~ Two-Thousand and Twenty-One ~

Behold! Upon the year of our Lord two-thousand and twenty-one, wickedness long darkened the land liken the postdiluvian 9^th Plague, hardening to stone the hearts from kings to princes, wizards to jesters, sages to scribes, priests to acolytes, teachers to students, generals to sergeant-majors, mariners to merchants, subjects to slaves then charlatans to tricksters of every imaginative sort among the two major tribes, corrupting then perverting Ethics, Moralities as well Sciences as lamentable as Political Science and the various Mystical Isms (save one). All no longer discernible nor distinguishable, thus the remnant few mourned whose minds remained untouched by the corruption and perversion.

For once upon a time, there were Ethics, Moralities as well Sciences, the observation, examination then determination of consistency in pursuit of truth, as well Political Science, the presumption of covetousness in pursuit of power. Each and all clearly discernible, distinguishable thus the people rejoiced for the former, lamented per the latter. With that lyrically said, the 2^nd Christmas arrived amid the worldwide Great Oppression, still no end of it in sight. The woke masses fast asleep `neath Despotism's comfort blanket, while wide-eyed, clear-minded Brethren of Liberty everywhere write, speak, lobby, petition even demonstrate against the merciless Tyranny thus ruthless Inhumanity.

However let all understand the rot at root of the matter, for the clear and present Tyranny is not of late rather sprung long ago per the erroneous notion to coercively mold and forcefully shape societies according to everyone's respective preferences via perceptively sacred Democratic Elections therefore legislation, regulation, taxation, monetary-expansion, subsidization, education, prohibition, sanction, incarceration, militarization and more. Plainly, all supported, campaigned then elected so to ultimately coerce, forcing dissenters to bend to consenters’ will.

Unrecognized of course the posture and character of such notion aforesaid; Perversion driven by Covetousness, the antithesis to the one logical, consistent hence ethical Ism. Again, let all understand clearly, concisely, conclusively the following definitions.

Perversion; per the most contemptible, abominable, barbarous, nefarious as well depraved, reprobated of definitions; for one to consent or dissent on all matters per his/her preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others act, speak even think compatibly, similarly by force legal or illegal. It is critical to include in consideration and understanding the word and sentiment covetousness as the indisputable perquisite to such perversion.

Individualism; to regard hence respect each and every person's Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters as manifested per each and every person's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. Without exemption or exception, all considerations must rest upon the aforesaid, else the unethical dilemma remaining unjustifiable ergo unresolvable till resumed and revered the one ethos and creed as determined then established since humanity first reasoned.

The importance of such consideration (see Proposition, Problem & Poem No. 245) is to grasp the prevalence of Covetousness particularly, within the greater context per the universally observable human propensities towards error and excess if philosophically determining, or the synonymous Calvinistic first-point regarding humanity as totally depraved if theologically determining.

To emphasize again logically although poetically, within the greater context defined either as the human proclivity for error and excess or as the human inherency for depravity, Covetousness exists, subsists, persists and insists.

~ Inveterate Covetousness Theorem / Part 1 ~

Presumption then Arrogance without exception precedes the disrespect thus disregard for the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as inseparably manifested by the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. Covetousness also without exception precedes the same Presumption then Arrogance. So argued earlier observably, logically, consistently, ethically therefore consequently the three propositions as laws; the Law of Consensual Unity, the Law of Ethical Continuity and the Shaefferian Law of Anterior Covetousness (see Presumption, Problem & Poem Nos. 225-235). So must argue the following proposition logically albeit questionably thus declared not as a law rather presented as a theorem

To state, as much the Singular Human Right is in constant motion thus operation as determined in thought, as denoted by word, as demonstrated by action regardless the breadth and depth of respect then regard extended versus disrespect then disregard exacted, so Covetousness in constant motion thus operation as determined in thought, as denoted by word, as demonstrated by action regardless the breadth and depth of moderation then restriction self-imposed versus immoderation then facilitation self-roused.

It is true, one could argue whether Covetousness is ever present or not, with as much logic or evidence for either posture. However the debate would be moot if excepted the ever presence of Covetousness preceding each and every occurrence of Presumption then Arrogance followed by Disrespect thus Disregard, the constant and consistent antithesis to the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as inseparably manifested by the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

~ The Science of One ~

It is true that as the empty voids and the dismal wilderness belong to zero, so the spirit of God and His light belong to the all-powerful One.

