Vox populi vox Dei: the voice of the people is the voice of God. The slogan was useful for those who first attempted to substitute the people for God as the source of political authority. Their attempt was ultimately so successful that God no longer seems to be needed in government.

Furthermore, neither vox rex vox Dei nor vox imperium vox Dei, rather intus unumquemque vox Dei, that is to say, God speaks directly, uniquely to each and every individual (as this poet contends) whether by meditation, prayer, writ, sermon ergo sola scriptura theologically, as well studying, pondering, laboring (till last breath, if you will). For no person is divinely or intellectually worthy to presume then exact authority thus force upon another without the latter's universally rightful consent. In this way, the populist or democratist is as erroneous even inhumane as the theocratist, monarchist, royalist, elitist, oligarchist for all these species per the genus Kratocratist hence the resultantly monstrous war-cry "Might makes Right!"

So it follows (to reiterate), one’s human voice certainly is not the same as God’s voice or in Latin vox humana vox dei non, nor one’s human voice the same as another’s human voice or also in Latin vox humana unius vox humana alterius non. The finiteness of humanity, nay the precise position ergo finiteness of each and every individual’s space (x,y,z) at any given moment in time (t), preempts observably, logically, consistently any conjured justification to presume to think, speak then act on behalf of God or another individual.

If to consider within the grander context perhaps states, nations as well unions, confederations, realms, it is quite obvious the covetousness, presumption, arrogance, violation per the iron-hand rule by kings, despots, tyrants, dictators. As heinously slave masters as well kidnappers, hijackers, thieves, rapists, murderers possess no different posture therefore require no different consideration. For all without exception think, speak, act upon their own preferences thus disrespecting and disregarding others’ preferences, yet equally although unrecognizably heinous within democracies. Consequently, politicians as elected, bureaucrats as appointed, enforcers (i.e. military, police) as employed, can justifiably stand no further behind kings, despots, tyrants, dictators along with kidnappers, hijackers, thieves, rapists, murderers and more.

Each and every of the aforementioned must be judged and condemned, guilty of the same covetousness, presumption, arrogance and violation by use of force political/legal or criminal/illegal, variously transgressing, assuredly trampling others’ person, people (family), privacy, propensity, prerogative, preference, principle, purpose, pursuit as well profession, purse, portfolio, possession, property and more. If ever an application for another Latin phrase hence commonly known legal maxim, actus me invito factus non est meus actus, surely it is as previously exemplified.

However more importantly, by such understanding self-evident else studiously experiential, the hairs on back of neck innately raise, the mind intellectually rise in just defiance ergo the human voice certainly not the same as God’s voice or vox humana vox dei non, then immediately one’s human voice not the same as another’s human voice or also in Latin vox humana unius vox humana alterius non.

~ To Prefer Even Propend Is To Reason / 2nd Reprise ~

For it's the philosopher's job to investigate the truth by means of reasons, and in all things to follow not people's opinions but reason's lead. So having devoted myself to schools for a long time, and having been educated in both their reasons and their authorities, at last I brought myself to moral philosophy, which is the aim of all the disciplines and for the sake of which I judged all the rest should be mere preliminaries.

The aforesaid, as the character Philosopher introduced himself in the book Dialogue Between a Philosopher, a Jew and Christian, written by theologian Peter Abelard (1079-1142). And as this poet discovered upon years even decades of studying, pondering, laboring whether political sciences (and isms), various histories as well economics, psychology, sociology, praxeology, theology too until observed the element or dynamic, determined the logic, demonstrated the consistency then concluded the ethic(s); the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL Matters as inherently preferred then passionately expressed per each and every individual's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

Furthermore, in so doing, one would be correctly admonished and properly directed if to also heed the words of business/economic journalist and writer Henry Hazlitt (1894-1993), when he wrote in his 1916 book Thinking as a Science the following…

 A man with a scant vocabulary will almost certainly be a weak thinker. The richer and more copious one's vocabulary and the greater one's awareness of fine distinctions and subtle nuances of meaning, the more fertile and precise is likely to be one's thinking. Knowledge of things and knowledge of the words for them grow together. If you do not know the words, you can hardly know the thing.

