Restoring LIBERTY singular is not political rather ethical...

Restoring LIBERTY singular is not political rather ethical, requiring not legislation rather rescission of government powers. If to discuss in terms of LIBERTIES plural, the argument is already flawed thus lost.

For one must first understand INDIVIDUALISM as the prerequisite ism or ideology, simply and concisely defined as the consistent regard for the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters, upon the constant respect for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason as manifested solely by the aforementioned exercise thereof.

Despot-to-be Biden proposes the edict for 100 days of masks...

Despot-to-be Biden proposes the edict for 100 days of masks so to determine conveniently, publicly the common vassalage to Office and State...

More fines and arrests of course for those trying to run businesses as tyranny widens and deepens (ie. Mac's Tavern in Staten Island among many others). This ironically upon tolerance and support for those who destroy businesses whether politically or riotously.

To be sure, embolden overtly further will be strategies and tactics Hitlerjugend-esque, Sturmabteilung-like even Schutzstaffel-akin if not identical in methodology and severity against any who thinks, speaks and acts contrarily as Individuals. More will be made examples!

And this seems to be the final revolution... Aldous Huxley (1894-1963)

Disturbingly, eerily interesting perhaps discerning Huxley's emphasis on "pharmacological method"...

"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution."

Aldous Huxley (1894-1963)

...and who would have thought, even as late as 2019, that the year 2020 would be concerningly near to his speculation.

Walter E. Williams (1936-2020)... Honorable man, great thinker... He will be missed!

Honorable man, great thinker... He will be missed!

"Democracy and liberty are not the same. Democracy is little more than mob rule, while liberty refers to the sovereignty of the individual... Philosopher Johann Wolfgang von Goethe explained that “no one is as hopelessly enslaved as the person who thinks he’s free.” That’s becoming an apt description for Americans who are oblivious to—or ignorant of—the liberties we’ve lost."

Walter E. Williams (1936-2020)

It would be notably incomplete to overlook the fact he often hoped and stated per his love for the work; to have died upon teaching a class. Mr. Williams taught his last economics class on 1 December 2020 at George Mason University, the eve prior to his passing. He truly studied, pondered and labored until his final breath.

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately...

How artistically, timelessly effective would be the cave scene in the 1989 film Dead Poets Society if the same few Welton Academy boys gathered obediently distanced, fearfully masked upon the recited words "to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life"...

"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms."

Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862)

My countrymen living "sturdily and Spartan-like", putting "to rout all that was not life" during this perverted era of social fear and political oppression? Hardly! We're a nation of goddamn kittens-in-trees pathetically meowing, embarrassingly mewling till governmentally, paternalistically rescued.

US Constitution's inherent flaw thus inevitable failure...

"But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist."

Lysander Spooner (1808-1887)

He went on to write in more detail the Constitution's inherent flaw thus inevitable failure...

"If any considerable number of the people believe the Constitution to be good, why do they not sign it themselves, and make laws for, and administer them upon, each other; leaving all other persons (who do not interfere with them) in peace? Until they have tried the experiment for themselves, how can they have the face to impose the Constitution upon, or even to recommend it to, others? Plainly the reason for absurd and inconsistent conduct is that they want the Constitution, not solely for any honest or legitimate use it can be of to themselves or others, but for the dishonest and illegitimate power it gives them over the persons and properties of others. But for this latter reason, all their eulogiums on the Constitution, all their exhortations, and all their expenditures of money and blood to sustain it, would be wanting... The Constitution itself, then, being of no authority, on what authority does our government practically rest? On what ground can those who pretend to administer it, claim the right to seize men's property, to restrain them of their natural liberty of action, industry, and trade, and to kill all who deny their authority to dispose of men's properties, liberties, and lives at their pleasure or discretion? The most they can say, in answer to this question, is, that some half, two-thirds, or three-fourths, of the male adults of the country have a tacit understanding that they will maintain a government under the Constitution; that they will select, by ballot, the persons to administer it; and that those persons who may receive a majority, or a plurality, of their ballots, shall act as their representatives, and administer the Constitution in their name, and by their authority."

Private Fencepost versus Government Flagpole

Unless the PRIVATE FENCEPOST is constantly respected then consistently regarded as the individual's land and sovereignty thus logically respected then ethically regarded his/her Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters relating to one's property as well possession, purse, preference, prerogative, people (family/friends) and person, THEN perversely covetous, arbitrarily presumptuous, violently arrogant even immoral and inhumane the GOVERNMENT FLAGPOLE.

Consequently, the rightful FLAG would be the individual's sweaty perhaps bloody SHIRT-OFF-BACK hung on the same rustic fencepost therefore pledging superiorly to no other.
