PROEM & POEM No. 151 - John Locke and Francis Schaeffer / Part 5

Disorganized  intellectually, disordered morally then disoriented psychologically as the inevitable digression furthers, there festers even flaunts numerous human paradoxes, yet more importantly, unquestionably thus precisely, an ethical dilemma impossible to logically resolve while regularly, naively or cleverly presumed and promulgated by governments, universities, institutes even seminaries, churches, synagogues, mosques and more. So goes the pursuits of power o’er others’ person, preference, possession or property, whether criminally overt hence more obvious, or less obvious, unrecognizable else disregarded if politically covert.

When dreamers dream about societies of yore or yonder, covetousness for power tempts and titillates the mind, thus contemplates the facilitation of means to such completion of ends. Consequently, perceived as necessary and plenary, the confiscation of wealth by taxation, appropriation and monetization to forcefully underwrite therefore disregarding others’ possession and property, the manipulation of behavior by regulation, codification and reorganization to forcefully maneuver therefore disregarding others’ preference, even the termination of life by eradication (aborting or euthanizing), execution, as well annihilation to forcefully expedite therefore disregarding others’ person.

When schemers scheme about societies of order and plunder, covetousness for power tempts and titillates the mind, thus contemplates the facilitation of means to such completion of ends.

So it must be understood with absolute clarity. All politics are discussions then implementations of "force" disguised by expedient and/or benevolent terms, intellectualized as intriguing, alluring, endearing even titillating isms, however achieved by the sufficient gathering and colluding of the consented so to coerce the dissented (see Nos. 101, 102, 114-116). There is no other view of it else risk compromise logically and ethically thus inconsistency and degeneracy. It is by this logical and ethical clarity each proponent of politics hence every pursuant of power, whether dreamer and schemer, stands judged and condemned by the presumption per covetousness always preceding and the harm per dissent always proceeding.

---

As the trees to the forest, thus rights and ethics to the one
And only right, thereupon the sole ethic, inherently done
Though oft spun to something else, then strung and shelved
So double-tongued, cleverly wrung whenever well helved

More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 150

Most likely to be published later this spring/summer of 2020, my 11th book entitled appropriately; More Proems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will probably be included upon further editing, and front cover a slightly modified yet appropriate version of the previous....

PROEM & POEM No. 150 - John Locke and Francis Schaeffer / Part 4

With confidence it can be said, the full extent and broader application of his theological insight eluded Francis Schaeffer, just as the full extent and broader application of any discovery eludes the discoverer. There is yet an invention ever conceived that was not innovatively implemented, modified and enhanced by others immediately, subsequently and ceaselessly. Likewise, ideas and thoughts are pondered by hearers and readers alike, immediately, subsequently and ceaselessly transforming into something more. Simply, one’s idea or thought is an extension of another’s idea or thought, thus every thinker stands on shoulders of thinkers present and past. Obvious of course the consistently uninterrupted dynamic, it is often forgotten as it is remembered, therefore the temptation to unquestionably accept a yonder conclusion as final.

Correctly, Francis Schaeffer should be commended for theologically identifying the one sin Covetousness preceding all other sins. For if the individual kills, steals, bears false witness (lies) and more, he/she have already coveted then presumed well before the arrogance and act. This equation is consistently so.

Correspondingly, John Locke should be commended for philosophically identifying Life, Health, Liberty, Possessions, Property too as rights, then logically implying the individual perception of harm per dissent as the one determinant of all transgressions against the same rights. For if the individual consents to the same action or arrangement, then no harm done, no rights molested. This equation is consistently so.

Comparatively, if another transgresses the individual’s rights hence the individual’s dissent, the transgressor have already coveted then presumed prior to the arrogance and act. By such transgression, not only are the individual’s Lockean rights certainly molested, firstly and gravely disregarded, grossly disrespected the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as exercised, elected and expressed per the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason. This too is an equation as consistently so.

Concisely, preceding all harm as individually perceived is covetousness as individually conceived.