The point of course is to emphasize the necessity to study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Tm 2:15), as well among both good and evil men to show oneself logically, consistently, ethically therefore credibly, honorably, exemplary as well stalwartly, diligently and always gentlemanly. Hence expand direct knowledge by experiencing along with indirect knowledge by reading, studying, observing, experimenting, pondering, testing, debating, laboring, concluding the logic, syllogism, consistency, fact, truth then ethic. Do this till last breath, so to accordingly regard the right to consent for all individuals, and to appropriately respect the ability to reason as divinely breathed and bequeathed.

Reconsider the immortality, infiniteness of the Divine God versus the mortality, finiteness of the human specie per the previous two installments combined (see Proposition, Problem & Poem Nos. 236-237). There should mindfully arise to forefront the self-evident dynamic hence digressively compounded, increasingly complicated, exponentially inconsistent, consequentially and ethically irresolvable dilemma upon accepting any form of presumption. Reconsider as well the presumption accompanied with covetousness as the posture unavoidably preceding the disregard for another’s Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, inseparably the disrespect for another’s Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

To emphasize, presumption is the unquestionable posture preceding any form of disrespect then disregard for another’s dissent. Unless one is God and obviously not one nor any other, then only presumption followed by arrogance (the former’s first cousin) would elevate his/her preference to disrespect then disregard another’s preference to dissent on any and/or all matters. If to categorize the posture as something other than presumption, what would it be? Would it be selflessness, kindness, goodness, helpfulness, benevolence, humanitarianism, etc.? Upon exhausting all dictionaries among all languages, still the search for an alternative word would remain unfound else nonexistent. To further the analysis, and if to accept the word for the posture, then when is presumption ever tolerable, acceptable, desirable, rightful, ethical, moral, etc.? The answer is self-evident of course observably, logically, consistently so.

With that said, if largely accepting the categorization of presumption, then exceptions possible while remaining ethical? Obviously, exceptions introduce unavoidably inconsistencies thus complexities, often facilitating more of the same. To go further, principles may seem clear initially, however exceptions’ inconsistencies and complexities will foster the redefinition and reapplication of the former, while rewriting supportive fact and/or history, discarding empiricism in part or whole in practice, gradually blurring and eventually erasing from minds the founding logic as well ethic. It follows, when reason’s expression per individual consent as well dissent are honored ergo respected, regarded in constant rhetoric and consistent practice concerning all matters, only then can be found genuine fairness, equality, justice, freedom, that is to say, the sole ethic among non-omnipresent, non-omniscient and non-omnipotent thus quite finite mortals, else constantly, consistently presumption preceding the dishonor ergo disrespect, disregard, violation.

First, to properly contrast and profoundly clarify the state of the Immortal, Infinite hence the characteristic(s) of the Divine God if to confess then argue His probable existence; He is propositionally, logically, consistently so, that is to say, omnipresent therefore constantly upon all points in space (x,y,z) and time (t), consequently omniscient then of course omnipotent.

Second, to properly compare and profoundly conclude the state of the mortal, finite hence the characteristic(s) of the human specie instinctive, emotive while quite reasonable if to admit his noticeable lot; he is observably, logically, consistently so, that is to say, non-omnipresent therefore constantly upon one point in space (x,y,z) and time (t), consequently non-omniscient then of course non-omnipotent (see Proem  Poem Nos. 8-10).

            Concisely, if omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent is God, then undeniably non-omnipresent, non-omniscient, non-omnipotent is Man.

Humanity’s limited state therein mortally, sequentially thinking, speaking then acting within the considerably restricted context of finitely single space (x,y,z) and time (t) hence the non-endlessness per finitely single point on x-axis, the non-ceaselessness per finitely single point on y-axis, the non-boundlessness per finitely single point on z-axis, the non-eternalness per finitely single point on t-axis (or timeline). The aforesaid is of course a very minute subset within the immeasurably unrestricted context of infinitely all spaces (x,y,z) and times (t), hence the endlessness per infinitely all points on x-axis, the ceaselessness per infinitely all points on y-axis, the boundlessness per infinitely all points on z-axis, the eternalness per infinitely all points on t-axis (or timeless-line), Divinity’s unlimited estate thereupon and therein immortally, non-sequentially thinking, speaking then acting.

