PROEM & POEM No. 30 - Hot August Violence
---
Fascist clashes by fractious caches per society cleaved
Anxiety seethes then fumes as piety assumes to grieve
Taking leave at boreal eve, with a sadist’s dirk in hand
O the masochist’s work, yoked to plow the king’s land
---
Not only do many or most "everybody wants to rule the world" per some elitist notion of a centrally, forcefully modified society, one preferred as "better", they also have inhumanely resorted to "by any means necessary" as a perceived moral path in rhetoric and action. It is not surprising however given the greater or rather graver political context. For excessive, abusive thus violent legislating enables excessive, abusive thus violent policing as seen in recent years. It logically follows; excessive, abusive thus violent legislating and policing incite excessive, abusive thus violent demonstrating as well.
Yet these are not recent developments, for excessive, abusive thus violent legislation, supported by all presidents and both major parties, have festered as well manifested throughout the decades of United States' 20th and 21st centuries (to be consistent, 18th and 19th as well). Clearly, an elected leader will rarely act without precedence, hence government’s incremental expansions rarely critiqued as noteworthy. The subtlety is naturally insidious, cleverly deviant when intentional, often shrouding the disrespect and disregard for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
