your covetousness and presumption.

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

Weekly Update by Ron Paul and my commentary...

Whether by Democrat or Republican administrations, fully matured Fascism (total top-down regulatory control) approaches upon the prerequisite American Cronyism or Corporatism (merely Fascism in the making) long-supported by both parties, longstanding since 1913 if not much earlier....

Latino vote, Black vote, White vote, Women versus Men votes, Rural versus Urban votes, etc...

Once again as previous electoral cycles, journalists and politicians among liberals and conservatives are referring thus grouping and analyzing the Latino vote, Black vote, White vote, Women versus Men votes, Rural versus Urban votes, etc., as though all herds instinctively, imperceptively likeminded. Not only is it insulting, but inhumanely reducing rightful Individuals to bestial collectives.

Whatever genetics or traditions one may share with others among specie, race, family and culture, do NOT equate to identical NOR similar propensities, prerogatives, preferences, persuasions, postures, philosophies, postulates, propositions, polities and more. As long such prevalence continues, so will arbitrarily enforced political, social, economical intrusions and irruptions as well inconsistently foisted illogical, unethical, immoral impositions and incursions, all long driven by covetousness then presumptions.

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.

Classical Liberalism and Capitalism... Quote by Ludwig von Mises

"[Classical] Liberalism and capitalism address themselves to the cool, well-balanced mind. They proceed by strict logic, eliminating any appeal to the emotions. Socialism, on the contrary, works on the emotions, tries to violate logical considerations by rousing a sense of personal interest and to stifle the voice of reason by awakening primitive instincts."

Ludwig von Mises (economist, 1881-1973)

This poet have attempted however feebly in my 10th and now 11th books to explain Classical Liberalism (as defined in Mises' book likewise entitled) and Capitalism as logical expressions then extensions of Individualism if to understand the latter as the regard for the person's Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as manifested per the respect for the person's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

As Twitter's stocks plummet...

As Twitter's stocks plummet per last week's US Senate hearing over censorship, let us not forget...

Long before Twitter as well Facebook and Google politically, prejudicially censored, long before a US Senate committee subpoenaed the CEOs for the same censoring, the US Government collaborated (colluded) and contracted (conspired) with the same corporations so to conduct an array of unrestrained surveillances upon the citizenry. And long ago, Edward Snowden and others exposed all this. Were there then US Senate outrage therefore subpoenas and hearings over unconstitutional surveillance as now for unconstitutional censorship? No, of course not!

The censorship by big-tech companies of recent months and years were well enabled by government/corporate collaborations and contracts, therefore publicly funded crony behavior oppose to free enterprise competing in a free market. Thus the solution is NOT more government oversight but RESCISSION of those arrangements as well RESCISSION of surveillances upon the American people.