As logically noted by Aristotle (384-322 BC) per the section Posterior Analytics of his work Organon…

"Now since the required ground of our knowledge---i.e. of our conviction---of a fact is the possession of such a syllogism... and the ground of the syllogism is the facts constituting its premises, we must not only know the primary premises---some if not all---beforehand, but know them better than the conclusion... So since the primary premises are the cause of our knowledge---i.e. of our conviction---it follows that we know them better---that is, are more convinced of them---than their consequences, precisely our knowledge of the latter is the effect of our knowledge of the premises."

Mere conclusions are the priorities of the 21st century mind, often to the exclusion of the laborious, arduous yet necessary process(es) of premises, observations, evidences, tests, determinations, propositions, syllogisms (logic), consistencies, ethics and more. Consequently, the adult mind remains entirely adolescent, far too deficient to exercise any meaningful analysis particularly complex as well regularly simplistic even commonly routine.

So it follows, sentimentally attached, emotionally guarded even passionately acquired (as inspired) preferences, opinions, assumptions, quotes, anecdotes, whims and fancies erroneously while speciously equate to knowledge. Dangerously unquestionably elevated are the same erroneous, specious conclusions when concocted in the minds of politic and/or charismatic leaders, as though to say in Latin vox humana vox dei; the voice of God.

More disturbing the cronyism between legacy media, independent journalists, and influencers, along with governmental, bureaucratic, organizational powers as well scientific, medical, pharmaceutical forces, all conversing, collaborating, colluding, even conspiring behind closed doors.

Why such continuations even escalations regarding pandemics and other conjured else exaggerated crises like wars on terror and drugs, surveillance per internal threats, drone warfare, Covid-1984, Hantavirus' Brave New World, and more? Because thus far, no one have been charged and convicted for past as well current crimes against humanity. So the 21st century American-style tyranny is coming again however incrementally worse.

To note; I am not isolating and identifying only 21st century tyrannies for there are plenty of examples since the country's founding during 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. However, tyrannies have exponentially increased during administrations Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden, and now Trump again, as collaborated with concurrent congressional classes and judicial benches.

CRONYISM or CORPORATISM; similarly Fascism in part although eventually whole, progressing incrementally, digressing inevitably towards the same total control of the economy (i.e. United States, most other western democracies).

By ONE principle alone I judge ALL human actions...

By ONE principle alone I observably, logically, consistently, ethically judge ALL human actions governmental, economic, academic, scientific, social, religious, private, intimate, etc. However, what say I regarding Christian faith, theology, ethic, behavior, and so on? To divine revelations and subsequent pursuits I propose as far higher standards thus calling, believing, studying, reasoning, (rightly) dividing, ratiocinating (deducing then inducing), defending, practicing, living, and more, within the context of individual liberty unhindered, untrampled by government, therefore personal freedom of conscience obviously...

Individualism’s Ethos and Creed

To regard hence respect each and every person's Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters as manifested per each and every person's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. Without exemption or exception, all considerations must rest upon the aforesaid, else the unethical dilemma remaining unjustifiable ergo unresolvable till resumed and revered the one ethos and creed as determined then established since humanity first reasoned.

The propensity, preference and persistence upon observable practice by Each and Every Individual since first reasoned the Specie Human and Peculiar above all other species, thus consistently inclining, constantly insisting the Singular Right to Consent or Dissent regarding Each and Every Matter, indeed without exception as exemplified per unwanted prevention, unacceptable prohibition, undesirable preemption, unwelcomed intervention, unwarranted retroaction by persons ever covetous as well parties ever contemptuous whether private, religious, philosophical, economical, social, political, governmental and more.