Why prioritized the right to consent or dissent as “firstly and gravely”? For any list, enumeration, bill, or declaration of rights, whether by John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Eleanor Roosevelt (as first chair of UN Commission on Human Rights), are nothing more than political arrangements, justified only if unanimously consented else transgressions simply legalized. Thusly imperative, such conditions must be well founded on the only actual right as preferred and practiced by every human being since time immemorial so to reiterate; the propensity and preference therefore right to consent or dissent on literally all matters.

---

Passion so pursued, prior perused within all’s purview
Breakthroughs incrementally, since antiquity first knew
Obliquity oft prevail, oddly amidst the ubiquity of Truth
For popular the theories o'er arduous inquiries by old sleuths

More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 149

149 - John Locke and Francis Schaeffer / Part 3

What should have turned on head the personally as well socially regarded ethics even politically revered fundamentals as philosophically discussed, academically proposed, arguably established even broadly accepted, unfortunately did not. The Schaefferian argument on covetousness was not examined outside Christian theology, nor exhausted beyond a few denominations. Consequently, unnoticed the elusive connection, remaining now as then, between the uniquely insightful apologetics within Section I of the 1971 book True Spirituality and the broader ethical dilemma.

For most if not all Christians who read the book, consideration and application remained within the narrow context of practicing as well studying Moses’ Ten Commandments (Ex 20:3-17), Christ’s Two Commandments (Mt 22:37-40) along with any subsequent theological writings whether apostolic, priestly/saintly, doctrinal/denominational, reformed as well evangelical. As broad or encompassing the aforementioned context may seem or as some would claim, nevertheless narrow if to exclude any and all philosophically and traditionally ethical considerations. This is not to say the same  theologically writings fell short, not at all, for often appropriate if not necessary for such intellectual pursuits (so it was for this poet).

Francis Schaeffer wrote further to restate and emphasize; so no matter which of the other Ten Commandments you break, you break two: the commandment itself, and this commandment not to covet. This is the hub of the wheel. And here lies the critical point hence worthy to repeat; this (covetousness) is the hub of the wheel. Therefore, implied certainly as spokes were all sinful acts outward and seen, upon the theologian proposing clearly as the hub the one sinful thought inward and unseen; covetousness.

One must be careful to dismiss the word “sins” in the plural, although other Biblical references do in fact indicate the “sin” of man or humanity in the singular. Of course, in those cases, “sin” singular is the doctrinal reference for an innate condition upon birth inherited from father Adam of Eden. With that said, is it any wonder a 20th century theologian wisely discerned beyond others before him, a particular thought as sin in the singular, the hub whose spokes are all other sins in the plural manifested as subsequent thoughts then acts. Likewise, is it of equal wonder, upon rare willingness to empirically discern then paradigmatically unlearn so to logically learn, covetousness alone enlivens as well incites presumption, always preceding all forms of disregard and disrespect for the Singular Human Right to Consent or Dissent on all matters, as exercised, elected and expressed per the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason.

---

Rules then lists condemn not the mind, nor the soul
For action manifests the two, tho’ on head heaps the coals
The soul by God alone, the mind by Reason per Holy Breath
Presumption infects the latter, covet’ness the former, until Death

Pandemicism and Socialism, Fear and Promise... Fascist States of America

What endless wars on inculcated terrorism could not do, a war on indoctinated pandemicism will; a nationally socialistic Fascist government, a Fascist States of America if you will.

For context, my definitions...

PANDEMICISM, similar to Militarism or Police-Statism, is the promulgation and propaganda of reoccurring or perpetual pandemics for the sole purpose to incite and excite a persisting fear among citizenry towards dependency therefore fealty upon the polity. As demonstrated by recent events in this country (US) and elsewhere, a quite effective means to any of the numerous totalitarian ends. Hence forthcoming more intrusive even inhuman measures to monitor and control people in the name of health and safety.

SOCIALISM, as I see it (though some will disagree with my simplicity), is merely TOSSED BREAD to the ROMAN MOB. For any power acquired requires as prerequisite power brokered then exchanged. Totalitarians can only be so empowered if sufficiently supported by enough people benefited or pacified by promised then delivered arrangements. Social programs are such arrangements.