            The human mind as well soul possess the inherency or propensity for the number one (1), oft exemplified by the attraction towards some unity, duty, nationality, morality, activity, etc. sentimentally even emotionally singular else perceptively exceptional. As misguided slightly, largely or horrifically, the innate notion is not to be dismissed entirely. For sentimentalism or emotionalism regularly shroud thus conceal from otherwise unencumbered observation the logical, consistent, ethical one.

It is to be said observably, logically, consistently even ethically, as much a particular unity, duty, nationality, morality, activity may be appropriate upon mutual/unanimous consent, more regularly the categorical singular consideration thus actual one conclusion is gravely transgressed, undermining any further objectives…

For amid the incited hence excited charge forward into unity or nationality therefore presumptuously expected the arbitrarily enumerated requirements, individuality’s one requirement unavoidably, unjustly sacrificed then decimated.

To be plainer still, bills thus lists of demanded rights or imposed moralities constantly, consistently trample the one the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters. Concisely, the aforesaid Singular Human Right defines even equates to Individualism, thereby Individualism defined even equated to the Singular Human Right. The two accordingly are observably, logically, consistently, ethically synonymous ergo one.

So it follows (to reiterate), one’s human voice certainly is not the same as God’s voice or in Latin vox humana vox dei non, nor one’s human voice the same as another’s human voice or also in Latin vox humana unius vox humana alterius non. The finiteness of humanity, nay the precise position ergo finiteness of each and every individual’s space (x,y,z) at any given moment in time (t), preempts observably, logically, consistently any conjured justification to presume to think, speak then act on behalf of God or another individual.

If to consider within the grander context perhaps states, nations as well unions, confederations, realms, it is quite obvious the covetousness, presumption, arrogance, violation per the iron-hand rule by kings, despots, tyrants, dictators. As heinously slave masters as well kidnappers, hijackers, thieves, rapists, murderers possess no different posture therefore require no different consideration. For all without exception think, speak, act upon their own preferences thus disrespecting and disregarding others’ preferences, yet equally although unrecognizably heinous within democracies. Consequently, politicians as elected, bureaucrats as appointed, enforcers (i.e. military, police) as employed, can justifiably stand no further behind kings, despots, tyrants, dictators along with kidnappers, hijackers, thieves, rapists, murderers and more.

Each and every of the aforementioned must be judged and condemned, guilty of the same covetousness, presumption, arrogance and violation by use of force political/legal or criminal/illegal, variously transgressing, assuredly trampling others’ person, people (family), privacy, propensity, prerogative, preference, principle, purpose, pursuit as well profession, purse, portfolio, possession, property and more. If ever an application for another Latin phrase hence commonly known legal maxim, actus me invito factus non est meus actus, surely it is as previously exemplified.

However more importantly, by such understanding self-evident else studiously experiential, the hairs on back of neck innately raise, the mind intellectually rise in just defiance ergo the human voice certainly not the same as God’s voice or vox humana vox dei non, then immediately one’s human voice not the same as another’s human voice or also in Latin vox humana unius vox humana alterius non.

To consistently understand liberty thus morality, one should comparably, rightly understand perversion by the most contemptible, abominable, barbarous, nefarious as well depraved, reprobated of definitions. So it follows.

Perversion; to consent or dissent on all matters per one’s preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others act, speak even think compatibly, similarly even acceptably whether by force legal or force illegal.

It is critical to include the consideration then understanding of the word and sentiment covetousness as the indisputable perquisite to such perversion. Furthermore, if to dismiss or discard this logically ethical understanding of perversion, then in so doing consistently dismiss or discard any logically ethical understanding of liberty thus morality therefore unrestrained the depravity, reprobated the mind.

~ Vox Humana Vox Dei Non / 2nd Reprise ~

Reconsider the immortality, infiniteness of the Divine God versus the mortality, finiteness of the human specie per the previous two installments combined (see Proposition, Problem & Poem Nos. 236-237). There should mindfully arise to forefront the self-evident dynamic hence digressively compounded, increasingly complicated, exponentially inconsistent, consequentially and ethically irresolvable dilemma upon accepting any form of presumption. Reconsider as well the presumption accompanied with covetousness as the posture unavoidably preceding the disregard for another’s Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, inseparably the disrespect for another’s Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

To emphasize, presumption is the unquestionable posture preceding any form of disrespect then disregard for another’s dissent. Unless one is God and obviously not one nor any other, then only presumption followed by arrogance (the former’s first cousin) would elevate his/her preference to disrespect then disregard another’s preference to dissent on any and/or all matters. If to categorize the posture as something other than presumption, what would it be? Would it be selflessness, kindness, goodness, helpfulness, benevolence, humanitarianism, etc.? Upon exhausting all dictionaries among all languages, still the search for an alternative word would remain unfound else nonexistent. To further the analysis, and if to accept the word for the posture, then when is presumption ever tolerable, acceptable, desirable, rightful, ethical, moral, etc.? The answer is self-evident of course observably, logically, consistently so.

