"The Constitution is no such instrument as it has generally been assumed to be; but that by false interpretations, and naked usurpations, the government has been made in practice a very widely, and almost wholly, different thing from what the Constitution itself purports to authorize... But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain—that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist."
Lysander Spooner (1808-1887)
No Treason: No. VI. The Constitution of No Authority (1870)
As classical logic thus consistency would dictate, "this much is certain—that it (US Constitution) has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it." A sound mind cannot accept both conclusions as true, nor reject both conclusions as false, therefore must logically, consistently accept one and reject the other.
So what judgement say you? In 1870, Spooner judged "it is unfit to exist." In 2026, I too judge "it is unfit to exist!"
Furthermore, it would be diligent, prudent, ergo wise to read Spooner's entire book, to study it, to ponder it, to labor over it, rather than to immediately prattle and emotionally rant upon quite limited knowledge.

The Constitution... it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist... Lysander Spooner (1808-1887)
