QUI TACET DISSENTIRE VIDETUR... as I logically, consistently, ethically propose in my forthcoming book in stark contrast thus my ardent objection to the commonly known yet covetously presumptuous, arrogant QUI TACET CONSENTIRE VIDETUR.
To paraphrase in English the two Latin phrases, the former as "one's silence implies dissent", oppose to "one's silence implies consent" per the latter. So common and accepted is the latter, if to use a search engine for QUI TACET DISSENTIRE VIDETUR, the application tries to correct and provide QUI TACET CONSENTIRE VIDETUR. I intend to challenge and change that from the commonly acceptable to the commonly detestable.
I argue observably, logically, consistently therefore ethically; DISSENT always the assumption until CONSENT explicitly expressed. Consequently, this is problematic for those preferring political convenience and governmental expedience.
Consider these three installments found at the link below, hence included in my forthcoming 12th book Propositions, Problems & Poems on the Peculiar Human ABILITY to REASON, Singular Human RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters...