With that said, if largely accepting the categorization of presumption, then exceptions possible while remaining ethical? Obviously, exceptions introduce unavoidably inconsistencies thus complexities, often facilitating more of the same. To go further, principles may seem clear initially, however exceptions’ inconsistencies and complexities will foster the redefinition and reapplication of the former, while rewriting supportive fact and/or history, discarding empiricism in part or whole in practice, gradually blurring and eventually erasing from minds the founding logic as well ethic. It follows, when reason’s expression per individual consent as well dissent are honored ergo respected, regarded in constant rhetoric and consistent practice concerning all matters, only then can be found genuine fairness, equality, justice, freedom, that is to say, the sole ethic among non-omnipresent, non-omniscient and non-omnipotent thus quite finite mortals, else constantly, consistently presumption preceding the dishonor ergo disrespect, disregard, violation.

In parallel, as much nonhuman, instinctive species possess not the peculiar or unique ability to reason, so simultaneously even inseparably possesses not the constant prerogative nor the consistent preference to consent or dissent therefore to accept or reject, to agree or disagree, to tolerate (suffer) or refuse, to continue or discontinue, else the possessions of such lesser magnitude rendering comparisons inconsequential thus irrelevant.

First, to properly contrast and profoundly clarify the state of the Immortal, Infinite hence the characteristic(s) of the Divine God if to confess then argue His probable existence; He is propositionally, logically, consistently so, that is to say, omnipresent therefore constantly upon all points in space (x,y,z) and time (t), consequently omniscient then of course omnipotent.

Second, to properly compare and profoundly conclude the state of the mortal, finite hence the characteristic(s) of the human specie instinctive, emotive while quite reasonable if to admit his noticeable lot; he is observably, logically, consistently so, that is to say, non-omnipresent therefore constantly upon one point in space (x,y,z) and time (t), consequently non-omniscient then of course non-omnipotent (see Proem  Poem Nos. 8-10).

            Concisely, if omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent is God, then undeniably non-omnipresent, non-omniscient, non-omnipotent is Man.

Humanity’s limited state therein mortally, sequentially thinking, speaking then acting within the considerably restricted context of finitely single space (x,y,z) and time (t) hence the non-endlessness per finitely single point on x-axis, the non-ceaselessness per finitely single point on y-axis, the non-boundlessness per finitely single point on z-axis, the non-eternalness per finitely single point on t-axis (or timeline). The aforesaid is of course a very minute subset within the immeasurably unrestricted context of infinitely all spaces (x,y,z) and times (t), hence the endlessness per infinitely all points on x-axis, the ceaselessness per infinitely all points on y-axis, the boundlessness per infinitely all points on z-axis, the eternalness per infinitely all points on t-axis (or timeless-line), Divinity’s unlimited estate thereupon and therein immortally, non-sequentially thinking, speaking then acting.

As logically noted by Aristotle (384-322 BC) per the section Posterior Analytics of his work Organon…

"Now since the required ground of our knowledge---i.e. of our conviction---of a fact is the possession of such a syllogism... and the ground of the syllogism is the facts constituting its premises, we must not only know the primary premises---some if not all---beforehand, but know them better than the conclusion... So since the primary premises are the cause of our knowledge---i.e. of our conviction---it follows that we know them better---that is, are more convinced of them---than their consequences, precisely our knowledge of the latter is the effect of our knowledge of the premises."

Mere conclusions are the priorities of the 21st century mind, often to the exclusion of the laborious, arduous yet necessary process(es) of premises, observations, evidences, tests, determinations, propositions, syllogisms (logic), consistencies, ethics and more. Consequently, the adult mind remains entirely adolescent, far too deficient to exercise any meaningful analysis particularly complex as well regularly simplistic even commonly routine.

So it follows, sentimentally attached, emotionally guarded even passionately acquired (as inspired) preferences, opinions, assumptions, quotes, anecdotes, whims and fancies erroneously while speciously equate to knowledge. Dangerously unquestionably elevated are the same erroneous, specious conclusions when concocted in the minds of politic and/or charismatic leaders, as though to say in Latin vox humana vox dei; the voice of God.

