Memorial Day

Instead of celebrating Memorial Day by honoring those who died allegedly for this nation, perhaps we should remember those who died actually because of this nation, particularly the innocent Mideastern children killed by US bombs and drones as ordered by the warmongering presidents Bush, Obama and now Trump.

SOCIALISM is FAKE BENEVOLENCE...

... when necessary resources are forcefully confiscated by taxation, enabled by laws and policies presumptuously arbitrary per lack of the consistently applied ethic known empirically as mutual/unanimous consent, consequently enforced by threat of gun, fine, and prison, therefore detrimental to quality and/or quantity of life for those legally though quite inhumanely implicated.

Note:
Fake, since the pop-crowd is incapable of discourse beyond concise terms, trite slogans and generally jejune slander. See www.CafePerQ.com for more comments.

Peace in Manchester

Peace in Manchester, but in Syria too, as well Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Pakistan and others...

Of course, the rhetoric is more diligence in combating and defeating Mideastern terrorism, yet still ignoring the several preceding decades as well nearly 2 succeeding decades of Western/US political, economic, and military interventionism that killed 100,000s upon 100,000s, perhaps 1,000,000s, even countless children and infants among the collateral damage. Horrific acts such as Manchester, Paris, San Bernardino, as well New York (9/11) are unjustifiable, but we Americans refuse to accept responsibility for our own equally unjustifiable even monstrous acts abroad before and since these events. Instead, we continue to be the bully in the classroom, always unwittingly shocked when others fight back.

By the way, the British prime minister referred to the act as "sickening cowardice". Is it possible the use of drones executed safely from faraway command centers also are acts of "sickening cowardice". Just curious.

Racism versus Statism

Regarding Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby found "not guilty" for fatally shooting Terrence Crutcher while on duty, the question "Racism versus Statism" still is quite noteworthy...

It is always assumed if the right person(s), with certain moral character and/or applicable talents, were hired or elected into government, then all would be well. It is simply not the case. Excessive thus abusive administration of power begins with excessive thus abusive legislation of power. Obama and Trump are two quite different individuals as well characters and talents, while excessively endowed with power upon their respective inaugurations. Naturally, both proceeded to use thus abuse executive powers, not necessarily "illegally", but by the inherent abuse resident in excessive legislation.

If anyone disagrees, merely compare the similarities, for both presidents as well Bush, Clinton and those preceding, implemented (or are implementing) widespread Fascistic Socialism while also waging worldwide Imperialistic Militarism. To disagree, is plainly indicative of an unfortunate alignment towards the excessive use and abuse of power.

Note:
Do not get hung up over the term "Fascistic Socialism", for it implies Fascism's top-down methodology for implementing social programs (ie. Medicare, ObamaCare, TrumpCare, etc), oppose to Communism's bottom-up methodology for implementing the same (ie. VA hospitals, libraries, etc).

Consider this. Do you support political ideas/policies, domestic or foreign, requiring the use of police, military, regulatory and/or bureaucratic force for implementation. To phrase it slightly different. Do you support or consent to political ideas/policies, domestic or foreign, along with enough others like-minded, so to politically overwhelm those who do not support or do not consent, therefore requiring the use of police, military, regulatory and/or bureaucratic force for implementation. If you so support or consent to such political arrangements, then you are part of the problem hence no different in your "preferred" excessive use thus abuse of power than Ms Shelby's excessive use thus abuse of power.

If my words anger you, then respectively so be it. Your anger clearly affirms a preference for excessive use and abuse of power with or without the consent of all others, else why be so angry. :-)

ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 9

To be published in late fall of 2017, perhaps winter of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will most likely be included upon further editing...

PROEM & POEM No. 9 - Space (x,y,z) by Time (t)

An individual is bound by space (x,y,z) and time (t), uniquely his/hers, consequently, so bound the individual’s decision (d). Likewise, space (x,y,z) is bound by time (t), that is, the former effected by the latter. The condition or state of space (x,y,z) changes from minute point to minute point along time’s line, per heating or cooling as well drying or watering naturally or purposefully, possibly solidifying or liquefying, compounded by eroding, decaying or rising , forming, transforming too, with each potentially effecting positively, neutrally or negatively the decision maker standing, sitting or laying thereon, thus effecting his/her decision as well. The natural or purposeful context of space (x,y,z), additionally contributes positively, neutrally or negatively too, as in classroom versus prison cell, work versus home, theater versus coffee shop, farm versus factory, city versus desert, multitude versus solitude, even broader the contexts peace or coexistence versus war or violence, therefore endlessly more to consider.

Hence endlessly at core, though few adore while many abhor, the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, deliberating and deciding continuously, dynamically, accommodatingly, empirically, studiously, consequentially, always individually.

---

Covetously abhorred thus the prevailing resentment
Perpetually adored by the individualistic remnant
Chronologic understanding, horologic contemplatively
Else anagogic psychotically, kaleidoscopic heavenly

Worthy of Impeachment

The Democrats, Leftist media as well their demonstrating minions are relentless in their daily barrage of criticism and "moral outrage" towards Trump. I suppose the Republicans, Rightist media and their minions should have been as relentless towards Obama, however I'm sure they will for the next Democrat in the Oval Office.

