PROEM & POEM No. 190 - A Reprobate Mind

To consistently understand liberty thus morality, one should comparably, rightly understand perversion by the most contemptible, abominable, barbarous, nefarious as well depraved, reprobated of definitions. So it follows.

Perversion; to consent or dissent on all matters per one’s preference, yet remain discontented, disconcerted even disturbed until others act, speak even think compatibly, similarly even acceptably whether by force legal or force illegal.

It is critical to include the consideration then understanding of the word and sentiment covetousness as the indisputable perquisite to such perversion. Furthermore, if to dismiss or discard this logically ethical understanding of perversion, then in so doing consistently dismiss or discard any logically ethical understanding of liberty thus morality therefore unrestrained the depravity, reprobated the mind.

It should be clear by now. Short of appropriately aggressive rescission of polities and legalities, hardy individuals will have to dissent then determine their personal resolutions and nonviolent solutions, for governments at all levels will not relent, people of all sorts will continue to submit while the U.S. empire predictably crumbles economically thus underscoring politically, governmentally, bureaucratically, socially, judicially and yes, even militarily.

It is naive even foolhardy to suggest your preferred candidate as the answer; rescission politically else dissension individually!

PROEM & POEM No. 188 - The Rescission / Part 14

If to support the defunding of police departments so to prevent the deaths caused by their brutality, should not logic in addition to statistics suggest defunding thus deescalating first and foremost the Wars on Terror and Drugs thus the US Government's DOD, NSA, CIA as well DHS, FBI, ATF and other well-armed departments, agencies and bureaus? In so doing, such consistently broader action would prevent exponentially far-more deaths caused by these organizations’ brutality here, across the southern border and beyond than defunding thus deescalating just local police departments. The lack of the consistently broader action would suggest those lives do not matter.

Police-Statism and Militarism are of course unavoidable characteristics of a political behemoth like the U.S. Government, well enabled and motivated by the Federal Reserve per their joint interventionistic pursuits of various sorts, manifested by innumerable laws, regulations, monopolies, prohibitions, bans, sanctions along with an array of domestic/foreign policies and programs. Reduce Police-Statism and Militarism therefore reduce proportionately the brutality by rescission, rescission and more rescission.

PROEM & POEM No. 187 - Kennedy Half-Right, Half-Wrong

During his 1961 inaugural speech, John F. Kennedy was marginally half-right, perhaps more so, extremely half-wrong. For ask NOT what your country can do for you. Agreed! However ask NOT what you can do for your country, but ask what you can do by yourself, for yourself and family, long before considering and endeavoring communal, national, economical, environmental and/or social issues.

If each person pursues increased dependency on Self and decreased dependency on Government, then Individuality improves in character and well-being thus Community improves too in proportion. Conversely, if each person pursues decreased dependency on Self and increased dependency on Government, then Individuality declines in character and well-being thus Community declines too in proportion.

Histories including that of United States have proven this observably logical axiom over and over again. Both the violence in 21st century American streets per US political/social covetousness and the violence in 21st century Mideast streets per US political/military covetousness are relatively indicative. Such violence, always driven by covetousness, presumption then arrogance, disregards consistently the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, in so doing disrespects constantly the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

PROEM & POEM No. 186 - Violence Consistently Inconsistent

Inconsistency! Therein lies the very core and nature of violence; each and every act exacted against and upon an individual's dissent explicit or dissent implicit per lack of consent explicit.

Consistently inconsistent (if you will) it remains whether political, legal, judicial, military or police, economical, confiscatory, regulatory, taxational, prohibitive as well criminal of course, no matter the cause or rally for which violence is committed. All aforementioned forms of violence are logically antithetical to any notion regarding ethic or morality or truth, for characteristically inherent to those notions is consistency, else something inconsistent or arbitrary, consequently not ethical or not moral or not true.

Politics therefore parties, politicians and partisans, that is to alternatively say covetousness, presumption, arrogance therefore convenience then expedience otherwise persist and insist on perpetuating their preferred violence against the resentful dissented.