After all, the Scripture was not given to us merely to be repeated but to be pondered and expressed in our own language; Jesus and the apostles used it and derived further conclusions from it through reasoning; the Scripture is not a legal code or a systematic theology but the principium of theology; as the Word of God, it binds us not only in its literal words but also in what is legitimately deduced from it. Moreover, no reflection on the truth of Scripture and therefore no theological activity is possible without using such words that do not occur in Scripture. Not only in the doctrine of the Trinity but also every other dogma and in the entire field of theology, expressions and terms are used that are not found in Scripture. With these names, therefore, the autonomy of the Christian, the right of theology, is involved. And finally, these do not serve to introduce new dogmas outside of Scripture or in conflict with it but precisely to maintain the truth of Scripture against heresy. They have much more negative than positive significance. They indicate the lines within which Christian thought must move in order not to lose the truth of revelation at the hands of heresy.

Such a posture should not be surprising, nor considered as lowering Scripture's status, rather quite the opposite; unsurprising then elevating. Quite aligned with traditional Logic as the Science of Sciences, if to understand the aforesaid as merely the study then fine-tuning of the mind's innate even unavoidable abilities and propensities. To compare, the athlete does not study and train so to learn the method of running, rather to improve and perfect (as humanly possible) his/her natural yet unrefined ability to run; so it is with the study of Logic.

With that said, Bavinck implies hence proposes Scripture as Primary Source provided and revealed by God the Creator of all creation thereby First Cause of all causes and effects. In this way, Scripture is not reduced to humanity's considerations, rather elevated not to a higher status but the highest regard and reverence from which to deduce then induce, in a word; ratiocination. Accordingly, at least since Aristotle's work on Logic entitled Organon, inquirers and researchers of all sorts of disciplines, including logicians especially, have emphasized the consistent determinations of names, definitions, then categories, later organized per the Porphyrian Tree or the Tree of Porphyry, and later still as genera and species.

When fire and the wheel were first utilized, invented, and later studied, words like incandescent, luminous, else cylindrical, ambulatory were not initially named, defined, then categorized, yet no less applicable and accurate their longstanding associations and representations. So it is with doctrinal words like Trinity that have been long deduced then induced from Scripture as the Primary Source resulting from the First Cause, subsequently then consistently named, defined, and categorized.

The two and only two foundational dynamics underwriting the existence or nonexistence of any government are not the proposed arguments, alleged justifications, preferred isms (or ocracies, if you will), prepared academics rather the aforementioned conflict (per quote) between political presumption, arrogance, force (violence) always driven by the singular human oppugnancy to boundlessly covet versus personal prerogative, propensity, preference always driven by the singular human right to consent or not consent on all matters.

Regardless, if to prefer, concur thus consent to any particular governmental system and political arrangement, there immediately arises the challenge. One must either ignore else resolve the ethical, moral dilemma per transgression(s) imposed upon others' dissent, however few the transgressed individuals may be, as something other than covetousness manifesting as presumption, arrogance, even violence. Academically and institutionally theorizing in forms of lectures, papers, and books as commonly proposed per rhetorically clever gymnastics like implied consent, social contract, political representation, and so on, can NEVER negate nor mitigate the aforesaid dilemma, remaining always in the mind and soul of rightful dissenters.

Regarding Common Grace, there are indeed dynamics that remain mysterious per the constant and comprehensive work by God's hand. At the same time, much can be discerned and learned well within reach of human reasoning upon observation, experimentation, deduction, induction, thus ratiocination towards proposition, conclusion, determination, invention, innovation, production, and more. Consequently, no less apart of God's Common Grace hence no less divinely instituted are such considerations per the cosmos' causalities astronomical, geological, material, physical, biological, social, economical, and so on, all intentionally and harmoniously contributing to the prevention of sin's otherwise total destruction as much as the aforementioned dynamics that remain mysterious. Each dynamic potentially named, defined, categorized, a subset within a subset within perhaps another subset, as a whole an universal set well architected therefore God's Common Grace preserving creation until the Word became flesh and dwelt among us in space and time.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
