PROEM & POEM No. 26 - To Consent Is Unalienable / 1st Reprise
---
Democracy or Autocracy, either conveniently Kratocracy
Hence, mere Might makes feared Right, clearly Tyrannies
Publicly adhered yet privately sneered save those covetous
O the presumptuous, to suppose, impose their trite avarice
---
Setting aside specific arguments for the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably, the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent, the mere notion of any Human Right is undeniable. Logically, a human have a right to be human, of course, else a nonhuman. From here, two questions immediately rise when coercing a human to be nonhuman; who has the right to decidedly represent by presumption and who has the right to forcefully impose by arrogance.
To be clear, if participants of any arrangement consented mutually or unanimously, then accordingly and ethically mitigated are presumption and arrogance. In such arrangements where all agree to implement, each consenting person’s humanity is respected and regarded.
To be clearer still, if one or more participants of any arrangement dissented individually, then unavoidably and unethically present are presumption and arrogance. In such arrangements where some or most insist to impose, each dissenting person’s humanity is disrespected and disregarded.

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