Removing third parties from the ballot...

Many Republicans are pushing for removal of the Libertarian Party from the ballot, in parallel many Democrats are pushing similarly for removal of the Green Party from the ballot. Interesting, for both have accused each other of attempted manipulation of the upcoming election; nothing more than diversionary theatrics of course. With that said, the bipartisan collusion therefore conspiracy are oddly ignored or readily dismissed although easily discerned as well remedied.

Obviously, by eliminating competition per exclusion of third parties, Democrats and Republicans can better control elections so to continue monopolizing government powers thus enjoying political benefits and favors. To further substantiate the collusion therefore conspiracy, consider the amount of legislation passed in 2020, with significant bipartisan support as various fierce dramas (well written by the way) preoccupied (and still does) the media and citizenry even some experientially naïve among polity. This too oddly ignored or readily dismissed although easily discerned as well remedied.

To perpetuate the ongoing theme, rescission mitigates even negates by reducing some government powers while removing other government powers, the sole incentive for such bold corruption.

PROEM & POEM No. 185 - Soul of America

Among some politicians, supporters, cronies as well sycophantic academics and journalists, there is the rhetoric "saving the soul of America", as reiterated in early 2020 by a popular filmmaker. He and others likewise posture and presume to uniquely recognize the "soul of America" in dire strait thus need of his and their affection and compassion firstly, secondly examination and elaboration, then thirdly resolution and determination towards of course a particularly preferred therefore partisan administration. The “soul of America” obviously embodies, so goes the arrogant implication, the country and people as a whole, existing collectively as though one body, one mind, one spirit to mystify further, with bolstering pomposity by the rambler elaborating as the one voice thereof.

To save America from whatever current presidential administration is often the ill guided call, shortsighted course conveniently, superficially differentiating among parties and politicians while political methodologies even ideologies are quite similar if observed willingly, concerned logically then discerned objectively.

Whether it is the rhetorical "soul of America" or "will of the people", worse the pollsters' longstanding reference to the black vote, women vote, rural vote, urban vote, etc., there is the relentless attempt to singularize incalculable number of individuals thus opinions, preferences, interests, goals, etc. Insomuch, individuals are universalized and generalized, deemphasized and dehumanized yet few appalled and insulted.

At each volatile, violent juncture as encountered presently, there arises an irresistible allure to strengthen government so to reestablish civility, safety thus incrementally expanding a bit further the very cause and core of the problem; political power. As political power expands, so increases the political struggle to control it, as well the possibility of violent seizure. Amidst the inevitable violent struggle within the sociopolitical upheaval, widespread fear encourages a general willingness to support a totalitarian solution.

As much rescission seems counter-intuitive at such times, it is the only logical as well ethical correction.

If to imagine as governor of Mississippi, how should one logically, ethically, sustainably vow and proceed?

1. Veto all legislation. Sign all Rescission. To restate and emphasize; all legislation and rescission!

2. Cap all government budgets until performed one-year an analysis then proposal to systematically rescind and significantly reduce the same. To restate and emphasize; all government budgets!

3. Propose all legal measures available to forever disallow state/local governments shutting down the economy, that is, declare illegal and inhumane the prevention of anyone to work, earn and provide for oneself and family. To restate and emphasize; all legal measures available!

4. Rightly expand then appropriately support Castle Law as well the general Right to Defend one's Life, Liberty and Possession/Property as individually deemed necessary, therefore assumed justifiable unless well proven otherwise beyond all shadows of doubt. Therefore parallel and critical; jury nullification as "palladium of liberty" as profoundly argued by Lysander Spooner (1808-1887).

5. Pursue and negotiate with the federal government further state autonomy for Mississippi, passing on to local governments and communities the same.

6. Declare wars on foreign soil and drugs as abhorrent and destructive to all people here and abroad, instructing the state’s U.S. Senators and Representatives to represent accordingly in Congress.