~ Qui Tacet Dissentire Videtur / 2nd Reprise ~

Again, commonly accepted the notion and phrase silence implies consent or better known in Latin qui tacet consentire videtur, however it is covetous, presumptuous, arrogant therefore unethical to make such a broad conclusion. For to appropriately contrast and rightfully contend, so must state the logical, consistent, ethical alternative, dissent implied by silence, or to appropriately translate in Latin qui tacet dissentire videtur until explicitly consented.

Consequently to propose and define logically, consistently hence ethically; violence is one’s action directed towards then against another’s dissent explicit or dissent implicit per consent unexpressed. It matters not the former person’s intent, objective, benefit, nor office if politically empowered, else station or status if socially, financially endowed, neither the latter person’s error in judgment or resulting detriment in so dissenting; violation thus violence nonetheless! The point of course Dissent should always be one's assumption of another's posture, until the latter individually, explicitly consents. This is observably, logically, consistently, ethically so for all matters!

For those who argue in favor of various politics, governmental systems as well social contracts, to contend that silence implies consent or silent/noncontentious participation implies consent as often argued conveniently so to support the aforesaid, then unavoidable, inescapable the covetousness and presumption preceding as well arrogance and violence proceeding.

And so, what are both considerations if harmful or injurious but actions or activities against explicit even implicit dissent therefore perceived as harmed or injured the individual’s person, propensity, prerogative, preference, purpose as well profession, purse, possession and property. To simplify, only the individual’s conclusion on the matter thus dissent versus consent, determines the harm or injury versus no harm nor injury. To reiterate, only presumption and arrogance well rooted in covetousness would object to such a method of determination regarding social contracts even constitutions, governmental systems, political isms and more save one; Individualism!

In United States, many currently assume the critique would also apply to one particular party, when in fact both major parties and respective politicians have shamefully behaved accordingly for decades. President Biden's current rule-by-mandate may be "slightly" unprecedented but certainly not new, particularly upon the era of perpetual warmongering (war on terror) in the Mideast along with the rise of mass surveillance foreign and domestic. For logically, one must contend that today's expanded despotism in America was made possible by past incremental expansions of the same.

Golden Rule without the Silver Rule is meaningless...

Alternatively (to the quote/image), the Golden Rule without the Silver Rule is meaningless if not interfering, imposing, intrusive, invading, etc. As a reminder...

GOLDEN RULE; therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them (Mt 7:12 KJV), or do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

SILVER RULE; therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should NOT do to you, NOT do ye even so to them, or do NOT unto others as you would have them do NOT unto you.

Regularly forgotten is the former's implication of the latter's truism and absolute, of course to mean a mutuality tolerable, acceptable, desirable that is to say, consensual. For often Golden Rule advocates presume what is "good" to do is also "good" to enforce, thereby ignoring even trampling the Silver Rule.

It is one thing for Democrat supporters to still follow their political party's disinformation and propaganda, quite another for Republican supporters to have learned nothing...

To compare party platforms is merely comparing various governmentally coercive means for various politically convenient ends, that is to say, consenters forcefully, immorally imposing upon dissenters.

If one's primary objectives are freedom, privacy, responsibility, individualism then RESCISSION over further LEGISLATION the only logical means to such ethical ends.

To define consistently INDIVIDUALISM; the consistent regard for each and every person's Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on ALL matters, hence inseparably the constant respect for each and every person's Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

Thus Christians in United States largely do not equip themselves, that is, equip their minds, before attempting "to proclaim Liberty", rather assuming as suffice their quite narrow knowledge denominationally doctrinal and/or politically partisan. Only pride and ignorance can emanate from such a posture. For the mind, the peculiarly human ability to reason, is God's greatest gift to Mankind, a grace common to all second only to His Grace Particular. All too often ignored or dismissed in favor of just one book are God given discoveries and insights by philosophers, logicians, praxeologists, economists, historians like Aristotle, Porphyry, Abelard, Leibniz, Boole, Jevons, Mill, Wittgenstein, Shannon, Turgot, Bastiat, Menger, Hazlitt, Mises, Rothbard and many more.

As the great mathematician, philosopher, logician even poet George Boole (1815-1864) humbly observed, "The general laws of Nature are not, for the most part, immediate objects of perception.“, therefore...

