ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT - Proem & Poem No. 8

To be published in late fall of 2017, perhaps winter of 2018, my 10th book currently entitled; 100 Proems & Poems on the ABILITY to REASON, RIGHT to CONSENT & Other Neglected Matters. The following will most likely be included upon further editing...

PROEM & POEM No. 8 - The Decisional Expression

As already stated, each action, every activity are preceded by thought, a cogitative process minute or substantial, finalized by a choice to Consent or Not Consent. Such a process is to conclude in favor of This over That versus That over This. To go further, to conclude in favor of This over That at one moment in time (t) and one point in space (x,y,z). Perhaps later, to conclude in favor of That over This at a subsequent moment in time (t+1) or (t+i) and adjacent or identical point in space (x,y,z).

Consider each and every decision (d), bound by space (x,y,z) and time (t), so to visualize, the simple expression (d) = (x,y,z) + (t). Yet, a decision (d) is not only space and time but human factors as well, per the individual occupying the spatial and historical point (x,y,z) + (t). Also included, knowledge (k) implying experience thus human interaction, education formal or informal, therefore perception (p) implying the variably limited human ability to observe and understand, remember then recall, interrelate thus interpret the former. Consequently, each and every decision consist at minimum the complex expression (d) = (x,y,z) + (t) + (k) + (p), each and every decision unique per ever changing factors (t), (k) and (p), of course (x,y,z) potentially.

Whether logically expressed or emotionally confessed, such is the Peculiar Human Ability to Reason, inseparably the Singular Human Right to Consent or Not Consent.

---

O perception’s ardor, eliciting her emotive fervor
Soliciting his inward motive salaciously further
Fallaciously nurturing deceit, fostering the retreat
Till passion fondles reason, as coitus per gametes

---

Come let us Reason. Peace is always a Choice.