7. Respect and regard as fundamentally paramount for all individuals the one natural law, the one practical ethic, the one actual right; to Consent or Dissent on all matters, properly preserving and protecting each and every person’s propensity, prerogative, preference and purpose. To restate and emphasize; all individuals, all matters!

In the grand English tradition...

In the grand English tradition of the Churchwarden and his pipe, standing vigilant over faith and church at night when facilities were left unlocked, perhaps the same pipe should be referred to as Home or House-warden perhaps Neighborhood-warden pipe, assisting the Individual standing vigilant, diligent, nightwatchman (if you will) over Life, Liberty and Property...

Food for thought; not a bad consideration to reintroduce among church officers a churchwarden amid The Great Oppression and Economic Chaos, one of character, constraint and courage.

Reported decline in teaching the Jewish Holocaust...

It is disturbing the recently reported decline in teaching students of the Jewish Holocaust at US schools and universities.

However is it any less disturbing to exclude from classrooms the Turkish genocide of Armenians, a political inconvenience of course per the later US-Turkey alliance therefore the convenient exclusion. Is it any less disturbing to ignore in classrooms the Filipino-American War immediately following the Spanish-American War thus the US government's broken promises and atrocities exacted upon the Filipino people. Is it any less disturbing to edit out of post-World War II history hence unheard in classrooms the mass slaughter of German civilians during Allied occupation with the US government fully aware. And is it any less disturbing to categorize as defense of domestic security and foreign interest the widespread destruction of Mideast property, liberty even life into the hundreds of thousands and more by the US military.

Near endless of course are such examples.

PATRIOTISM is not RACISM

PATRIOTISM is not RACISM, so goes the currently popular online posts.

It is true, the two do not necessarily equate although in some cases may coexist per a political codependency. However what is consistently true, Patriotism and Racism are Anti-INDIVIDUALISM. For both are inaccurate, unfair even immoral "us versus them" collections or categorizations, inhumanely reducing individuals to convenient groups so to perpetuate unfounded arguments, to exact unethical impositions.

Not only the aforementioned is true for Patriotism and Racism, but equally so for the currently violent movements therefore Antifa, BLM, BAMN as well MeToo, Cancel Culture, Common Polling (i.e. Women Vote, Black Vote, etc), various Socialism and Interventionism thus much of the policies supported by both Democrat and Republican parties.

That is, if to logically, ethically understand INDIVIDUALISM as the constant respect and consistent regard for the Singular Human propensity, prerogative, preference, purpose consequently Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, the sole manifestation of the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

If genuinely Rescissionist then neither party Democrat nor Republican should be supported, rather a wholesale rejection of their platforms would be a logical thus sustainable starting point towards the restoration of Individualism (see last paragraph of No. 180).

The two major parties have purported, supported then legislated their respective pleasures and measures of Corporatism, Socialism, Monetarism as well general Economic Fascism’s top-down regulatory methodology towards total control of the economy. To compare, Economic Communism is the bottom-up confiscatory methodology towards total control of the economy.

The two major parties have purported, supported then legislated their respective pleasures and measures of Paternalism, Domestic/Foreign Interventionism therefore Police-Statism, Militarism as well Imperialism.

The two major parties have purported, supported then legislated their respective pleasures and measures of Statism in such breadth and depth, further enabling and empowering Racism, Favoritism, Cronyism and various other self-serving Isms else Human Ills, and as of recent months, unrestrained and unapologetic Despotism.

Rescission is the only logical, ethical as well sustainable remedy, not further legislation, not more enforcement (force of any kind), not some perceived empathetic, moral or pious politician, nor prayer, meditation, community, unity, anthem to nation, allegiance to flag, or any other ritual and sentiment. If to insist on continual legislation, then compounding complexity thus compiling inconsistency will inescapably follow, fiscally exasperating the already astonishingly unsustainable behemoth extolled and exalted as Government.