Thus by fear then promise comes...

FASCISM, not the racially driven nationalism as popularly misunderstood, rather an economically driven nationalism first and foremost. It is the regulatory "top-down" control of the economy, having the appearance "on paper alone" of private ownership of production, property and possession, having the appearance "on paper alone" of private exercise of preference and person, but total economic control nonetheless. Racism, Pandemicism, Militarism, Police-Statism, Paternalism, Monetarism, Centralism, Patriotism, Exceptionalism and more, are all means if perceived as expeditious to such economically totalitarian ends.

CRONYISM, rarely seen nor critiqued as Fascism per the partial implementation thereof incrementally since 1913 (at least), however paving well the way to complete maturation. John T. Flynn's 1944 book "As We Go Marching" is one of several books that historically illustrates the digression.

Historic Note:
The disturbing 1941 photo does not seem so coincidental anymore. Until 1942, the Bellamy Salute was widely used in US classrooms. It is also interesting and not so coincidental as well, the Pledge of Allegiance as we mostly know it today was composed by the Christian minister albeit fervid Socialist Francis Bellamy.

Ron Paul Liberty Report: Fauci's Coronavirus Numbers Collapse - Why Still Listen To Him?

In addition to government's medical experts quickly readjusting projections to fit realty, online reports are starting to emerge, suggesting coronavirus death counts include not just confirmed thus tested but probable thus untested, thereby padding pandemic numbers with counts for other causes... So I agree, why are we still listening to the "high ranking bureaucrat" Fauci (I refuse to refer to him as doctor)...

Pandemic projections are already readjusting to fit reality

Pandemic projections are already readjusting to fit reality. I wonder if apologies will be offered for the political overreaction therefore authoritative overreach. Setting apologies aside, far better would be rescission of expedited orders, mandates, shutdowns, laws, regulations as well suspending expenditures, funds, unofficial QE-Infinity, bail-outs, etc.

I fear, like the legislation and budget passed post-9/11 and post 2008 bust, little will be reversed if any while much damages by those actions are already done thus unintended as well intended consequences forthcoming.

Don't ever shake anybody's hands per bureaucrat Fauci

"Don't ever shake anybody's hands. I don't think we should ever shake hands ever again, to be honest with you." --- Anthony S. Fauci, M.D., DOH/NIAID Director

If already questionable perhaps meaningless the government bureaucrat's word and handshake, why wouldn't he prefer discarding such traditional gestures of trust and honesty as well presume others should follow his arrogant lead.

Do not be fooled. It is true, chronologically Mr Fauci became doctor first then high ranking bureaucrat. However, once achieving the latter, he will always be bureaucrat first and foremost, doctor as a far distant second or third priority.

Highly recommend the book Bureaucracy (1945) by Ludwig von Mises (1881-1973). See link for free download courtesy of Mises Institute...

One of several subtle ways to say "f-ck you!" to federal, state and local governments

Steppin' out with fedora, tie and shades as I prefer even to merely run late afternoon errands. My one of several subtle ways to say "f-ck you!" to federal, state and local governments for their unprecedented, fascist-esque presumption of power.

Still I notice store clerks, pharmacists, delivery drivers, and others working among large number of customers, thus not social distancing, not exclusively hibernating in their homes, most not wearing masks as well. Simple logic would suggest statistical "surges, spikes, tipping points" of Biblical proportions among these categories socially high risk towards this allegedly pandemic contagion. Yet, conveniently there are no such breakdown of numbers.

My prayers for those hardest hit in the Memphis area by this goddamn economic shutdown; bartenders, waiters/waitresses, chefs, cooks, managers/owners, musicians and many others. The ripple effect is far reaching beyond what is seen, if to consider businesses that supply goods and services for restaurant/nightclub businesses. So I pray for government to rescind, rescind then rescind some more.

