The more paper laws have been produced, the more legal
uncertainty and moral hazard has been created, and
lawlessness has displaced law and order.

Ah the perpetual, at last central, the lawmaking
Richly the taking, alas polemical, fitly degrading
Upon tyrannic seeds `tween democratic creeds
Limitless o'er boundless, greed deemed as need
Arbitrary authority by majority's covetousness
Righteousness oft splashed on the polity's finesse
Divinely or morally enamored, risen by clamor
Illustriously driven, per the glamorous stammer
Forthwith indiscriminately, the myths' disarray
Aforesaid predictably, Causality's steady dray
So “Nay!”, so goes, the same presumed-sayers
Utopian grandstand-ers, planners and philanders
They mislead, “oh say can you see” mid flight
Hind their shell game's height, bust and plight