PROEM & POEM No. 180 - The Rescissionist / Part 10

Many incorrectly refer to United States’ economy as Capitalism or Crony-Capitalism, when in fact it is more accurately Crony-Socialism, Socialistic-Cronyism, Socialistic-Corporatism, simply Cronyism else Corporatism, or any categorization other than Capitalism therefore fast approaching full-blown Socialist-Fascism as proposed, supported and imposed knowingly or unknowingly by both major parties.

Due to shifting away decades ago from Individualism's subset of activities called Capitalism particularly since 1913, the U.S. economy has been incrementally, steadily and now exponentially declining. To blame Capitalism for today's economic woes is to completely overlook the larger part of the economy highly regulated, taxed, fined, subsidized, granted, loaned, banned, sanctioned, prohibited, and more, as well monetized.

Appropriately, the following words are defined for this book’s context; Fascism, Communism, Cronyism, Corporatism Socialism and Individualism.

Fascism is of course the top-down regulatory methodology towards total control of the economy, while Communism the bottom-up confiscatory methodology towards total control of the economy. Thus the two are paths for the same objective.

Cronyism or Corporatism is merely Fascism in part although progressing incrementally, digressing inevitably towards total control of the economy.

Socialism is the stale bread tossed to the Roman mob thereupon insatiably covetous for every sort of arrogated middling. Secrecy is the action of one or more, conversation of two or more purposefully undisclosed.

Conspiracy is the collusion of two or more so to conspire towards objectives, covetously on their own behalf, presumptuously on others' behalf (allegedly if so promulgated), of course within the prerequisite context of Secrecy.

Are not much of government’s activities conducted in such secretive thus conspiratorial ways? Of course it is! So why will those of either partisan persuasion snicker then scoff at the combined words "conspiracy" and "theory" as some well established lunacy?

Let’s define further.

Transparency is logically diminished or negated when Secrecy exists in any measure, however a measure indeterminable thus incalculable as so for all unknowns.

Theory is a proposition yet proven per insufficient or circumstantial evidence, as often the case when suspected a particular activity within the context of diminished or negated the Transparency per Secrecy and Conspiracy.

To suggest otherwise requires a good amount of blind faith or naive trust upon mortals empowered as gods thus corrupted as mortals, politicians unacquainted personally thus characteristics unverifiable personally. Yet such faith and trust are regularly, unquestionably extended.

PROEM & POEM No. 177 - Break and Toss the Linear Scale

It is interesting when the traditional Left or Right suddenly appear moderate by comparison to either radical extremities per the commonly political yet quite linear perception. As popularly held, there are two political, ideological endpoints and everything else between as so categorized. There lies the fundamental problem.

Those on either side of the aisle cannot fathom their postures and positions yesterday contributing to dilemmas and catastrophes today. However logically indisputable, traditional and moderate Left/Right postures and positions are merely past and present increments towards the next thus inevitable extremes largely unnoticed as such. For the American mind entrapped itself by the useless political linear scale consisting of various propositions and platforms, all favoring government force, while arbitrarily labeling one set of coercive preferences as Left, the other Right and others as Moderate. Unfortunately, the arbitrariness diverts the attention from actual similarities to fictional differences, yet within the latter remain stalled the public discussions and political debates.

One must break and toss the linear scale to the intellectual trash bin of erroneous methods and disastrous conclusions. Properly, construct a spatial scale, placing the Individual logically, ethically and consistently at XYZ coordinate "0,0,0" as center or origin. It is critical to appropriately understand the center or origin as the human propensity to freely prefer and purpose thus the inherent singular right to consent or dissent on all matters. Therefore, somewhere in the spatial grid away from the center or origin are all political positions contrary to the aforementioned human propensity, that is to say, governmentally seeking to restrain the Individual freedom to prefer and purpose, legally intending to constrain the inherent singular right to consent or dissent on all matters.

Presently occurring is alienation among the moderate Left per the extreme Left's political antics, as during the Moral Majority movement in the 1980s alienating the moderate Right per the extreme Right. The only difference between now and then is the degree not the dynamic, for more dramatically twofold the present alienation as such the exponential digressions upon historical observation and logical comparison. With that said, Moderates are equal participates in this political posturing and grappling, equally favoring government force of their own preferences, no less the imposition, no less the violation and violence against the dissented.