Congressman Thomas Massie interview by ReasonTV

For a few days, this congressman was the most hated man on Capitol Hill. yet the only representative insisting on Constitution  order when the House, nearly empty thus no quorum, attempted to pass (unprecedented) $2,000,000,000,000 more as bipartisan-ramrodded (count the damn zeroes)... Worth listening.... Ladies and Gentleman, this is nothing more than tyranny, for amid a crisis a constitution and documented rights are of most importance thus should NOT be waived, circumvented or redefined for expediency. Given recent events, the Fascist States of America (my assessment) is well in place upon decades of incremental measures toward it.

Logically, when a constitution and enumerated (alleged) rights are not well founded upon the only true individual right, to consent versus dissent on ALL matters, then all other considerations are arbitrary arrangements, easily discarded at whim without any counter argument to muster other than more arbitrariness.

I do and would trust those in government for at least 7 reasons or ways...

Per my usual distrust of government over the years, I've been questioned numerous times and of late, more so; is there ever an issue or time I would trust government, rather, those in government?

Certainly, I do and would trust those in government for at least 7 reasons or ways self-evident and quite observable, as enumerated and explained below...

1. I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably self-interested as I am.

 2. I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably non-omnipresent, non-omniscient thus non-omnipotent as I am.

3. I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably incapable of superior knowledge and divine wisdom as I am.

4. I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably prone towards error and excess philosophically or given towards depravity theologically as I am.

5, I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably susceptible to covetousness, envy, lust and greed as I am.

6. I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably vulnerable to confusion, irrationality, fear and panic as I am.

7. Yet unlike me, those in government are empowered to exercise force with little to no restraint, endowed to confiscate then consume resource with little to no accountability, while I am expected to honor them, obey them, grant them, allow them, indulge them, underwrite them and if required, tolerate them and endure them. Consequently, I trust those in government are as innately thus unavoidably corruptible in proportion to exercised force and confiscated then consumed resource hence collusive, conniving, capricious, careless, callous even calamitous as I would with such unrestrained empowerment and unaccountable endowment.

I am not advising anyone... Fascist States of America...

Lets be clear per my semi-weekly posts on coronavirus versus flu statistics that far outweigh theories and projections still unrealized...

I am not advising anyone to do anything against their own judgement, that is not my point else transgressing the one sacred principle of Individualism; the right to consent or dissent on ALL matters. Rather my point is simply this. You (no matter who you are), you one mile versus one-thousand miles away, you via your political support and electoral vote, as well politicians, bureaucrats, agents, officers at local, state and national levels should NOT manipulate, regulate, mandate thus force me to do anything against my own judgement regarding personal health, well-being, safety, responsibility, risk hence person, preference, possession and property.

Yet, here we are in Fascist States of America, long time in the making for at least 107 years even more, though not conceived or birthed but well nurtured, expanded and matured by 21st century US presidents; Bush, Obama and Trump. Am I a hyperbolic alarmist? For sake of my children and grandchildren, I hope and pray I am and someday considered a fool. Time will tell.

To clarify the context per my definitions...

FASCISM: Regulatory "top-down" control, partially until totally, of the economy therefore society.

...compared to....

COMMUNISM: Confiscatory "bottom-up" control, partially until totally, of the economy therefore society.

Such forms of totalitarian governance will utilize Ideological Exceptionalism, Sentimental Nationalism, Peer-Pressured or Compulsory Patriotism, Police/Military Statism, often Paternalism, certainly Socialism and Monetarism, while conjuring common external or internal enemies, festering unfounded fears (like as of late), consequently enabling a dutifully servile as well collectively dependent citizenry, of course perpetuating agitated or angered suspicion among everyone towards everyone. Any or all of these utilities should be plainly recognizable.

It is a grave mistake to equate any of these isms to Racism though convenience and expediency may choose to include such as means to ends. To equate will only divert one's attention from actual causes. For a Nationalist, Fascist or Communist may not be a Racist at all, instead solely an Idealist. Either way, whether a Racist or Idealist, if empowered to use force upon others, the results are unethical, inhumane hence coercive, destructive, murderous in equal severity.

How many weeks must go by...