Given the very low standard set in 1998-99 by the successful House impeachment and unsuccessful Senate conviction of Clinton for perjury and obstruction regarding mere sexual activities with a younger though consenting adult, anything can be charged against a president. Consequently, there were plenty of trivialities that could have been embellished and grandstanded so to impeach Bush and Obama, as it is for Trump.

Meanwhile people, media and politicians care little to nothing for far graver issues, and will demonstrate, rant and bully-pulpit  for silly or arbitrary reasons.

So yes, lets demonstrate for restroom access or free tuition/debt cancellation, as well protest Trump's travel bans, while saying nothing of Obama's similar travel bans and certainly remaining silent on the massive warmongering in the very same countries banned for travel.

The truth is, what was and still is worthy of impeachment continues as quite acceptable to the media, people and polity; the Fascistic Socialism/Centralism combined with Imperialistic Militarism far beyond constitutional limits, Minimally, guilty of such are Bush, Obama and Trump, but dependent were their grave abuses upon decades of presidential precedence.

ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 8

8 - The Decisional Expression

As already stated, each action, every activity are preceded by thought, a cogitative process minute or substantial, finalized by a choice to Consent or Not Consent. Such a process is to conclude in favor of This over That versus That over This. To go further, to conclude in favor of This over That at one moment in time (t) and one point in space (x,y,z). Perhaps later, to conclude in favor of That over This at a subsequent moment in time (t+1) or (t+i) and adjacent or identical point in space (x,y,z).

Consider each and every decision (d), bound by space (x,y,z) and time (t), so to visualize, the simple expression (d) = (x,y,z) + (t). Yet, a decision (d) is not only space and time but human factors as well, per the individual occupying the spatial and historical point (x,y,z) + (t). Also included, knowledge (k) implying experience thus human interaction, education formal or informal, therefore perception (p) implying the variably limited human ability to observe and understand, remember then recall, interrelate thus interpret the former. Consequently, each and every decision consist at minimum the complex expression (d) = (x,y,z) + (t) + (k) + (p), each and every decision unique per ever changing factors (t), (k) and (p), of course (x,y,z) potentially.

Whether logically expressed or emotionally confessed, such is the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

---

O perception’s ardor, eliciting her emotive fervor
Soliciting his inward motive salaciously further
Fallaciously nurturing deceit, fostering the retreat
Till passion fondles reason, as coitus per gametes

ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 7

7 - Each Action, Every Activity / Reprise ~

So it follows. Each action, every activity are of all sorts intimate, private, philosophical, spiritual/theological, public, social, political, consequently artistic, recreational, and so on, including economical, or to be correct, simultaneously economical. For so intertwined even interdependent are all human actions and activities, one cannot contemplate arts thus freedom of the arts without economics thus freedom of economics, freedom of speech or expression without freedom of economics, freedom of religion or conscience without freedom of economics, freedom of travel or pleasure without freedom of economics, freedom of various pursuits vocational and professional without freedom of economics, and one cannot contemplate possible peace without freedom of all of these.

Each action, every activity composes the Existence of Man, or to state differently yet synonymously, the Economy of Man, as such, from womb to tomb the constant engaging of one’s Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

---

Between where he was, then where he will be
The spatial here, where she sprawls so ardently
As passion suspends, time so hangs as perceived
Thus (x,y,z)’s coitus per inert (t) by (p) indeed

American Health Care Act

US House of Representatives passed the American Health Care Act, so on to the Senate. With that said, this is nothing more than Fascistic Socialists debating with other Fascistic Socialists over two versions of same Fascistic Socialist program. The difference is merely partisan, not ideological, certainly not logical or economical.

Additionally, just as Obamamites did not say anything of Obama's warmongering while critiquing Trump's warmongering (who is barely getting started compared to Obama), Trumpsters will not critique TrumpCare as Socialism as they did of ObamaCare.

In the end, both Militarism and Socialism are anti-Individualism thus anti-Liberty as well economically detrimental, no matter the party's version of them.

ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 6

6 - Each Action, Every Activity

Each action, every activity are preceded by thought, a cogitative process minute or substantial, finalized by a choice to Consent or Not Consent regarding two or more conditions experienced and/or observed, nevertheless perceived, perhaps still experiencing and/or observing, nevertheless perceiving, thus human action and activity to effect a speculated condition, preferred for uniquely personal satiation and facilitation. Not only is this the Nature of Man, but the Economy of Man.

Thusly, each action, every activity (merely a set of related actions) are preceded by the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

---

So to learn from past spurns, withal, hearts always callow
Within fervor’s fury, Passion smolders as cloth in tallow
Beguiled, wiled, maybe a bit maudlin (often lovers’ coffin)
Such uncoiling as mortals collide, an erotic storm therein

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
