The law, to logically propose, should articulate the simplest of conditions upon and within the else clause (disunity or not consensual) of the Law of Consensual Unity (see Proposition, Problem & Proem Nos. 225, 226); if action disregarding dissent (non consensual) then an ethical dilemma else not an action disregarding dissent, not an ethical dilemma rather ethical continuity. As before, the syllogism could be constructed in sort of pseudo code (if you will) so to further emphasize…
if consensual
then
unity
else (not consensual)
not unity
if action disregarding dissent then
ethical dilemma
else
not an action disregarding dissent
not an ethical dilemma
(rather ethical continuity)
done
done/exit
Again, the law simply, concisely indicates two states or conditions; True or False, On or Off, One (1) or Zero (0), This or That, Be or Not Be. Hence respectfully, invokes the third law of thought as explained by William Stanley Jevons (1835-1882) in his book Elementary Lessons in Logic Deductive and Inductive published in 1870 (see Proposition, Problem & Proem No. 211). The Law of Excluded Middle. Everything must either be or not be. Profound are the clarity, simplicity, consistency.
It is by the above else
(not consensual) clause the logical expression becomes an ethical
evaluation simultaneously as well determination inseparably. For prior (see
Proposition, Problem & Proem Nos. 225, 226), simply, amorally established the
condition as either consensual then unity
or not consensual then not unity thus
applying not ethical evaluation nor determination. Yet by the action proceeding
against and exacting upon dissent explicit or implicit, the ethical dilemma innately, instantly rises
and remains unresolved until relented.
If prolonged, persisted then personal arbitrariness, social idiocy
Political hypocrisy, and governmental tyranny by foregone chaos
As so long the pathos linger well into twilight’s withering Amadeus
On Patmos the mind wanders till Atlas shrugs the
assassin’s drug
As polity fastens smug then stiffens arrogant upon the
Persian rug
Masturbating their covetousness, erecting their
presumptuousness
Ejaculating to their inner adulation within an outer monetized
illness
Study, Ponder, Labor, till last Breath.