However, it is necessary if to advocate for both social contracts or constitutions, to do so along with qui tacet consentire videtur or silence implies consent, for upon establishing the perquisite for government’s formation per any-ocracy (yes, including democracy) and/or any-ism (save one), then well enabled the prerequisite for government’s expansion.

To tangentially yet duly note, United States’ Founding Framers else Schemers perhaps intended the sort of expansion aforesaid, although the Anti-Federalists wisely suspected thus the latter’s ardent retorts and counter papers. Alexander Hamilton too although Pro-Federalist was concerned even troubled by the ten amendments to the scheme, citing the Bill of Rights’ mere existence would encourage the trampling of any right not specifically enumerated (see Federalist Paper No. 84).

The historically prudent would be correct to notice among the earliest of events, during the earliest of administrations the transition from the originally accepted constitutional interpretation whatever not written not allowed to the covetously manipulative, constitutional interpretation whatever not written quite allowed. Thence set in motion the incremental then exponential expansion of government powers therefore intrusions upon the individual’s privacies and freedoms.

So it follows the inevitable aforesaid outcomes, for the first few steps included of course the willingness, eagerness even covetousness for conveniency and expediency per the ideologue qui tacet consentire videtur or silence implies consent, cleverly adorned with Democracy’s raiment, the Constitution as crown and scepter, United States then well equipped, enabled then eventually evolved as the Neo Roman Empire. Clearly, the observable, logical, consistent thereby ethical preemption; qui tacet dissentire videtur!

Perhaps intended more for entertainment than wise counsel. That is, amid early 1970s' fads and trends to emotionally express even rant while blaming parents and society for one's adult choices, as encouraged by daytime talk show psychologists promoting their latest paperback of nonsense.

"Nonsense?" one would question. Judge and compare the psychological as well educational, social, political encouragement then and since to today's adolescent behaviors among adults of all ages of all professions. Astonishingly pathetic! As Jordan Peterson would suggest more professionally without the expletive, clean your goddamn room and grow up.

At core of arguments favoring social contracts is the matter of consent not by each and every individual, rather as a presumed societal whole. Rarely proposed as ethically fundamental is unanimous consent, for conveniently, expediently promulgated the combination of consent explicit as well implicit, tacit hence participation noncontentious; qui tacet consentire videtur or silence implies consent.

At this juncture, it is imperative to point out the human paradox. For if arguments for particular social contracts and/or political isms are unbearable, intolerable even unfavorable, undesirable then hairs on back of neck rise involuntarily else immediately ever defiantly, while the mind determines instantly, logically the necessity for unanimous consent at most, at least one’s own consent.

 However if arguments for particular social contracts and/or political isms are desirable, favorable even tolerable, bearable then hairs on back of neck remain undisturbed, relaxed, while the mind carries on toward secondary thus subsequent concerns.

In the former case, it is irrelevant whether one explicitly communicates to others, for dissent nonetheless the opinion, posture, preference, sentiment, emotion even passion. The noncommunicant or silent person is neither without thought ever changing nor opinion ever altering per his/her peculiar ability to reason ever evaluating. Consequently to assume a person’s noncommunication or silence as equaling to a particular conclusion such as consent, cannot be anything other than presumption, arrogance motivated by covetousness.

It is important to note the prerequisites (prq), else not applicable or null. If E (conclusion) equals 1, then D (violence) equals 1. If D (violence) equals 1, then C (arrogance) equals 1. If C (arrogance) equals 1, then B (presumption) equals 1. If B (presumption) equals 1, then A (covetousness) equals 1. So it follows, A (covetousness) equaling 1 indicates the initial state or condition upon any instance B (presumption), C (arrogance) then D (violence) each dependently equaling 1. Universally understood as well consistent with Boolean logic as utilized per AND gate’s algebraic/analytical expression thus truth table, common agreement establishes a constancy between the conditions ethical dilemma versus not an ethical dilemma. Though yet demonstrated the ethical argument, the prerequisite logical argument as shown prior does in fact demonstrates consistency.

            It is true, many would theologically even universally argue a ceaselessly prevailing covetousness harboring within the mind, heart and soul of mankind, ever ready to incite, excite then ignite presumption, arrogance as well violence. To align of course with the reformed posture regarding total depravity, the first point of Calvinism, a theological discussion suggesting universality of the same would be another philosophical and/or psychological conversation perhaps ardent debate. It is suffice observably, logically, consistently therefore ethically to propose covetousness as anterior, the necessary prerequisite to presumption, arrogance and certainly violence per aforesaid definition.