MORE THAN 6,000 DEAD IN US OUTBREAK per today's headlines. What you won't see as headlines are the 34,200 who died during 2018/19 flu season, a total most likely to be matched even surpassed at end of the 2019/20 flu season.

It is true, theories and projections say Covid-19 death toll will be much higher thus we fearfully hibernate and obediently wait. How many weeks must go by before theories and projections are judged as misunderstandings and miscalculations therefore governmental reactions as among the gravest economic and social blunders in US history.

Cause(s) for the recent market crash eludes most

Already, the actual cause(s) for the recent market crash eludes most, thus recorded in such ways to ensure future generations to repeat the same goddamn mistake (see link below).

First, please note the inaccurate account of the 2020 market crash. No mention of the preceding 12-year bubble per US government's excessive expenditure, combined with and enabled by the Federal Reserve's monetary expansion at a record breaking pace...until now.

Second, then note the completely missing market crash immediately post-First World War, thus ask yourself why would it be missing, then for the answer I strongly advise reading James Grant's book "The Forgotten Depression - 1921: The Crash That Cured Itself". It would be foolish for me to inadequately explain in online-comment form what is extensively even eloquently described in this book.

More on Human ABILITY to REASON, Human RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 148

148 - John Locke and Francis Schaeffer / Part 2

Again, if covetousness lingers, imagines then entertains, presumption awakes, rises then proceeds to argue, qualify and categorize a person’s preferences as permissible even rightful over others’ preferences. Sooner or later arrogance joins the affair, encouraging violence to act personally, socially or politically against the dissenting individual. So to precisely, concisely understand the core of the rot if you will…

The climax of the Ten Commandments is the Tenth Commandment – “Thou shat not covet” – Actually we break this last commandment, not to covet, before we break any of the others. Any time that we break one of the other commandments of God, it means that we have already broken this commandment, in coveting.

The above quote is perhaps the most profound, far-reaching Biblical commentary of the 20th century, well articulated and postulated by theologian Francis Schaeffer (1912-1984) in his 1971 book True Spirituality, identifying the last of the Ten Commandments as already broken before breaking any of the previous nine. To summarize, all sins flow from the one sin; covetousness. Yet the profoundness, the described depth and implied breadth, therefore the logic and consistency by that insight and truth are best understood by rightly expanding the summary as well the Schaefferian text. That is to say, the disrespect and disregard of others' reasoning manifested by their dissent, thus unilateral actions against the same spring always from covetousness first, soon followed by presumption then arrogance and if acted upon personally, socially or politically; violence.

---

Society crashes, lightning flashes exposing the behemoths
Although too few pursue the remnant toward the Zenith
Crumbs of bread buy gold bars, still old are the damn stories
Repetitive oratories of deceptive glories; vituperative, gory

Selective the outlawries, subjective the popular allegories
O political the purgatories, hypocritically confirmatory
And so it goes, demi-kings of many things without clothes
Predisposed, comatose, tugging coats, remaining composed

Surpassing methods nationalistically Hitlerjugend-esque and/or Sturmabteilung-like

THE RESULTS ARE IN... Latest of tests posed as a pandemic have verified the decades of propaganda via public education and crony-corporate media have so conditioned American citizens to obey without resistance nor question, simply upon presidential, gubernatorial and/or mayoral orders, thus voluntarily confining themselves to homes while dissing and cursing those who do not comply, as well distancing from everyone per mere suspicion. To comparatively footnote, results remarkably quantify as surpassing methods nationalistically Hitlerjugend-esque and/or Sturmabteilung-like.

The test was astonishingly successful!!!

Dangerous games by fear-mongering

Government and media are playing dangerous games by fear-mongering the Roman mob towards brink of panic and pandemonium then tempering with occasional cautions even rebukes against extremes, thus precariously attempting to constrain the irrational and uncontrollable while to sustain the manageable and dutiful. Yet few are questioning government or media as either manipulative opportunists versus clueless reactionaries.

One can find logic therefore calm among facts and truths then reason your own personal conclusion and comfort over political promulgation and provocation.