Consequently, identical to the horrid nature of war, politics is nothing more than discussions, debates more so disputes over various preferences of organized force and legalized violence, escalating incrementally as well collusively, conspiratorially, coercively towards the highly prized and deeply coveted government power, the sole objective of all competing parties and factions over any bombastically trumpeted principle. By this understanding, a linear scale for political evaluation or determination absolutely adds no value thus serving no purpose.

On one hand, legislation, enactment, adjudication and executive order are obviously (and redundantly) legislated, enacted, adjudicated and executively ordered legalities. More profoundly, legislation, enactment, adjudication and executive order are the politically enabling, vesting and empowering of covetousness, presumption and arrogance as oft enlivened, exerted and exercised by most if not all government officeholders variously inherited, anointed, elected, appointed, employed or assumed in some fashion royal, ceremonial, political, ministerial, presidential, parliamentary, congressional, bureaucratic and more.

It is irrelevant whether a person in government is of good nature, moral character, proper demeanor and/or likeable personality. First, these qualifiers are quite subjective within the social, political context. Second, such a good, moral, proper and/or likeable person possesses no less innate covetousness than the bad, immoral, improper and/or unlikeable person therefore no less susceptibly tempted, entertained, beguiled and succumbed by it.

On the other hand, rescission is obviously the rescinding of previously legislated, enacted, adjudicated and executively ordered legalities. More profoundly, rescission is the politically disabling, divesting and disempowering of covetousness, presumption and arrogance as oft enlivened, exerted and exercised by most if not all government officeholders variously inherited, anointed, elected, appointed, employed or assumed in some fashion royal, ceremonial, political, ministerial, presidential, parliamentary, congressional, bureaucratic and more.

Let’s consider further. If to accept the observable fact, covetousness resides inherent within each and every person, then each and every person governmentally empowered equates to covetousness governmentally empowered. It immediately else inevitably follows once politically endowed, the same person commonly susceptible to covetousness' temptation becomes uncommonly so tempted then seduced toward presumption and arrogance, next the enacted violation thus legalized violence levied immorally even inhumanely upon others’ personal propensity, prerogative, preference and purpose.

Only intellectual psychosis would deny such, therefore most fantastically believing, some idolatrously reverencing a preferred party and politician as though cut from some other nonhuman cloth. Conversely, the only logical, ethical as well sustainable remedy is rescission!

If to imagine as governor of Mississippi...

If to imagine as governor of Mississippi, how one should logically, ethically, sustainably vow and proceed?

1. Veto ALL legislation. Sign ALL Rescission.
2. Cap ALL government budgets until performed an one-year analysis then proposals to systematically rescind and significantly reduce the same.
3. Propose any or all legal measures available to forever disallow state/local governments shutting down the economy, that is, declare illegal and inhumane the prevention of anyone to work, earn and provide for oneself and family.
4. Rightly expand then appropriately support Castle Law as well the general Right to Defend one's Life, Liberty and Possession/Property as individually deemed necessary, therefore assumed justifiable unless well proven otherwise beyond all shadows of doubt. Therefore parallel and critical; jury nullification as "palladium of liberty" as profoundly argued by Lysander Spooner (1808-1887).
5. Pursue and negotiate further state autonomy, passing on to local governments and communities the same.
6. Declare wars on foreign soil and drugs as abhorrent and destructive to all people here and abroad.
7. Respect and Regard as fundamentally paramount for all Individuals the one natural law, the one practical ethic, the one actual right; to Consent or Dissent on all matters.

Personal note... At each volatile, violent juncture as encountered presently, there arises an irresistible allure to strengthen government so to reestablish civility, safety thus incrementally expanding a bit further the very cause and core of the problem; political power. As political power expands, so increases the political struggle to control it, as well the possibility of violent seizure. Amidst the inevitable violent struggle within the sociopolitical upheaval, widespread fear encourages a general willingness to support a totalitarian solution.
